The staff was very friendly and efficient. Very welcoming. The place was clean and appeared to be a place that all residents found comfortable and accessible. My husband and I spoke to some of the residents and they had very positive things to say.

All categories would be a resounding 5! We highly recommend Summerfield of Roseville Memory Care to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

It's really a wonderful place... Great, FRIENDLY, attentive staff. Wonderful dining (big menu). Medical right there if you need them. MANY activities. Church service on Sunday. Salon. Mom is 99 & has been there about a year. She couldn't be happier. Oh, & she likes her 1 glass of wine with dinner

Everything you need is here. I am happier here than I ever thought possible! There’s always something to do, or be a part of. The choice is yours. It’s a community we all respect each other’s privacy and health issues. The staff is amazing, kind, patient and caring! There are daily exercising classes for the body and the mind! Most importantly my family knows that I am happy and safe

We recently moved my grandma to Cypress Court and are all so glad to have her there. She toured lots of places but really loved how many people are actually out and about compared to the other places we saw where it just wasn’t lively at all. My grandma also really loves the food! The staff has been great. [name removed] helped us through the whole process and made it as easy possible for the whole family. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Everyone at Cypress Court is so friendly and kind. I moved my grandparents in about a year ago when my grandpa needed extra care. The staff was very attentive to his needs. Cypress court was a godsend especially as his needs progressed! My grandmother is now a widow and she has her group of friends that keep her busy playing cards, exercising and painting. I am so grateful for the staff at cypress court for taking such great care of my grandparents. P.S. the food is amazing too!

The staff is very helpful with keeping me informed of my loved ones status, texting updates, phone calls, FaceTime-if needed since I live 40 minutes away. They are very personable. Facility is not too large to be overwhelming. Feel confident that he is in a good environment.

My mother has been a resident at Summerfield for over a year. I visit her almost every day and have always found the facility to be neat and clean. They have lots of engaging activities and entertainment, for the residents and offer field trips as well. Recently, they have started hosting a weekly luncheon to which family members are invited. The staff is patient and kind to the residents and feed them fresh, healthy food. Medications and their physical wellbeing is carefully monitored. It is a relief knowing that my mom is being well cared for.

I would rate each category a 5 for sure. The staff members are great. Very helpful and professional. I feel that my wife is very safe at the Gardens.

5's on everything but the food. They need more fresh vegetables and fruit. Yes, we would recommend The Gardens of Sun City to other families based on the experience so far.

Price is same as other homes and facilities. PV offers more programs for residents and families. PV's staff was by far the friendliest: the owner, business mgr, care/food/maintenance/front counter/medical staff all know my first name and greet me with a smile and Hello. Their care for my loved one is outstanding, professional and personal. The staff sends me pictures and daily activity reports so I can track my lived one. The PV staff cares for me and my loved one.

I would give 5 in all categories. My husband didn't care for the food but that was because he couldn't taste much but it seemed well balanced. Summerfield is a wonderful place especially if your loved one is still mobile and wants/can participate in the activities. They were short staffed for my husband's needs and I had to move him to a 6 bed home as he was prone to falling. I would recommend Summerfield and the price was average but I looked at ones higher. Good value. [name removed] at Summerfield - don't know her exact title but community director? She was absolutely fabulous. She was so accommodating for my husband's needs but just wasn't the right fit any longer after his return from the hospital after a fall.

The staff are very caring and sincere in all they do. The food is great per my loved one and others. The activities are great. I have been pleasantly impressed with Heritage Woods. Director [name removed] is the best.

After ten years, my mom recently moved into Sellwood from another independent/assisted living community. She needed a step up in care and a more affordable place. She likes Sellwood even more than her previous community. It is a little smaller and her care is more personalized. She loves the daily activities and even likes the food, which has always been an issue for her. It’s well-run, they go the extra mile, and communication is excellent.

I would rate each one of these a 5. Being a 100% memory care facility, they devote all of their energy to the residents care. It shows in all that they do. I most definitely would!!!

I love how all of the staff made me mother feel so welcome when she was going through such a hard time in her life l. Their positivity, their kindness, and their willingness to work with her at her comfort level meant everything to us. On top of that, the activities for the people who live there are great and the cafeteria the food is wonderful. The wait staff are wonderful. I would eat there three meals a day if I had the ability to. Hats off to the chef!

The staff are great. I think they could use a couple of extra aides. Everyone is really friendly, and they're always trying to get the residents involved in activities. I just think they'd have more time to take the residents outside and provide more personal care if they had extra help. I still think we made the right decision to move my mom to the Gardens.

My mom has been at SSL for 3.5 yrs. The first person we met when interviewing facilities was [name removed], we knew right away after meeting her and touring the grounds and the rooms This was going to be a great fit! The care., patience , and compassion for my mother and our entire family has exceeded our expectations, and we can’t feel more blessed , and thankful to the entire staff!
