Well so far my dad is still in independent living so we haven't had a lot of time with the staff. But when I have interacted with them they have always been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is a little slow but kitchen staff and front office have been great. The facility is a little outdated but they do have a pool, hot tub and pool table for guests.

We toured and my mom really fell in love with the place and so did I! Everybody is very friendly. The food was delicious as they allowed us to have a beautiful meal after the tour! My mom ordered filet mignon and the waiter asked how my mom would like me to be cooked and I couldn’t believe it because it’s so different at the facility. She’s at now where you’re lucky if you could even cut through the meat with their lousy cutlery and them over killing any kind of protein that they Have The apartments are spacious have plenty of cupboard space much more than she has where she is so we will be moving my mom to Cyprus Court this month We are so happy we found such a good place

Ease in scheduling a tour, [name removed] is friendly marketing manager. Facility was clean, bright and sunny. Great short term respite options. Impressed.

I really enjoyed touring Summerfield of Encinitas with [name removed] (and her team), and impromptu meeting some of the residents along the way. She was there to show me everything, all the details of care and the community and why it provides. She spent so much time with me to hear about our story and answer my questions (and hold space for future ones) Very helpful along the path of finding the right place… Thank you!!

Country Crest is beautiful. The lobby is like a lodge. The entire place was clean and organized. I would highly recommend this place. [name removed], the Sales Director, is wonderful. She’s kind, caring, knowledgeable and has been going out of her way to help me. Country Crest should feel very lucky to have such an amazing employee.

Merced Senior Living was a Godsend to us as we were trying to find a home for an older gentleman in our church that did not have any family here locally. When we first arrived, we just felt like a huge burden had been lifted from us as [name removed] , and a few others that I don't remember their names, just made everything so easy. The process of getting our friend moved in just went seamless. I think the thing that I most appreciated was that the communication was so thorough and everyone was so approachable. This scores big points with me! Since move in, I have witnessed the great care and concern for all of their residents. Thanks to all!

I can say when you love your person that you are adding to a memory care program, no place is perfect, but I can say Summerfield is probably the best for compassion with the ones living there. My [name removed] got to go to church on Sundays in the facility and loved the workers thinking one was his daughter. Im not saying its without problems, I think twice in 2 years and my voice was heard and listened to. Summerfield planned [name removed] to see his daughter get married through live streaming, with him getting to talk to her, enjoying his shirt Father of the Bride they made for him, enjoying wedding cake as if he was there, no he was with us, and she lives out of state. A keepsake for her forever. Holidays are a joy there celebrating Valentines dinner, Winter Formals, Easter bunny Thanksgiving and of course our special Santa. Programs keeping everyone busy. Exercise classes and always someone is dancing. Birthdays happen there with celebrations. I can be called at any time.

Cypress Court is very homely. The cleanliness of the place is great. Dinning experiences I have had are great. The staff is great. rooms are fine, size wise they are good. Really no issues at all. I would give it a 5 star rating.

Summerfield Memory Care of Roseville, has been a Godsend for my mother. The staff and management truly care about the residents. The facility and residents rooms are immaculate. Summerfield has lovely gardens, weekly events and other amenities. Thankful we found Summerfield.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Very welcoming. The place was clean and appeared to be a place that all residents found comfortable and accessible. My husband and I spoke to some of the residents and they had very positive things to say.

All categories would be a resounding 5! We highly recommend Summerfield of Roseville Memory Care to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

It's really a wonderful place... Great, FRIENDLY, attentive staff. Wonderful dining (big menu). Medical right there if you need them. MANY activities. Church service on Sunday. Salon. Mom is 99 & has been there about a year. She couldn't be happier. Oh, & she likes her 1 glass of wine with dinner

Everything you need is here. I am happier here than I ever thought possible! There’s always something to do, or be a part of. The choice is yours. It’s a community we all respect each other’s privacy and health issues. The staff is amazing, kind, patient and caring! There are daily exercising classes for the body and the mind! Most importantly my family knows that I am happy and safe

We recently moved my grandma to Cypress Court and are all so glad to have her there. She toured lots of places but really loved how many people are actually out and about compared to the other places we saw where it just wasn’t lively at all. My grandma also really loves the food! The staff has been great. [name removed] helped us through the whole process and made it as easy possible for the whole family. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Everyone at Cypress Court is so friendly and kind. I moved my grandparents in about a year ago when my grandpa needed extra care. The staff was very attentive to his needs. Cypress court was a godsend especially as his needs progressed! My grandmother is now a widow and she has her group of friends that keep her busy playing cards, exercising and painting. I am so grateful for the staff at cypress court for taking such great care of my grandparents. P.S. the food is amazing too!

The staff is very helpful with keeping me informed of my loved ones status, texting updates, phone calls, FaceTime-if needed since I live 40 minutes away. They are very personable. Facility is not too large to be overwhelming. Feel confident that he is in a good environment.
