when we first heard about vineyard i didn’t know if i was ready but as soon as i arrived i fell in love. i love the dinning room and the food that was served. the caregivers and serves are nice and friendly. they make me look forward to each day.

My 90-year-old father has been a resident for two months. The staff is friendly and supportive. My father has stated many times that he feels comfortable in his surroundings and he loves the food. My father‘s needs are met by the staff on a daily basis, and he is very appreciative of the kindness he receives from other residents. I would gladly refer other people to this facility for care.

I enjoy my stay here and everyone is very friendly. Staff works as if it’s a family atmosphere. staff are very helpful when I need it.

I would recommend it. Everyone should check out 2 or 3 places before deciding. It seemed more intimate and not clinical. Set up just seemed cozier.

I'm totally happy with everything that I've had to experience or go through. Everybody has been very helpful and encouraging.

It's a wonderful place to live in. Everyone is very nice. It's an enjoyable place to live. I never want to leave! There's lots of things to do, it keeps you busy all the time. This us a great place to live. Everyone is so friendly and nice especially the worker. They are always ready to help us out especially when we fall.

I'm always happy to visit my mom with such great smiles and above and beyond care I observe. My mom is happy living at the Gardens of Sun City. I appreciate the staff and facility for meeting all of our expectations when we made the decision to move mom in.

I believe this was the best choice I could have made. Being a facility totally devoted to memory care, they know what to do when a person first comes there and how to help them acclimate to the place. My wife is doing very well, the staff is happy with her progress and the few issues that turned up have been resolved. So far I have been very happy with Summerfield.

I am sure there are more luxurious places out there but they are far more costly. For [name removed]s price point I think she is in the best place possible. The staff is friendly and patient. In addition to the facility being very clean, it is bright, open and airy. The grounds are lovely. Visitors are made welcome.

We absolutely love this community and are so happy that we placed mom there. The staff are super friendly and the care is exceptional. It is very clean and we enjoy eating with mom because the food is really good. We would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for their loved one.

My experience with Summerfield has been very positive!! I’m so pleased to know that my aunt is in a very clean and friendly environment and the staff has been great! Erin Hernandez was such a help to my aunt and family and continues to be. Erin really helped my aunt acclimate into her residency there. She shows compassion and kindness, as does the rest of the staff. I love how each corridor is set up like a little villa and that the grounds are kept very nice. Most of all, I have peace of mind knowing she there and that Erin and the rest of the staff are there to help my aunt and her family if we need it. Thank you Erin and Summerfield of Redlands!!

The minute I walked in I was greeted promptly by the front desk. Was then approached by Erin who from the minute I met her felt calm and and genuine. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the questions I had for her and at the same time was very friendly and didn’t treat me like just another sale,(which is refreshing) . Summerfield was exactly what I was looking for couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you [name removed]

Attentive and abundant staff. Excellent food. Maintenance crew quick to respond. Transport team also excellent. Multiple days for Drs appts and shopping days (las villas had 1 bus that was rarely used). Lots of activities and church service (las villas had activities that had to be run by residents due to staff shortage). The entire atmosphere is more homie vs las villas more clinical.

[names removed] are very knowledgeable. Summerfield is extremely clean. They are very friendly, I am always greeted. I inspect and see that details are completed. I met the chef and he is very adept with meals for various needs. Value for cost is reasonable, but there has been a recent price increase. Facility is filled with employees who appear happy to be doing the job.

Ocean Hills was amazing. Wonderful, caring staff and residents. Beautiful facility. Great activities. They gave my Mom a wonderful additional year to her life. I would tell others that you should never dump their loved ones in any facility and leave them, rarely visiting. You get out of it what you put in. Put in caring and love and you'll get that back from the staff in spades.

We'd give Vineyard Ranch straight 5's all the way. They have been so good to work with and we're there several times a week and have gotten to know much of the staff and even several of the other residents. We are reassured in our choice with every interaction!

The staff have been great. The facility is always clean every time I drop in to see my mom and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The facility offers activities for the residents and encourage participation for residents and family.
