We we're very happy with El Rio. Unfortunately my Father-in-law escaped from there so we had to put him in a smaller place where he'd be more closely watched. He also escaped via bike from our house when I was in charge of him. He's died since then but we really liked El Rio. We probably would have left him here, he just would not stay anywhere! It is a great place for your loved ones. My Aunt lived there also so I don't have a problem recommending it

The facility is first class. The property overall is well maintained, the studio rooms have been updated and modernized, and staff is very caring. Love the insurance plan because many of the healthcare providers will come to Sakura to see the patients. The shuttle rides are great. The food is very good, hot snd fresh. The staff has great communication with the family as well as the senior. There is plenty of parking for visitors as well as a guard on duty.

When we decided to find a home for my mother-in-law we looked at several places in Oroville. We settled on Pacifica Senior Care Country Crest because it has all requirements needed for mom. The facility is very nice and the staff is fantastic. They treat her like family. It is just wonderful. After getting used to the routine my mother-in-law is just fine. Her dementia is progressing and the staff adjusted to her needs. We are very satisfied with everything.

Management, staff, and all the people involved are friendly, helpful and make it easier to leave after a visit, knowing Mom's incontinence good hands. Going through some remodeling and the place is looking fresher and brighter. Nice job done by all.

I think the facility was great when my grandma was in their assisted living but over time she started to show signs of dementia and the staff didn't know how to handle it. They had her sent to the locked down unit at the hospital where we were able to get her officially diagnosed and able to move her into a proper memory care. I do wish they had more training for age related stuff like dementia

Placed my 93 year old mom with early dementia last summer. She is thriving due to the caring and dedicated staff, from [name removed] the director to the front desk folks. The building is small but immaculate (I visit daily) with lovely dining rooms and gardens The staff ([names removed] literally all of them) are kind and respectful of the residents regardless of their care needs. I am so thankful I found Summerfield.

I have been a volunteer at Regency Place for almost a year. I have witnessed guest speakers giving talks on different challenges and adventures. There are pets who are brought into the community for residents to pet and enjoy. The Senior Ball I attended was a blast, and the flower design workshop was so informative. The monthly Craft and Chat bring neighbors from outside the community in to work on knitting and crafting projects. The staff has their own community that blends in so nicely with the residents. Both the Community Relations Director and Activities Director lead with energy and compassion. I enjoy visiting often.

My aunt wanted to move back to California to be near family. She is 89 years old and very picky and wants things done her way. Pacifica’s employees always try to satisfy her requests but not always as fast as she likes. Everyone is aware of her short term memory loss and is considerate when trying to help her. After 2 months she is now trying to mingle with the other residents and has made a few friends and is joining in some of the activities. She really enjoys family visits and outings.

The staff is incredible and helpful in the transition of mom into the facility. We were all having a tough time. But now are so glad she is getting the 24/7 care that she deserves. The director of Memory Care, [name removed] has been an absolute angel not only to us, but I believe everyone there. She's great at helping mom out of her comfort zone. She is now doing things that she would otherwise not be doing. We're happy for her and proud of her. So grateful to Paintbrush for giving us our lives back.

Very friendly place, areas are well cared for, most problem are fixed in a timely matter.Great place to live. Everyone that works here are very knowledgeable and very friendly willing to assist you with any problem you might have.

I am power of attorney for a friend who had broken her hip twice and, for a variety of reasons, was no longer safe living alone. I had originally used the services of a local agent and placed her in a group home. That was a big mistake. After major safety issues arose at that home (which resulted in two ER visits), I contacted A Place for Mom and was referred to Lifestream, where I moved her as soon as I could. The difference is night and day. There is a full time nurse on staff. Three full, delicious meals are served at a community table, and if a resident doesn't care for what is on the menu, she can order something different. She has her own room, with a television that has cable. She has her own bathroom. There are community activities, and a large common area with a TV, DVDs, games, and books. Most importantly, a certified caregiver is awake and available to help 24 hours. I highly recommend Lifestream!

I would recommend it as an ideal place to retire, meet good friendly residents, and enjoy a plethora of activities.

WE chose Cypress Court because of the one stop and ship approach. Meaning dependent transition to assisted seamless. They don't have to move to another apartment. Overall staff very good, response quickly. Only negative is billing archaic, food quality went down, no good selections for pre-diabetic people

Having to come to the decision to move to long term care is very difficult, and stressful as well as confusing. Speaking with A Place for Mom removed all of that and helped make it easier and I would highly recommend making that call. There is no pressure just an understanding voice to help.

After 6 months of hospitalization and rehabilitation, finding a facility to accept a brain injured individual with cognitive abilities in many areas was beginning to feel impossible! WOODMONT understood his needs and we found an accessible and safe spot with a caring staff! He is known as a “person” here, not just someone to bring in more money to a company. It truly was an answer to prayer!

While there, they treated her very well. When [name removed] choked, they responded quickly and with purpose. They are to be commended for their actions. They are a caring group and were very sad when she passed.

In memory care the director, [name removed], is wonderful at keeping all the staff running efficiently. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My dad was hesitant to agree to an assisted living arrangement. Woodmont and A Place For Mom went above and beyond to help make both myself and my dad feel comfortable. [name removed] helped me brainstorm ways for me to help my dad in this difficult time. Today he finally agreed to assisted living. [name removed] and her staff have made us feel very welcome and like we're already part of the family. My dad is finally getting excited about this next chapter, and I know he will be in great hands here.

This is a small facility with great staff and communication, I have no concerns for my fathers care, they do a great job caring for dad The facility is open for visiting 24/7 all staff makes us fill welcome during our visit. Dad appears very comfortable at Loomis Villa and responds to the staff, they are very patient with him during his difficult times, I think this is the best place he could be
