Beautiful, clean, well maintained facility. Friendly, accommodating staff. The room size is acceptable and furniture can be provided.

Staff are friendly, responsive, and competent, though perhaps understaffed (though they seem to manage their stress well). Group activities in the morning and afternoon activities are wonderful with great facilitators. Food is appropriate to the needs of the residents. Overall cleanliness is great, though there may be periodic oversights in resident rooms on days/shifts that are understaffed. The room sizes are wonderful—single and larger shared rooms. Most wonderful is the employees—caregivers, medtec staff, environmental services, and administers who are all extremely accommodating and sympathetic to the families. Overall, my experiences with Summerfield is very positive and I would recommend them to others. 5 out of 5. The periodic understaffing seems like a result of trying to strike that balance between cost and care; I am not bothered by it at the moment considering the positive experiences otherwise.

The meals and dining is a 5+++ excellent. We had a 2 bedroom apt. So there was plenty of room for one person. Everything was always very clean when I was there. My brother enjoyed living there. Our overall experience was very good. My brother lived in Sacramento, his family was in Minnesota, so we had to rely on the staff since we weren't there. There were a couple glitches along the way,as one would expect, but the staff was responsive and accommodating. We toured many buildings and Rose Arbor had the best layout and code compliance. The meals were exceptional, I ate their many times. They provide nutritional information on every meal so if you're diabetic or need to monitor salt, etc., you have the information to do it.

.Food - 5 (actually a 10 lol). Rose Arbor Village is a wonderful place! From the first time I set foot in the building I was impressed. [Name Removed] greeted me and took the time to sit down with me and answer all of my many questions. I came back at a later date for a tour with Natalie and again I was impressed, with the friendly people, the cleanliness, the scheduled activities, the restaurant style dining and the accommodations. At a later date I brought my mom to see the place and she loved it! After the tour she told [Name Removed]she wanted to live there! She ended up moving in to assisted living. She just told me the other day how much she loves her new apartment and how happy she is that she gets to live there! Those are great words for a daughter to hear, let me tell you! Everyone is friendly, kind and helpful as well as knowledgeable in their jobs. Residents are friendly as well. The food is really great! Chef [Name Removed] and his staff do a terrific job! The apartments in the assisted living building are really nice! There are many fun activities for my mom to choose from every day. I feel my mom is keeping her independence by living here. She doesn’t drive anymore, so since there are things to do and places to go right in the same building as her apartment is in she can go do pretty much what she wants to do! I highly recommend Rose Arbor Village! Oh and the apartment size is 500 sf. It is spacious and updated with granite countertops, etc. they have big windows too.

Of the staff that I have meet at Park Plaza, they are caring towards the residents and their family members. The food is top notch, the activities are varied so the residents care pick what they want, PLUS family members are encouraged to join in. A housekeeper, once a week, cleans my mom room, does her laundry and changes the sheets on her bed. I've told anyone who will listen, that when it's my turn, I am coming to live at Park Plaza.

The Community Relations Manager was very open and willing to answer any questions about the facility. I really like the community home feeling about this memory care facility. The rooms are Private Studios, nicely decorated and with thought to the comfort of the client. The expense is comparable to other memory care facilities in the area. Many of the staff have worked there for several years which says a lot about their integrity.

Residents were going into the activity room fifteen and twenty minutes early. They seemed to be excited about the planned event. The facility was clean from the floors to the windows, and the tables to the chairs.

[name removed] was very helpful in asking questions about my husband and his neurological condition. I was impressed with all the outdoor places and gathering spaces. The apartments are a good size with flexibility in arranging furniture. [name removed] spent some time explaining how to make my husband's move easier for the both of us. My visit to Summerfield and time with [name removed] was reassuring for me when the time comes to make the move.

The Gardens was wonderful for my mother's stay as a Respite Care Resident. My mother enjoyed the music, activities and attention.

My mom loves it and will be moving in [date Removed]. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite, and answered all my questions with intelligence and completeness. The facilities are beautiful and clean and provide everything my mom needs. Thank you.

The staff was very attentive and caring. The owner was also aware of my grandfather's needs and help me navigate descions that needed to be made and had resources available

We were met by the Community Relations Director and the Executive Director in a sit-down discussion and covered a multitude of topics relating to both the facility and what is being offered towards the care of my spouse. The responses were very rewarding and thorough. The tour of the facility was impressive and the staff that we met were pleasant and was working with other residents in a very positive manner.

The staff truly cares about the residents, and gently redirect residents when they become confused or agitated. The residents dine in a homey atmosphere within their designated cottages and are served family style. Activities are twice daily and include travelogues, Wheel of Fortune, Bingo, music, and movies. The rooms are private .

very nice overall.... viewed a updated 2 bedroon unit.... i just do not understand WHY the show was not updated to a WALK IN shower.. talked to a few nice residences in the dining room which was very nice to do....

The staff is difference. All the assisted living memory care facilities in AV are about the same price. Palm Vista's staff is friendlier and knowledgeable. They cared for my loved one, sent me weekly pictures, helped me with medical appointments, sat and chatted with me about their medical, emotional, and physical conditions. The staff knew me by first name.

Very friendly, helpful caring staff. Clean environment. Good communication from the staff covering any issues. I'm very pleased with the accommodations and the care that my wife is provided.

So far it's a five and the only comment I can give really is that my mom is only been in there for a little over a month!! We are at a disadvantage to give you long-term comments on how great they are, but as far as right now, the food is delicious the people staff and all medicine stuff are all very friendly, even including the cleaning girls. They've all been really wonderful, including the receptionist desk, very welcoming, very sweet and very helpful. Also the executive director which is Tonya. She's as sweet as she could be and right now we feel that we are in the best possible place for my mom, but as I say time will tell I hope this helps

Highly recommend, it was a very good short term solution for my brother. Cleanliness, friendliness of staff and ease of moving my brother in at short notice for respite stay.

During an overwhelming sad time we are looking for help. Sure, friendly faces and attitudes but staffing, sensors and on site nursing are as important. Fees too. Ala carte fee structure can be knee buckling. I recommend facilities that are all inclusive.
