The staff is very friendly and efficient. The studio apartments is a nice size. Having a small refrigerator is a plus. It would be nice to have a sink near the refrigerator.

My spouse and I researched numerous 55+ properties in the West Valley before choosing the Villages at Youngtown. If you are looking for an all inclusive 55 + living option with a quiet, small town feel, beautiful grounds, delicious freshly prepared meals and a stellar, attentive staff, there is simply no place in comparison to the Villages at Youngtown. Do yourself a favor and check out the best kept secret in the West Valley!

Amazing facility. Wonderful tour. Residents are always engaged in something great. Staff is professional and friendly. Everything is very clean and organized.

The room is very nice, single occupancy. Staff is friendly and tends to clients to the best of their ability. It would be much better to lower the ratio of staff to clients. The food is well thought out and balanced. The over all cleanliness rating is very good. I have not yet seen the activities to comment.

My mother in law and all of her family have had an amazing experience with O poo ark Plaza. The staff is very friendly and responsive to her needs and she loves living there! She loves the meals and the staff that does her laundry and cleans her studio are fabulous! It could not have been an easier transition.

My son and I had a full day of visiting Care Facilities. We saw a variety of sites. I registered my husband for one site. On the way home, my son asked that we re-visit one we had seen that day. A Place for Mom arranged an appointment for the next day. We visited, canceled the one from the previous day, and registered. We've been very happy with our choice.

Though Moms time in PBMC was brief, the staff, attention, meals, cleanliness, activities that we viewed, were great and I would recommend this Care Center. My father's experience at Ocean Hills Senior living has been wonderful. The staff have been very accommodating for his specific needs and has provided him with quite an individualized experience. They seem willing to help and are available when needed. My father loves the two meals that he receives their daily. The eating space feels more like a restaurant than it does a cafeteria. They have full service waiters and waitresses to take their individual orders from their full menu for lunch and dinner daily. They have abundant activities for the residence to choose from and weekly outings that they can sign up for if interested. The grounds are beautiful and feel more like a resort than a senior living facility! They have a large swimming pool, hot tub, full weight room, outdoor mini golf, a dog park, tennis court, and Pickleball, just to name a few. It's always clean in the common areas and they provide weekly housekeeping services for the individual resident rooms. My father is very pleased with all of this and always praises the results of his housekeeper on a weekly basis. It's been great so far and we would highly recommend this facility.

I would give a 5 for all the categories. They have been really great actually. The small private casitas with very cute porches is a standard. Washer and dryer in the unit. Housekeeping comes every other week and they do a wonderful job. The people are friendly. They have a club house for meals and activities. It's a great independent living setting. The maintenance team made every accommodation and respond quick to any concerns.

The staff was professional and friendly. The residents seemed engaged and content. The facility was well-maintained and provided many resources for those wanting social interaction or a quiet reading space. Our discussion was very helpful.

Summerfield has surpassed any memory care place we have dealt with . It is the 4th place with our loved one we can truly call home. Our loved one can walk safely inside and out. The security is a comfort to us. There are activities and stimulating events for our loved one. I highly recommend!!

They have great staff, everyone is so friendly. I just had lunch with my dad, it was delicious. If someone was looking for a place for a relative, I would definitely recommend you guys.

We have been there for approximately 3 weeks and so far I would grade them a 5 in all of the categories. Everyone has been very responsive to our needs. And stayed in constant contact. The staff has been super. Took the daughter and I on a special tour of the facility and was able to provide us with an individual response to questions and concerns. The caregivers are really the key to providing and meeting the individual needs as they arise. I love the size of the facility. Not crowded with a lot of coming and going from outsiders. My wife is in her quad which probably consist of approximately 11 to 14 residents. Private room and the dining room that feed only those in that quad. The meals are well prepared and each individual is served on plates, etc. Not trays. Tables have table clothes with napkins and silverware for individual settings. Meds administered timely and they make sure they take them. There are a variety of activities for them to participate in and snacks during the activity time. The room to me is a perfect size that has been furnished with more than adequate furnishing for her personal items. Individual bath rooms but community showers. Very clean and well organized. Family can select how many days a week showers are given. Rooms are also secured to prevent outsiders from entering. Outside areas are beautifully landscaped and maintained. I wanted a small facility that provided a well balanced environment that could meet her changing needs as they occur. The caregivers are well groomed and great personalities. They know each resident and talk in details related to just them. There is a great variety of care that is required and understood. Hopefully, this has given you some insight on my perception of Summerfield. There will be problems and issues but I feel very comfortable that the administrators and staff will will continue with their professional services.

Regency was our favorite of tours that day. Since then I have decided to live at Rivers Edge where I have lived for a few years before. Also, it would have been located too far from my children. Thank you for your hospitality. The hostess that day was especially friendly & competent.

I would give this community a 5-star rating. The staff are very helpful, courteous, and caring. The staff and quality of care are excellent, and the activities are enjoyable. The food is very good, the community is clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience.

Staff are friendly, responsive, and competent, though perhaps understaffed (though they seem to manage their stress well). Group activities in the morning and afternoon activities are wonderful with great facilitators. Food is appropriate to the needs of the residents. Overall cleanliness is great, though there may be periodic oversights in resident rooms on days/shifts that are understaffed. The room sizes are wonderful—single and larger shared rooms. Most wonderful is the employees—caregivers, medtec staff, environmental services, and administers who are all extremely accommodating and sympathetic to the families. Overall, my experiences with Summerfield is very positive and I would recommend them to others. 5 out of 5. The periodic understaffing seems like a result of trying to strike that balance between cost and care; I am not bothered by it at the moment considering the positive experiences otherwise.
