We chose Pacifica Senior Living Woodmont mainly because of the friendly staff and they had availability when we needed it. The staff are so extremely friendly, we are just so thankful for everyone at Pacifica. I would highly recommend them to others.

We had a good tour experience and the facility was very nice, it was just too expensive for us.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living because of the convenient location and also we were impressed by the overall facility and the friendliness of the staff members. They have had a lot of staffing shortages because of covid so that did affect the food service some. I would recommend to others looking.

We liked this community but there were not enough activities planned or scheduled for the residents. We wanted more for our loved one to have to do.

I loved Pacifica Senior Living Vancouver. We just ended up choosing a place where assisted living residents could mingle with independent living residents, since Mom is still young at heart and more active.

I am happy with the community. The staff that here work hard and help my loved one. The staff are very helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. Some of the activities available include mental exercises, drawing, talking, and more to keep the residents engage.

My loved one is in memory care. She is given excellent care. I wish specific information were communicated. Dr. visits, Staff concerns, ETC. It's not easy for me to get answers- no one to ask- gets shuffled.

I felt out of 3 places we looked, Sundial was the best. Overall I am satisfied, but I wish they cleaned the toilet better. He can't do any cleaning for himself and wish they bathed him more often - he got skin breakdown.

I toured Paintbrush Assisted Living and I felt good about the facility. The cost here was comparable to others that we looked into.

So far very good! Director has been great to work with. Receptionist is very skilled, friendly and accommodating. The nurse is easy to communicate with. My mom has settled in better than I thought she would.

I have a dog and everybody likes her. I don't need to write anything more except to say that everybody is great. My husband died in September and everybody was so nice and helpful.

I was drawn to visit Pacifica because of a good friend who spent her last days at Pacifica where I came to visit and pray for her. Right now we are transitioning in stages. Having our meals here while trying to get the house we’ve been living in emptied. The challenge is getting the landline, computer (internet) and tv. The reward is the many new friends we’re making, both staff and residents.

My loved one has been sick about the whole time we've been here, in and out of the hospital. So she can't really take advantage of everything the way she'd like to until she gets better. As her designated caregiver, I've been able to come and go as I please and come in to her room. I know that's not the case everywhere with Covid, so I've been grateful for that opportunity. With everything I've seen and observed, I've been very pleased. It's clean. It's an older building, but updated. The staff are really wonderful people. They just lost their executive director, so we're waiting in limbo to see what happens with that change. But he was there for three years and has been wonderful. Lack of staff has been a problem, but most of them are really, really good. When she first got there, it was absolutely perfect, but diminished a bit due to Covid, which was out of their control. They're still doing great, checking on her a lot, meeting her needs, and taking good care of her. I just wish they could check on her more often on the weekends. That's when I notice a staff shortage the most. I know they're trying - I see them interviewing people often and trying to get people on board. I've not tried the food, but it looks and smells fabulous to me. They have activities every day, at least five or six different things, so they're offering quite a bit. When it comes to this type of care, it's all expensive. But I think it's definitely worth it here. You're getting a lot of bang for your buck.

The care given to our parents was great under COVID conditions. We highly recommend Pacifica Vanc.

The activities are starting to open back up, there are more and more being offered each day. When I first came to look at it, i really liked it but what really sold me was the friendliness of the staff members and the location. They have been very considerate during the pandemic, and trying to keep the residents safe and as active as possible at the same time. The staff are just very caring.

This community is a caring environment for my loved ones. Overall the care is excellent. The staff is friendly, and the fees are reasonable.

Somerford was a really nice facility and was our second favorite choice while looking at facilities.

When we were able to visit the community it was kept very clean. The staff members are really friendly and whenever there is an issue brought to their attention they handle it in a timely manner. We would recommend the community to others.

I chose Regency Place because when we were looking at places, it really stuck out to me. They were in the middle of having activities outside and everyone was very friendly. The staff was friendly as well and just overall were great. I had windows that looked outside and it was a nice comfortable place. I would recommend to others looking.
