They are great. I have referred two people there.

Our mom had dementia issues when she started but the social network and regular healthy meals helped to improve her mental health. Regular exercises also helped. Being able to speak Japanese helped with adjustment. They were very helpful in accommodating our needs.

Good place, friendly people would recommend.

Heritage Woods would get a 5 in all the categories that are listed. We could not be happier with me. Our loved one has made so many new friends while being there and she lives so much better. We would most definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far. Thanks for your help.

My loved one lives there but I know when it's my time I'd like to go there.I love the lay out of the facility. Although they do need more parking.

She loved the staff, facilities and activities. Only issue was the food. Lack of healthy eating options and flexibility of menu choices. For example the food was generally over salted and there were not fresh vegetables on a daily basis. That said she really enjoyed the people.

Eliminate any odor that occurs in the halls. Low carb meals. Love the music. Love the staff. I highly recommend.

Gardens of Sun City is a good facility. It is smaller and that is exactly what my mom needed. I would recommend them to others looking.

The overall experience is good, so far. The administration and staff are open and helpful. I would recommend this facility to others.

Food vacillates between being great and not good at all. Depends who is working. I am hoping with a new Activities director they offer more cultural outings for the residents. Only lunches being organized. It's hard to get a spot with hair salon. Other than that, everything else is good. Staff is friendly.

Facilities are excellent and a garage is special. Price friendly for independent living but what sold us on the place was the staff. [name removed] was friendly, sincere, and seemed to care for my mother’s concerns gave a raving tour of the facilities. [name removed] was very nice and thorough giving administrative information. [name removed] greeted us with a smile every time we came in. [name removed] is such a nice friendly and efficient maintenance manager. [name removed] got us through all of the paperwork with patience and sincerity. [name removed] has privided excellent meals. The residents have also made this transition enjoyable too introducing themselves to Fran throughout the day. It’s the staff that was deciding factor why we chose Regency Place.

It’s the right size community, all the staff are super friendly and helpful and they are open to resident’s suggestions. The kitchen staff do a great job with creating delicious dishes and a phenomenal presentation. [name removed] is a wonderful chef. [names removed] are so good to me as well- they are all considerate about my health and well-being.

The staff are wonderful and very caring. My mom is in safe place and well taken care of. They keep the place clean with no clutter. They communicate with me very well, usually by phone, which works great for me. The move-in was seamless and easy. And the food is very good and served fresh. I would recommend this place for anyone that needs a safe and caring place for their loved one.

I would highly recommend Summerfield to anyone who is looking for a great place that provides memory care. What I love the most is I feel like my father has an extended family here. Summerfield will become another family for your loved one that will provide the love and care during those times when we are not able to be there. Summerfield prides themselves by treating residents as family. It is a night and day difference from where he came from. Prior to coming to Summerfield, my father was at Oakmont but we were deeply unhappy with his care there. He now smiles more, engaged more and became a lot more active. The employees at Summerfield truly care about the residents. Residents are constantly greeted, talked to, hugged, and there always seems to be laughter around. Summerfield has a great employee to resident ratio and ratio and I always see employees helping residents, smiling, and talking to them with dignity, care, and humor. Residents have a home away from home here.

I believe they are doing an excellent service. They have a new person in charge of memory care. The service was very good before, this new person is doing an excellent job.

I visited OHSL when my mom was considering staying there and was immediately impressed. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and just as nice or nicer than the photos on the website. The staff and management are incredibly patient, kind and helpful. The food was surprisingly good, both for quality and variety. The full menu, daily specials and sit-down service give it a real restaurant feel. But the part that made me most comfortable was the residents. The culture here is one of true "community," where people always smile and wave, are respectful of each other, and seem very happy to live there. My mom made friends almost immediately and was welcomed into the community (and happy hour, etc.). That made a very significant transition in my mom's life, one that her family was concerned about, so much easier. I stayed for 4 days to confirm my impressions (they were), and I am happy to say my mom chose this as her new home! I would recommend OHSL to anyone.

Beautiful, clean and friendly staff who care about to the residents like they are family. Shared room but a good enough size. The amenities mostly are for the assisted living side. The bathroom is very large and a great size.

I started volunteering here in my spare time, when it came time for my grandparents it was a no brainer. The community is clean, smells great, and best of they care. Everyone knows Grand name, Hoe she is doing, and even our entire family. We just lost Gran, [name removed] was so committed to making sure we all had what we needed, answering the hard questions, helping find a outstanding hospice, [name removed] the nurse is so knowledgeable and helpful, he is easy to talk to. Oh! Don’t let me forget about the outstanding food. I cannot say enough about this place. Special thanks to the Maintenance Director. He literally helped pack up everything when we just couldn’t do it. Thank you Summerfield. We love you.

The whole Staff at Paintbrush Assisted Living and Memory Care in Fresno, Ca has given excellent care to my mom, [name removed]. They treat her well and we are so appreciative of the care they show to her.

I would highly recommend she seems to be thriving there and she is enjoying it. We picked this community because of the amenities and the staff.
