Friendliness. Very LGBTQ friendly. Excellent staff. Budget on food seems to be a problem. The man in charge is especially great.

Extremely helpful with lots of activities for them : exercise, bingo, cards, crafts, bbq, movie night & popcorn, birthday party celebrations, music entertainers ,hair salon, wonderful meals 3x a day, outings to restaurants or shopping some Fridays, there's a staff nurse along with med techs, there's rides to doctor appointments every Tuesday & Thursday but it has to be scheduled with the nurse. They have a pastor that holds church service every Sunday & last, they have a wonderful staff aids & activity director! if a parent is at the end of their life, they recommend Bristol Hospice. Bristol is great too! My mom is at that point now & Bristol is monitoring her. The nurse comes out two times a week, but they have 24 hour nurse if needed. The facility is just the right size nice inside & out, nice gardens, & clean! Over all, I'm happy with the Sundial Adult facility!

Overall a very good experience! The young man I worked with, [name removed] was patient and helpful with out being pushy. He made a difficult time much easier. I thank you all and recommend "A Place For Mom" for anyone who needs help.

I'm happy with them. It works for me. I am only disappointed in that if I need memory care, I will have to move. They offer it, but not here. I forgot to look for it when I was looking in Escondido for a place to live.

The staff has made us feel very welcome and have gone out of their way to help us meet residents and enjoy all the events here.

[name removed] enjoys The Garden immensely. The staff is caring and engaged with the residents all the time . They have monthly activities to involve the residents w virtual travel where movies, music and food is featured monthly. They have a musician that plays regularly. The food is healthy, sufficient portions and delicious. The building and grounds are immaculate. I am very comfortable with the quality of care [name removed] is receiving.

It's really an excellent place. Unfortunately, they don't do Iv patients. We would absolutely recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

5 across the board! [name removed] the director knew residents names and preferences. That was huge to me. The staff was very friendly during the tour and while mom was there.

What we like the most about the community is that it is clean, no bad odors. Staff all were very friendly and attentive to my mother and any of my concerns. Administrative staff was incredibly supportive and was extremely helpful dealing with issues and my concerns. I thought the food was very good too!

From my first visit to now the staff have all being super friendly and helpful always happy and smile with a great attitude... I especially loved how the the office staff worked with me and help me with my dad be and feel comfortable there at LifeStream and my dad loves it there ! ... I thank God because I'm able to visit and leave the facility with peace in my heart that my dad is well taken care of ...thank you all and God bless.

All but activities are 5. Activities gets 3. Activities at [community removed] were very good so maybe we're spoiled. But maybe the clients at Cypress aren't as high functioning. More people in assisted and fewer in independent. Games mom went to she didn't enjoy so she stays in her room. Yes, we would recommend Cypress Court to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

This is a welcoming, beautiful place to call home. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage. The layout of the buildings is open with mature trees and bushes lining the walkways. Staff is welcoming and quickly remembers your name.

Everyone from administration to nurses, to staff members was always friendly, helpful and caring. They got to know Lloyd in the short time he was there and spent time talking and visiting with him. Responses to our requests were quick and thorough. The staff was pro-active and saw ways to improve our dad’s comfort while he was there.

Truly a special place to be so wonderful I’m moving in with my spouse who has Alzheimer’s. I promised him a soft landing after his diagnosis and the regency provides that for us both, bless those angels who walk among us.

This is what I was looking for in a memory care unit. Caring, compassionate, efficient, friendly staff with activities. I feel like I hit the jackpot! Mom's first day there they did floral arrangements, bingo, listeners to oldies and had a root beer float party complete w/ activity director dancing _much to the happiness of the residents! Very clean facility also! Great value for what you get!

The friendliness and the administrative staff gets a 10! Heritage Woods is welcoming, with caring neighbors and faculty ensure that a new resident settles in and all needs are met, while facilitating and encouraging independence. Pretty landscaping with ample area to sit alone or gather outside. Abundant opportunities for enrichment activities and outings. If needed, can help coordinate skilled assistance for ADL, PT, OT, etc.

Palm Vista Memory Care was sincere with their care for my mom’s. Memory Care (MC) sent pics of mom doing activities, communicated with me on updates or needs. I didn’t have to guess what was happening with my mom. It was a relief knowing she was in good hands when I could not be with her.

Wonderful kind caring staff, wonderful Executive Director, such a nice lady and a beautiful well kept facility nice and clean and just pretty in every part you walk through. Truly feels like one big wonderful family and as comfortable as home. Placing a loved one here would be an absolute honor with no worrying, you can see and feel the big hearts all the staff have, such a blessing!

It seemed more homey and friendly. Others seemed more institutional and impersonal. Also, the carpeting and pictures on the walls were very appealing, being all nature- themed.
