New Perspective Senior Living

I would highly recommend New Perspective Senior Living Highland Park to others. The staff are very attentive and communicative: including the aides, nursing and operations staff. The move in process was well coordinated. The residents are friendly. The activities are well planned. The cleanliness and the value for cost are great. The food is good.

Sunrise was easy to get to, adequate parking. Room again similar to other facilities. Brookdale beat out Sunrise only because Brookdale could get assessment completed first. Brookdale and Sunrise were top contenders as far as my family was concerned.

So far our loved one is doing well and likes it there. They were working on her to get more involved with the activities. She has made some new friendly, the staff members are friendly as are the other residents. I love that I can bring my dog there with me when I come to visit. We would recommend New Perspective Senior Living community to others.

My mom has been there 7 years . I have seen this facility through many changes . It makes the situation to walk into a beautiful facility like New Perspectives so much easier. The staff are wonderful and treat my mom with love and care. The facility today is the best it’s been . Thank you to everyone there for all you do in a job that is incredibly hard.

I absolutely love it here at New Perspective. Pretty much everyone is friendly. I've been here about 3 months now and feel like I've lived here a long time. It's peaceful and calming to me. One last thing, it is close to all kinds of stores, restaurants and hospital.

When it comes to the activities our loved one did not participate in them. We had to move our loved one to [community name removed] due to Medicaid needs. What really stood out to us about this community was the friendliness of the staff members

That I'm glad that I found a place. And it is perfect for my mom. My mom is in assisted living here. And she actually has more freedom here than she did in her own home with 24 hour care. She feels independent and has a purpose. She is happy. And I feel she is in good hands.It does not feel like an assisted living complex. It has two places to dine. It has a swimming pool.It's been good. They get back to me if they can't answer the phone or email right away. But they do get back to me.

The staff are very friendly and I feel like my Dad is safe there.The outside patio is nice. My Dad preferred it. Liked the apartment and the a la carte service options.

My mother lived in the memory care unit at Sunrise of Minnetonka from 2016 until she passed away in 2023. The staff gave her absolutely wonderful care that entire time. My mother had dementia, but also another diagnosis that made placement difficult. In addition, she was very active and alert, so she needed beautifully decorated surroundings, lots of interesting daily activities to choose from, great tasting food, and friendship. The staff at Sunrise excelled at all of the above, for almost seven years straight, including through the difficult years of the pandemic, adjusting mom's care as her needs changed. I HIGHLY recommend Sunrise!

Lovely place, light, fresh and bright. Clean and caring staff. My dad loves his place. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend The Waters of Oakside to other families looking for a place for their loved ones. They are amazing and all.so dedicated to the residents.

We toured New Perspective Senior Living West Bend when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. We absolutely loved it! It was more of a resort feel and a large facility. We put money down and this facility was our first choice. It just did not work out for us financially. My loved one needed a lot more services and they were going to charge us a lot more at this facility than they were at our second choice facility. Ultimately, we chose to go with the other facility that we had toured.

It was recommended by the rep I'm working with through you. After the tour and watching a video on how it came to be, it was very appealing to me. I wanted my uncle to have interaction with ppl but have the freedom he wants. He is happy there and likes the staff. Staff like him, too. He's not just another client they have to get to. I see the passion for doing their job. They are a great place to trust your loved one with. I would recommend to others.

This truly is a great place for mom. The staff are all very friendly and competent. There are very nice room sizes and amenities offered for the residents. I would recommend New Perspective Senior Living Mankato to others without any reservations.

This place has fulfilled the needs of my grandfather and above and beyond what was expected! The staff are amazing and always treated us as if we were part of their family, I never left there wondering if my grandfather would be taken care of properly because they kept their word and made sure he was. They always called me with updates and made sure I didn't miss a beat even if I wasn't there. FYI..... I never left that place without one or more of the staff members embracing me with a hug and giving me encouraging words.

We picked this community, because of word of mouth, and referrals. My father is making a lot of friends and he is very happy there. I would recommend to other families. I have heard a lot of horror stories in regards to nursing facilities.

We picked this community, because of the location and services offered. Also, the price. My experience has been thumbs up. The apartments are quiet and modern. I would recommend to other families.

We chose New Perspective Prior Lake over others that we looked at because the facility was close by, she could be independent in her own apartment and could add services when needed. It was clean, food is good and staff is friendly. All of the staff have been very helpful. We haven't tried many activities yet and she does not really require much care either.

Our overall experience has been excellent, we are happy we chose The Waters of Oakdale for our loved one. The meals are very good, and they have a nice dining room, however we would prefer diabetic friendly notations. Our loved ones participate in very little so with with the activities so that for us is difficult to judge. For the value - the menu style pricing can get expensive as more is needed but for now it seems like a fair price. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I have no complaints, everyone is wonderful at this facility. The food is ok, you know, made for older folks so not a lot of spices used. But my loved one has no complaints. They always communicate with me, when needed. It is a beautiful place and very clean.

We've been very happy with moms selection of Woodland Terrace. She looked at 3 centers and really felt most comfortable at WT due to the warmth of the place, the friendliness of the staff. The activities are incredible. I would recommend to others.
