My loved one is currently a resident at Ivy Park at Laguna Woods. The move in process was smooth and the people were helpful. The meals are okay, but not great. They could do a better job with providing snacks during the off hours and for evening eating after the dining room closes at seven. Sometimes the communication internally is not very good, so you really do need to advocate for your loved one here to help navigate the system, which is a little bit difficult to navigate. This facility seems way more alive and interactive than other Assisted Living places that I have visited. It is located in a central place near restaurants too, so not stuck off in an inaccessible location like some of the other facilities. I think the biggest strength is that they are trying and they are friendly and they do want to work with families and the residents have a positive sense of community. I would recommend this facility to others.

The Lodge at Piner Road is a beautiful, thoughtfully designed new construction facility with exceptional care. My mom was the first assisted living resident, and is happy to be living in a courtside studio. Staff has been welcoming, patient, kind and attentive, meals are fresh and well balanced, and activities are fun and inviting. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking, I wouldn't have left my mom here if I felt otherwise!

Our family had an in person tour with Ivy Park and I felt like they were too worried about following rules and COVID restrictions so it lacked a home environment. I talked to some family members who said they were not happy with the place since COVID. I understand they have to keep people safe but residents should be able to feel like they are safe and comfortable at home without so many restrictions and fears. That would have made my Dad miserable and he has had COVID recently.

The staff at Ivy Park La Jolla seem to genuinely care about the residents in memory care. This, more than anything is of the utmost importance to us as no family lives in the area. We are truly depending on the staff to take care of my father. It has been a comfortable place for our Father.

Overall when it comes to Ivy Park at Laguna Woods our family is very pleased. Our loved one seems to be settling in, however the first 2 weeks at the community were a little rough. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Our family had an in person tour with Ivy Park at Santa Rosa and it looked like a fine community but it just seemed very overpriced for us.

Overall, my parents are loving living in Santianna. The staff is fantastic. Everyone in the community appears to be friendly and nice. The food has been an ongoing issue. While everything else about living at Santianna has been positive, the meals have been an ongoing negative. While there are basics that are always available and OK, the meals are generally just OK with some being terrible. On occasion there have been good or ever great meals mentioned, most weeks I get the same comments about the need for a new Chef.

It's a clean facility, and the staff is very friendly. We picked this community, for our loved one because of the location.

My friend has had an average experience with the community. The staff they do have, have been kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The community needs more staff to care for the residents they do have. I would recommend to others, to make sure you ask about the staff to resident ratio to ensure your loved one will receive the care you want for your loved one. The residents are friendly. There are meals provided by the community. Overall, it is a community you should review to see if it meets all of your expectations for care for your loved one.

I would recommend it. I feel very comfortable having my mother there. She is well taken care of so I don't have to worry. We picked this community, because it was closer to home. I also know someone who works there.

Communication, in the beginning, was an issue as we were all new to the environment and facility. Communication has gotten better and we think we are moving in the right direction. We do think the the staff has the residents best interest first and foremost.

This place was new, and it was near to my son.I'd say it's ok, Except for the food. They claim it's because they're having difficulty hiring people, but this a higher priced area and they knew that years ago.

They have a large entertainment fee up front which seems to go mostly to singers and party food. They don't have as many art activities as advertised. They don't serve avocados and salads are generally bare bones.

We've only been there a year, but have noticed a lot of staff turnover, from the director to the attendants. And the administrative staff is woefully non- responsive. The food served has lots of fat, salt and sugar and still tastes bad. I DO recommend them. There are some issues that folks should be aware of before committing. They're still good value for the money, especially compared to California. And I also think these issues are probably ubiquitous across the industry.

Our family had an in person with Crescent Landing and we did not pick it because of the location and the cost, but we thought everything was really nice on the tour

Our family had an in person tour experience with Sunrise of Tustin and even though we did not pick it for our loved one we thought it was a good overall tour experience

I liked the facility set in the neighborhood. It blended in with the homes in the area unlike a lot of senior living complexes that seem to be built next to the highway. This facility was fairly well maintained and the staff was nice although I think they needed some more staff because at times - especially around mealtime they seemed a bit overwhelmed trying to help people to eat and at the same time clean up, etc. coordination between doctor patient and the facilities nurse(s) could be better. As far as value to cost it's slightly better than most of the assisted living facilities in the area. Then again it depends on what the needs are for your loved one.

I'm currently a resident at Ivy Park at San Ramon. The staff is helpful and friendly. The dietary choices are limited, but options are available and can be worked out with the Chef. The quality of the food is satisfactory. The overall cleanliness of the facility and resident areas is good. Communication with the facility was troublesome initially, due to staff changes. Interactions with the staff have been positive. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We have had a good overall experience with Elk Grove Park. They are flexible and willing to work with you, if you are not satisfied with the service.

Everything is great at Oakmont. Great food, lots of extracurricular activities and a wonderful staff. It's a great facility. We picked this community, because of the location, and price.
