My mom's experience has been great! She was resistant to leaving her home. After 6 months of living at the Villa she has said it was the best decision. She has made many friends and the conveniences of living in a retirement home have been so worth it.

The Tiffany Court staff is wonderful to my Mom. My Mom needed assisted living with memory care, and Tiffany Court at Kingston is the unicorn for our family. Private rooms with private bathrooms and socialization. 24x7 monitoring to be sure wandering away doesn’t happen. Nursing for her medication needs. Truly a blessing giving her the care she needs and peace of mind and rest for our family.

Very warm and personal. Spoke to some of the residents who all expressed how happy they are. They offered activities that the residents seemed to like. We would recommend that other families to this community for their loved ones.

Make sure if they have adequate amount of staffing, check their menu/food given to elderly, prepped appropriately, types of food given to avoid choking hazards. For memory care individuals, meats should be cut up, hot dogs, avoid grapes or slice, given canned fruits in place of oranges, any types which cause choking hazards, as elderly pts swallowing is diminished or they have dental issues with difficulty chewing.

Compassion. After a few weeks, my mom was having difficulty in the transition. They talked with me while I was visiting to get a perspective on how to respond. They wanted to help make her transition a little easier for her, it really helped. I may not have found Palm Vista without a Place for Mom.

The staff is informative. They call me whenever there is an issue which I am grateful for. My brother enjoys it there which is important.

The staff is friendly and kind. Housekeeping is great, although you need to be present for your place to be cleaned. There were a couple of hiccups in our move with the administration. My dad loves the meals. He says that he 'eats like a king.' I would definitely recommend LifeStream at Youngtown if you are on a low budget. Knowing my dad is at a lovely place that fits his budget gives me a great peace of mind.

I would overall recommend the community. My main frustration is that the ownership tried to drastically increase rates this year. The management at the facility worked with us to help minimize the increase in costs, otherwise, the proposed increases from the ownership group would have made staying at The Gardens of Modesto cost prohibitive.

The independent living units are relatively spacious and comfortable. Staff is exceptional at being helpful and responsive to needs.

The place is great and staff are super helpful and nice but there could be a few more resident attendants. We picked this community because of the location, cost and the office staff.

I would recommend the community overall. It is a nice facility that has a good staff.

They were very good about taking out all the decorative things so we could bring Mom's sewing machine. The shower was tough for Mom. We said she needed help showering but didn't get it. The hand held shower was too far away from the built in bench.

It was smaller and same staff for each resident. I would recommend it to a friend. There isn't much turnover on caregivers and the Director has been there since the beginning, for 23 years.

Very caring staff mgt does everything in their power to make life good for daily living. Excellent food, great transportation, activities offer something for everyone. One department lacks good leadership.

My dad has been here for over two years. Most of the staff are drawn to this type of work and really care about the residents. If there are any issues, I bring them to the management and they are addressed and remedied.

All of the staff members that we came in contact with at Pacifica Senior Living Woodmont were pleasant and accommodating. The only complaints we had was the quality of the food, housekeeping was very poor and the community is showing its age but they were in process of updating the apartments while we were there. The move in process was smooth and the staff did all they could do to keep my loved one, but she was determined to return home. We only did respite stays. Overall, I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living Woodmont to others. They are trying to make the community nicer overall.

The apartment was not ready on move in day which made move in quite chaotic. The maintenance did try and remedy the problems within the next couple of days. I was unhappy with being charged for a place that was not ready. My mom finds most of the staff very friendly. My mom finds most of the meals very tasteful. I like the fact the staff encourages sitting with new friends. My mom is slowly trying activities so I can't speak to that. We misunderstood how many meals were included with the initial tour. Breakfast except for Sunday is not as substantial as we expected.

What we like the most about the Summerfield of Encinitas Memory Care is that they staff make sure that our loved one is at every meals. All of the outings they have for the residents are expectational. The community grounds/hallways are always kept clean.

We picked this community, because of the catholic focus and Spanish speaking community. My mom would say it's a friendly and kind atmosphere.
