We chose Heritage Woods at the time for independent living, the room size that he got was big and lovely and had a garden view. They were much better for the cost especially compared to others we saw. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend.

Beautiful place with lots of amenities but completely out of our financial reach.

they did a really good job taking care of my dad. The staff really try and do a great job. I think overall this was a good place for us to go. I would recommend this community to others.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My mom is enjoying her time here. The staff are doing everything to keep the residents safe during the pandemic. The food always looks good, and meals are being delivered to the resident's rooms.

We chose Somerford Place because it was clean and did not smell when you walked in. The price was also excellent and it was fairly close to family. They have been very good with communication and keeping video chats going with family ever since COVID has been going on. I would absolutely recommend and already have.

I would recommend this community but with covid it has been hard. Just understand there are some issues to be aware of relating to covid and other issues. The room sizes are small, and my mom likes the food. They have scaled back the menu some during covid. There is staff turnover and this created poor communication, most of the staff are very compassionate and caring and are very accommodating, but there are a couple of bad apples.

Beautiful assisted living rooms memory care is a bit small, but less space to get lost in. [name removed], my tour guide, extremely nice and caring. Everyone I’m at seemed happy and friendly. Only one other male resident in this facility.Private and shared rooms were clean. Bathrooms and room. Bring your own furniture and TV, when Cove it is over visit and check out our welcome.

It looks better on the outside than in the inside. There is a lot of show and not a lot of meat. The policies and the management on the inside has a lot to be desired. More was promised than before. Safety was a problem there, I had an accident and I had to wait for 911 to come before the staff or anyone came to check on me. The 911 was about 20 minutes later after my fall.

We chose this community because we liked the atmosphere and it was affordable. My mother complains the food is bland, but I have eaten here and it was ok. The thing that is troubling is the showers and bathrooms do not have railings to hold onto. The room sizes are excellent. I would absolutely recommend Heritage woods.

I noticed when I would visit, the other residents seemed to be doing well and seemed to be very happy. My wife's experience was different though. We felt that they were over medicating her and leaving her unsupervised for long periods of time. We moved her out because of her history of frequently falling down. She is home now, less medicated, and much more alert.

I like that I don't have to do the cooking and the cleaning. Most of all I like the relationships I've formed with the staff and other residents.

Nice place and nice people, Building is in great condition and rooms are very nice. I don't care for the location. Prices are a bit high.

Gated area in older sac area but very nice facility. Amenities inside are very convenient for walking to. $2999 mo plus care. Care is in steps by $400 each step.

I visited the facility for my mom recently and was thoroughly impressed by how clean it was and how friendly the staff was especially [names removed]. I was wowed by [name removed] cause she's been at the facility for 31 whopping years!!! She shared with me that she's done every job imaginable at the facility and that she couldn't imagine working anywhere else. She was very kind and attentive to my mom during our visit. [Name removed] was simply funny and very engaging. He joked that he would take $1.50 off of my mom's rent if I moved her in that month. He told me that he had been there almost 20 years. I was leaning toward moving mom to another place, but when I met [names removed] and realized how much they loved the place; I had to move my mom there. If they love it that much then I expect her to as well.

Nice facility, secure outdoor areas for memory care residents, did not notice any activities that residents were doing. Not sure if this is a good fit for mom.

I gave four stars based on the friendly and suburb manner in which [name removed] showed my mom and us around. We were treated to lunch, which was very good. The people were awesome. Overall, [name removed] was very knowledgeable. super friendly, and is making our decision easier to choose a home for our parents.

My Aunts seems to enjoy living at Cypress Court. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and caring.

Memory care unit is not bright and cheery. Only 16 residents, so there is great individualized care.

The property is very new, 1 1/2 years old. Small property, but it looks very nice. [Name removed] is very nice, and was very helpful.
