There is a very friendly community. They have done a good job of inviting my mom to participate even though she's reluctant. When she does participate, she enjoys it. Floor staff seems to be always in a hurry. It would be nice if they took a.little time to get to know the new residents. Food could be better. Their every day menu could be expanded and the daily specials should taste better. Meal times should be extended. Dinner ending at 630 is too early for my mom so she has to get it to go and reheat it later. Overall we've been pleased. She's been there about 7 weeks and is settling in nicely.

Facility is nice and the lady, who spoke with us, was very informative, professional and cordial. We did not tour the rooms because it was so distressing for my brother seeking many in bad shape. Place is well-kept.

The staff make a point to call the residents by name and get to know their personal interests and preferences. They all acknowledge the residents and visiting family when passing in the hall or in the common areas of the facility. The front desk staff are very organized and helpful in keeping up with the resident's appointments that require transportation.

I have been here for over 7 yrs Came In 2019 with my husband, [name removed] He died in 2019, as widow, enjoy so many people here. Feel very safe here. Many activities like exercise, happy hour, excellent restaurant. Happy Hour at 4:30 Favorite with lots of new neighbors.

Everyone there is very, very nice. The residence is clean and very attractive. The residents, though, seem extremely old and subdued. I’m in my early eighties, but I felt much, much younger than all of them.

The staff is very friendly and provides great service. However, the food quality could be improved. The vegetables are often overcooked, and the meats would be much better if they were not cooked as long. Recently, many dishes have also been overly salty.

So far I believe the new owners have improved a lot of issues that they previously had.

It was a great community - bright spaces, delicious food, helpful staff. They could improve the process for filing long term insurance.

It was good. Walked the facility and saw some of the staff also saw the two rooms available they we good. It’s all about how they will look after him and how often the service will be performed in the time… meaning how often they was for elderly people how often they check on him. It seems as though during the tour it seemed as though the residents seem to be happy and rearing to go for the activities

The facility is comfortable and spacious. Two restaurants are available for dining. We did two tours prior to mom moving in. The staff was courteous and answered our questions. As of April, they have a new owner and have changed their name to The Ivy Castle Rock.

Overall: cleanliness excellent as well as food. Some communication problems. But she is new and they have to get to know her. I like the activities and she has been participating in them. She did not want to move out of her house but I feel she is adjusting which is asking a lot of a 96 year old. If she wasn't deaf (moderate-severely) this whole experience would be way better

Facility was clean well kept. Online reviews were good but without spending more time there observing the staff working with the residents it is hard to make a review. I was there twice spent little time observing only observed residents sitting around watching television with no staff present and none of the residents interacted with one another.

Their have been a few hiccups but staff are very caring. Size of the suites are just little over 260 square feet and more than enough to get full size bed couple of night stands chair and dresser and a desk. Food is good and residents can make special requests to fit their needs.

The facility is clean with good food. However the nursing staff leaves much to be desired. They will not help with OTC meds easily and coordinating doctors visits can be tricky.

4 stars only because the communication seems to drop from the sales person once you move in?? We figured everything out by asking many people that worked with the Seniors. They were our best resource afterwards. So far so good. Dad loves the food.

Everyone there is very positive and friendly and kind and helpful.

They are very professional,experienced (can help guide your process/progression) and train their staff well.

To get to the community, I had hard time to find the parking lot, I had to stop by the front entrance and went inside the building to ask the receptionist to get direction to find the parking area. My first impression when I enter the community was welcomed by the receptionist and she was smiling and worm, friendly. Touring by the marketing director , she was very detailed explaining and giving all information. The community was very clean and opened.

It was a pleasant experience. The facility appeared clean, cheerful, and the residents seemed active and engaged. I appreciated that future plans for the facility included more activities to engage men. There was lots of bright natural light. The rooms seemed adequately spacious and I appreciated the use of technology for the safety and engagement of residents. The garden paths are beautiful. In our discussion we did not go into great detail about pricing but I have enough information to determine an appropriate cost. I have not toured other facilities to compare pricing. They seem to be undergoing some minor construction or remodeling/redecorating.

I felt it to be sterile. I was surprised how small the room was. The grounds were nice. The staff seemed to be very nice and engaged. They seem to have good off sight experiences. I am not sure of the cost versus value. I would need to see how my spouse would test. I believe that they try very hard to make a good experience for the tenants.
