Gardens of Modesto is an extension of my family. They communicate my loved ones' needs and make it easy for me to accommodate. My mother is on a fixed income and Medicare will not cover any of mom's expenses. I really love the facility and so does my mom.

5 stars for all of them! Regency Place Senior Living really was a top notch place. The staff were so friendly and really great to work with during our experience.

I am enjoying my living experience here at Ocean Hills. The staff knows every resident and are very friendly and helpful. There are many interesting people living here. I have made many new friends. The activities are many and varied. There is never a boring day.

It's nice, the people and staff are nice it is pricey though.

I gave the activities a 3 overall, but I'm not a card player. Otherwise I haven't found an activity I would enjoy and I miss that. The water heater failed -- explosively -- and flooded the main closet and carpeted bedroom. Their resolving of this problem by the "higher ups" gets a 1. They simply weren't there for me AT ALL. Otherwise yes, the financial value, for me, is a 5.

Extremely friendly and helpful from the first phone call to our many visits before signing contract. [name removed] and [name removed] really helped in assisting us through the entire move in process. The “restaurant style” cafeteria is a plus with many food options available. I would continue to recommend Pacifica Senior Living Country Crest to anyone.

My family and I have had the most wonderful experience with LifeStream at Youngtown. Thanks to A Place For Mom for introducing us! We were really worried about how our parents would handle the transition especially my dad, but they've handled it quite well! Lifestream at Youngtown has made them feel welcome with their magnificent amentities, welcome cards and monthly birthday party for all of those who've had the fortune of celebrating another year. Their apartment is comfortable, the cleaning crew is excellent and the food is DELICIOUS!! That was a huge factor for us. They really exceeded all of our expectations and I look forward to living there when I turn 55! I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but the neighborhood feel, the layout of the homes, the kind neighbors and staff, and the grass make it a top choice for me and my family!! I encourage anyone looking to make a tough decision to start here because it's not so tough after all! Love always, The [name removed] Family!

Summerfield of Roseville Memory Care is the best place I could have moved my mom. I'm going to be placing my dad there also within a few months. The staff are all willing to help no matter what your topic or issue is. They are all incredibly friendly and attentive. The facility is always clean and doesn't smell. Move in was easy and when my mom was sometimes problematic, they kept me informed as they moved her around to find the best roommate match. I am immediately notified of any issue or emergency that arises. My mom is not a picky eater and so there are no issues. The family events that we've attended have had very good food. I would highly recommend this facility as the floor plan is divided in such a way to allow smaller groups instead of big open rooms filled with everyone.

I know they were very helpful when my sister was trying to get Medicaid assistance, and Medicaid ended up paying the cost for everything my mom's income doesn't cover. My mom got her COVID booster earlier this year so when there was an outbreak a few weeks later, she had no symptoms even though she tested positive. My sister said the medical staff is excellent and very patient, which is good because my mom loves to complain even when there's nothing to complain about. I also wanted to compliment [name removed] for being so helpful and patient, especially when my mom couldn't decide if she wanted to live in Klamath Falls or Eugene.

I came in for a tour for my father-in-law. The facility was beautiful and clean. The staff I interacted with were so kind and friendly. The residents were all smiling and seemed cheerful during our tour.

My mother wanted to stay at home. We used nurses and other things at home for over 3 years but I never really felt at peace especially with the hours that no one was there with her. Eventually after a fall and hospital visit my brothers and I decided my mom cannot return home. I felt like I let her down moving her into a home when I promised I would never. But my mom is so happy now! She has friends, attends bingo, manicures, and happy hour! She is finally doing puzzles again! and I feel like I can get a restful night of sleep. My brothers and I wish we did this three years ago.

The residents are very happy with the level of care they receive at Tiffany Court At Kingston. The staff is very loving and cater promptly to the needs of residents. The facility is spotless and the food is superb.

Tiffany Court is a wonderful place for your loved one to call home! They are the most caring group of people. The community has a great activity program and dining experience. I’m very happy with the care my loved one has received and seeing her happy is what matters most!

I went on a tour for my loved one and the staff members that I seen interacting with the other staff and residents was amazing they all acknowledged one another, what a wonderful place to bring a love one.

I never would've thought we could find a place like this. And it's so much more reasonably priced than the bigger places. The food is good, and they'll serve visitors who come during mealtime. The facility is divided into four wings of about a dozen people each, and the residents eat with their own wing so it's small and personal. But all of the staff know all the residents. They treat them with dignity. The residents usually are in their rooms only to sleep. There's always something for them to do. Activities include those provided by the staff as well as visitors who come to share music or other activities.

Everyone has been helpful and caring. We love memory care and that they offer activities to meet the resident needs. They aren’t left out. They can participate in activities with the assisted living residents. The staff even helped bring all the memory care residents down to the main dining room to have Easter lunch with the entire community. We would recommend this community.

Excellent place however my nephew was there for five months and decide to move because he did not like the healthy food that was being served. He never left his room to try to mix with others so he did not experience any of the amenities that were offered. He moved into an apartment in September and is now moving into a senior village in May that is less than half the cost of Regency without any of the amenities but he is happy Thanks so much for your assistance. For the second time our family appreciates your assistance and service

The Gardens gets a 5 on all of these, really no negatives. So I'm afraid I'm not much help. Mom loves it there! The care she gets is first rate, everyone treats her as family. Also, the housekeeping is outstanding. Two issues that were very troubling about the previous place. And mom really enjoys the meals here. Also a problem at previous place.
