All is well but the food and dining service e can be sped up and the taste of food on menu can be improved a bit.

I can whole hardily recommend this place. Great food, wonderful, friendly staff, gym is fine. I'm glad I'm at Westmont.

Things to know: Go to the Thursday music and appetizers. So fun! If you have a question, don't be afraid to ask. Sign up for the monthly email for schedule of events so you don't miss the fun group activities that families are always welcome at. Bring cash if you plan on eating a meal otherwise it gets charged to the account.

I would have to give Oakmont of Fresno a 4 to call categories, but with that being said my mom is very happy there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

My loved one is happy there and settled in. You need to ask every month for the itemization. They charge for every single thing. To try to get an itemized monthly breakdown is difficult. Apparently this is not uncommon in this industry.

They're just so organized, friendly, professional and experienced. Super clean. Food is great and so many activities. It is a bit on the more expensive side. Our only problem is that our two family members don't want to be there and close themselves off. We had to force them to start going to the dining room for meals. But my son and I couldn't be happier with this place and their care. They are getting everything they need and more.

It’s very challenging as a loved one of someone in a care facility. It would be really helpful if the different facilities would clearly articulate what they can do, what is challenging without additional training and which services they absolutely cannot provide.

Nice staff and nice faculty. Yes, would recommend to others

For the most part I found the staff to be friendly, kind, and helpful. The faculty was nice but a better job at cleaning the apartments needs improvement. Some areas of the facility could use freshening. The outside grounds were well maintained. For the most part the food was good, but they could improve on the rotation of the meals and selections.

They have the kindest and most happy staff. Always checking in on my 96 yr old mother. Take her to bingo and make sure she’s dressed and ready.They have excellent med management. Food is mediocre but not horrid.

My loved one is currently a resident at Bonaventure of Thornton and the overall experience has been good so far. The cleanliness, friendliness and staff have been great. The only disappointment is the lack of staff and the high turnover of staff. Also, promises made before signing are not always met.

What I like the most about The Ivy at Hawaii Kai is the warm swimming pool, wide variety of residence, excellent choice of types of apartments, Lots of options, Ocean view from the pool and some apartments excellent accommodations

My loved one is currently a resident at Oakmont of Carmichael and the overall experience has been very good so far. The staff are friendly. It seems like a clean environment. However, it is very expensive. Based on our experience, I would recommend Oakmont of Carmichael to others.

Our loved one has since moved out but during the experience we had with Ivy Park we really enjoyed their holiday family dinners. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The day to day staff at MorningStar of Hayward is great, the administrative staff is okay. They need to hire accountants that know accounting. As for the food, sometimes it is a 2 (cold food) and sometimes it is a 5 (outstanding steaks). The housekeeping is okay, they don't always clean well. Communication with the family is good. The move in process was okay. They need to clean up the basement and basement access. The 'extra help' charges are a disaster. Everything is points and levels. I have no idea what stuff costs. The first threshold is about $1,000 for just the simplest help.

They hardly ever have any staff in the building. Yesterday the whole building had one caregiver and one med tech! Staff seems to change very frequently. It is a nicer place aesthetically than others we had looked into.

My mom loves it here. She is very happy with the neighborhood, friendliness of the staff and residents and the freedom she is given as an independent resident.

They finally got a transportation person. He's very nice. They are very friendly. The food is still luncheon dinner leave something to be desired. They raised our rates by 8% and didn't give a anything back for all the transportation that we provided on our own, I would definitely say that they Are not as good as they claim.The activities are pretty good and we have a new activity Director, who is very nice.The value for cost is not as much as what they ask, and they should prorate because of the lack of transportation person until recently.

I'm very happy with Ivy Park. My mom really seems to like it.
