New Perspective Senior Living

This place has fulfilled the needs of my grandfather and above and beyond what was expected! The staff are amazing and always treated us as if we were part of their family, I never left there wondering if my grandfather would be taken care of properly because they kept their word and made sure he was. They always called me with updates and made sure I didn't miss a beat even if I wasn't there. FYI..... I never left that place without one or more of the staff members embracing me with a hug and giving me encouraging words.

We picked this community, because of word of mouth, and referrals. My father is making a lot of friends and he is very happy there. I would recommend to other families. I have heard a lot of horror stories in regards to nursing facilities.

We picked this community, because of the location and services offered. Also, the price. My experience has been thumbs up. The apartments are quiet and modern. I would recommend to other families.

We chose New Perspective Prior Lake over others that we looked at because the facility was close by, she could be independent in her own apartment and could add services when needed. It was clean, food is good and staff is friendly. All of the staff have been very helpful. We haven't tried many activities yet and she does not really require much care either.

Our overall experience has been excellent, we are happy we chose The Waters of Oakdale for our loved one. The meals are very good, and they have a nice dining room, however we would prefer diabetic friendly notations. Our loved ones participate in very little so with with the activities so that for us is difficult to judge. For the value - the menu style pricing can get expensive as more is needed but for now it seems like a fair price. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I have no complaints, everyone is wonderful at this facility. The food is ok, you know, made for older folks so not a lot of spices used. But my loved one has no complaints. They always communicate with me, when needed. It is a beautiful place and very clean.

We've been very happy with moms selection of Woodland Terrace. She looked at 3 centers and really felt most comfortable at WT due to the warmth of the place, the friendliness of the staff. The activities are incredible. I would recommend to others.

All of the staff, from reception to dining servers, are very engaging and pleasant. The apartment is roomy and is designed to let in as much natural light as possible. My loved one's apartment is always clean. The food is good and comes in portions appropriate for older people. My loved one loves the library and the lunch excursions to local restaurants. The facility is more expensive, but I would definitely recommend it to friends and family if the finances make sense.

The staff was awesome. Staff cleaned for me once a week. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is great. I was in a studio apartment that was huge with a kitchen, comfy chair. The one apartment that I saw had a laundry room, it was a one bedroom and it was a very nice size.

My loved one really enjoys it here. There has been good interaction with the staff. My loved one is satisfied with the activities. It's good value for the money. We picked this community, because it was recommended, it was clean, and felt like it was a really nice place for my loved one. They are short staffed, so it would be nice if they could clean the rooms more often. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

They were very attentive. The staff was on top of things, when I called with any questions/concerns. We picked this community because it was less expensive, and it was not far from other family members. They were pretty good with things. I would recommend to other families.

New Perspective Carlson Parkway was a large, beautiful facility. My mom thought it was just a little too fancy for her.

The interaction with the staff has been good. We picked this community because of the location, and it seemed like a cheerful atmosphere They do a good job of checking on my parents. They encourage them, to go to the dining room. It's great that it's next to a grocery store. I would recommend to other families.

New Perspective Senior Living is a newer community that is closer location for our family and it has great amenities. There are a lot of people here but they do try their best to be attentive, especially the nursing staff - they give great care and really helped make the transition for our loved one much easier. There are plenty of different activities for the residents to do. We do go on a daily basis and the meals always looked well prepared and they seem delicious.

We have been very pleased with my mother’s care at Salida Woods. The Staff is friendly & takes their time with her. She has made new friends and enjoys the activities, especially the morning exercise routine & conversation with [name removed]. We have heard about some new things in the dining room and are looking forward to seeing what’s coming. Mom really likes the breakfasts, especially the French toast. Thanks for all you do.

The staff is awesome. My loved one likes the food. They are super welcoming, nice and friendly. I really love that is does not feel clinical like a hopsital, it's more like a hotel type of environment. The activities are good, they could offer more of a variety. it would be nice if they offered, a continued ambassador program for the residents. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

I toured this community and it was nice! It felt like being in a fancy hotel. It was significantly more expensive than other facilities in the area. It also seemed geared more towards Independent Living and residents that need very little to no assistance.

They are doing a good job. My loved one seems to be okay with the food. They have a lot of activities for the residents, and try to get them invloved. The value for the money is good. When I visit, they make me feel just as welcomed. They always encourage my loved one to get out. Overall. I am very happy with the community. It's a smaller community. The facility is beautiful, huge windows in the apartments and the window coverings were slatted blinds and the appliances and woodwork in the kitchen and bathroom looked like someone really made it a first class apartment. The apartments were spacious. The dining was a menu to select from vs everyone gets the same thing each meal. The desk staff are super friendly, the activities person has been great. The place is super clean, well lit and halls are wide and ceilings are tall. I was proud to walk my parents who had not seen it prior to move in day. They love the apartment!!! Plus less than a mile from grocery and banking and less than 2 miles from target. I would for sure recommend them to family and friends.
