New Perspective Senior Living

I would say I love it here and glad I made the move. My needs are met fairly quickly. Staff listen to me and are easy to talk to. Staff learn your name quickly. I chose this community because I found the others too sterile or depressing. A couple were too expensive.

The facility is next to a nice grocery store, which is convenient for walkers; the staff is super friendly and helpful! They are very helpful with move-ins. The food is really good and the servers are patient and engaging. I would absolutely recommend The Waters to anyone looking for a senior living facility.

All of the residents and the staff at Sunrise of Minnetonka are extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this facility to those looking for care. It was the best thing we ever did for dad.

Lots of medical services available. But remember, you get what you pay for, so it's very expensive. Sort of like taking a cruise. They even have a pub with free drinks, as well as activities most days. The people are very friendly. The meals are designed by a chef and are spectacular. Served in a restaurant style that is open a number of hours to accommodate people's schedules. Menu options are available.

I am very happy with Waters of White Bear Lake. Over all this place is perfect for me. Friendly, lots of activities, clean, over all a great experience .

The staff is very friendly and responsive! My dad really likes it there and enjoys the many activities, dining choices and welcoming employees.

The nurses and caregivers have all been wonderful! What stuck out about Sunrise of Roseville over other places we looked was the ease of communication with the admissions staff. It is a great place for a loved one.

The friendliness of the staff members gets a 5+. Everyone learned mom's name and is so kind and caring. Such a great staff. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Friendly staff, clean and inviting environment. Often see the executive director and other leaders helping and on the floor. You typically don't see this anywhere. Wonderful place for my dad and now my mom.

So far my dad is thriving and enjoying all the friendly staff as well as the good food. Based on the experience we have had so far with New Perspective Senior Living, we would recommend this community to other families.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful and always answers my questions and concerns . My family member seems very happy there. We are glad that we made this facility our choice for our senior loved one.

My brother receives tremendous support and care. Every employee interchange, and I mean every one that I have observed, is nothing short of outstanding. The folks who work here show nothing but care and concern for the residents. Exceptional.

Friendly staff. Helped our family a lot. Able to have hospice if needed. Checks on residents when warrented. Meals are always changing and very healthy for the residents. My father really enjoys the meals and can see the benefits of portion control and healthy cooking.

My father in law lives in the Aberdeen community and loves it and so do we. The staff provides outstanding care. [name removed] the director is wonderful. Sue at the front desk is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. [name removed] provides wonderful health and wellness support. We are so happy we moved dad to Aberdeen Crossings.

I would highly recommend New Perspective Senior Living Highland Park to others. The staff are very attentive and communicative: including the aides, nursing and operations staff. The move in process was well coordinated. The residents are friendly. The activities are well planned. The cleanliness and the value for cost are great. The food is good.

Sunrise was easy to get to, adequate parking. Room again similar to other facilities. Brookdale beat out Sunrise only because Brookdale could get assessment completed first. Brookdale and Sunrise were top contenders as far as my family was concerned.

So far our loved one is doing well and likes it there. They were working on her to get more involved with the activities. She has made some new friendly, the staff members are friendly as are the other residents. I love that I can bring my dog there with me when I come to visit. We would recommend New Perspective Senior Living community to others.

My mom has been there 7 years . I have seen this facility through many changes . It makes the situation to walk into a beautiful facility like New Perspectives so much easier. The staff are wonderful and treat my mom with love and care. The facility today is the best it’s been . Thank you to everyone there for all you do in a job that is incredibly hard.

I absolutely love it here at New Perspective. Pretty much everyone is friendly. I've been here about 3 months now and feel like I've lived here a long time. It's peaceful and calming to me. One last thing, it is close to all kinds of stores, restaurants and hospital.

When it comes to the activities our loved one did not participate in them. We had to move our loved one to [community name removed] due to Medicaid needs. What really stood out to us about this community was the friendliness of the staff members
