New Perspective Senior Living

New Perspective Senior Living is a newer community that is closer location for our family and it has great amenities. There are a lot of people here but they do try their best to be attentive, especially the nursing staff - they give great care and really helped make the transition for our loved one much easier. There are plenty of different activities for the residents to do. We do go on a daily basis and the meals always looked well prepared and they seem delicious.

We have been very pleased with my mother’s care at Salida Woods. The Staff is friendly & takes their time with her. She has made new friends and enjoys the activities, especially the morning exercise routine & conversation with [name removed]. We have heard about some new things in the dining room and are looking forward to seeing what’s coming. Mom really likes the breakfasts, especially the French toast. Thanks for all you do.

The staff is awesome. My loved one likes the food. They are super welcoming, nice and friendly. I really love that is does not feel clinical like a hopsital, it's more like a hotel type of environment. The activities are good, they could offer more of a variety. it would be nice if they offered, a continued ambassador program for the residents. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

I toured this community and it was nice! It felt like being in a fancy hotel. It was significantly more expensive than other facilities in the area. It also seemed geared more towards Independent Living and residents that need very little to no assistance.

They keep family informed when there is an issue. We picked this community, because of the staff and facility. I would recommend to other families.

They are doing a good job. My loved one seems to be okay with the food. They have a lot of activities for the residents, and try to get them invloved. The value for the money is good. When I visit, they make me feel just as welcomed. They always encourage my loved one to get out. Overall. I am very happy with the community. It's a smaller community. The staff is incredibly friendly. I would recommend to other familes.

The facility is beautiful, huge windows in the apartments and the window coverings were slatted blinds and the appliances and woodwork in the kitchen and bathroom looked like someone really made it a first class apartment. The apartments were spacious. The dining was a menu to select from vs everyone gets the same thing each meal. The desk staff are super friendly, the activities person has been great. The place is super clean, well lit and halls are wide and ceilings are tall. I was proud to walk my parents who had not seen it prior to move in day. They love the apartment!!! Plus less than a mile from grocery and banking and less than 2 miles from target. I would for sure recommend them to family and friends.

Overall, we're very happy with the experience so far!

Staff is wonderful and helpful, there's just not enough of them. The facility is very clean. Keeping enough people on staff is like anywhere else. There are not enough.

My experience with the team at New Perspective has been incredible! I own a home care agency in California so I deal with families in crisis all the time. When I found myself having to deal with some very intense and time sensitive deadlines with my 90 year old mother, I needed a team that could help me navigate the complexities of transferring care for mom to their facility. The team at New Perspective was flexible and responsive to the needs of my family. Everyone was so professional!! I highly recommend this facility. If I owned a home care agency in Minnesota, I would have no reservations about recommending New Perspective to any family I was working with.....they would be in good hands:-)

We liked the fact that they had senior living and assisted living mixed together so my father in law could easily transition if he needed more care in the future. He was always the youngest in assisted living and with having that mix he feels like he fits in more. The other place he has been are predominantly women and this facility has a good amount of men. The staff make it a point to learn everyone's name. All of the staff know his name and call him by it - we thought that was especially nice. They pride themselves on being respectful and courteous to the residents, and that comes from the leadership on down. It has been a positive experience for us and we would definitely recommend The Waters of Oakdale to others.

The staff is friendly and know my mom by name. They are very strict with Covid and masks still.

This is the fourth place that I have lived in and I like it the best. We have happy hour 3 times a week and they have between 2-3 women tending the bar and they are great. They come to your table and make sure you have food and drinks. The apartment sizes are comparable, I have a one bedroom and it fits my needs. I would definitely recommend New Perspective of Franklin to others.

My mother is loving living at New Perspective! She fell twice in 3 days and the hospital said she no longer could be living independent at 97 and legally blind. I received information from a friend who has her mother in a New Perspective and she loves it, so went looking and found the listing on line and had a walk through of the building and found the people and employees happy so decided my mom would fit right in and she does fit right in. My mother is feeling better and sleeping better and loving the food! Thank you [name removed]!

We chose New Perspective Long Grove because they were able to accommodate the level of care she needed in memory care and they were able to take her quickly. The facility is very clean and when we went to tour we felt more comfortable here. It is very bright and cheerful. I love the communication I get from the staff. The nursing staff is there 24/7 and there is a phone number that I have that they know and they can call. I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one is very well taken care of; Sunrise of Roseville is an amazing place. The staff are wonderful and kind, my loved one is receiving great care. They're not perfect, as no place is, but they're as close to perfect as you can get. Any family would be blessed to have their loved one at Sunrise of Roseville.

The interaction with the staff really good. There has been, no complaints about the food. They have a lot of fun activies, such as exercising twice per week, a cooking class, movies, and a football party with snacks for games on Sunday. They take the residents to Dollar Tree once per month, so they can get things for their room. Also, my loved one can get their nails done. It's not as expensive. It's an older building, which is in a more resiedntal area, and it feels more like home. It's a very warm and welcoming community.

The team works together to ensure resident engagement. On weekends they have one of the staff as MOD (manager on duty) to organize activities and be present.

My mother spent her last 13 months of life at New Perspectives. She and I were both apprehensive about her moving there and the huge change in lifestyle that would be. Both our concerns were quickly alleviated. The friendly and caring staff made her feel welcome and safe and the friends she quickly made with other residents made her life enjoyable. As her health declined her care and attendance by the staff continued to keep her comfortable, well cared for, and respectfully groomed. We were always pleased when we came to visit and were frequently appraised of her condition between those visits. New Perspectives made my mother's final days respectful and comfortable and her family's lives far more relaxed and reassured. They were truly a blessing to us.

We really like Sunrise of Roseville and are glad we made the change. Comparatively to the other facility my mom was at, it's more all-inclusive, and we're not nickeled and dimed for every service they provide. All of her needs are met, and they do a very good job caring for her. They do their best to manage unavoidable smells. The décor is classy and nice, and the facility is very clean. It's well maintained on the outside as well.
