Most important is from the director Rachel stave to the aids and food staff are caring humans!!! The experience has been amazing!!! I would highly recommend this location as staff and property are amazing. Even now in memory care it is the best possible place they could be! I am very comfortable giving them the highest marks. The food is amazing and they go to the pub for lunch and what looks like a restaurant for dinner. The menus and specials are awesome! There are activities for both the independent living and the memory care residents.

They worked over and above to get my Mom in the best place for her. Everyone is friendly, and puts in the extra effort to make Salida Woods a favorable environment to enjoy the best days of their lives!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our experiences at Sunrise of Roseville. It is a small, close knit community and the staff is very responsive and very friendly. Not only do they make mom feel at home, but they also are great with the families. The meals are very good, and my mom likes the dining room atmosphere. She’s been there less than two months and already has made friends and knows most of the staff. We highly recommend this for assisted-living.

I recently visited my dad and we sang along to songs together as a singer strummed the guitar. It made me happy to see my dad out about and enjoying the live music. Looking forward to field trips soon.

I cannot say enough good things about Richland Woods! We moved my Grandma to Richland Woods from a Personal Care Home. She is so happy. She has made so many new friends. The activity department has something for everyone. The food is delicious. The staff is so nice and caring. The building is very clean and feels very homey. We couldn't be happier we made the decision to move to Richland Woods!

I recently moved a loved one here and he loves it. Great amenities, great food, and lovely staff. It is close to many stores and they have a bus for shopping trips. I would recommend New Perspective West Bend to anyone who is looking for a place to live!

I chose Hawthorne Woods because when visited it was class, friendly and felt comfortable, the food is very good, and if you' are not taking advantage of the many Activities offered. The staff is very caring

They were great to work with, they are very helpful. I took care of Mom, she lived with my wife and I for over a year and it was a lot of work. Having her move into New Perspective was a big relief for us. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

As a family, we found ourselves quickly and urgently needing assisted-living care for a loved one. Having no past experience, or time to really research, the staff at Hawthorne Woods took us in and shared everything we needed to know about the process. They met with us on several occasions and kept in constant contact answering all questions that we had for them. The entire process was seamless, and their support was outstanding!

I recently moved my uncle to New Perspective. During the move, the community staff was very helpful and helped my family and uncle navigate the new community. He is very excited for his apartment and attending the activities at his new community.

My mother invited me to have lunch with her today. The lunch “special” today was a ham dinner with a special cherry based sauce. The sides were sweet potatoes and fresh thin green beans. I am not fan of sweet potatoes, but I was able to substitute thin dinner fries(which were outstanding). My mother wanted a smaller meal, so she ordered a cheeseburger with raw onion. We both had a cup of their excellent, homemade cheese broccoli soup. For desert we enjoyed peanut butter brownies and a scoop of butter pecan ice cream. It’s nice to know mom is living in a place that has professional chefs creating such good meals. It’s also good to know if you only want a cheeseburger or grilled cheese or one of the other alternatives offered you have choices. My meal included two generous slices of ham. Definitely NOT institutional food. It was like being in a nice restaurant.

What our family likes the most about Sunrise of Golden valley is the friendliest of the staff and the layout of the building and her room. Lots of sunlight and open space and even a patio on the memory floor. Location was a big plus too and the fact that there's a nice park across the street to walk in.

Very good experience. The negative thing is that the price goes up more than the cost of living and the snacks and meal portions have been cut. Also the cleaning of the apartment once a week does a minimal job of cleaning the middle of the apartment. 10 to 15 minutes isn’t long enough.

It did not seem like a senior living complex. It's more like a hotel. There were several places I walked in and walked right out of over the year that I was looking for a place for mom. This place also had a pool on site. That was the dealbreaker. I feel my mom is in a safe place that meets her needs. There are several daily activities that she can choose from to keep busy. She is more independent now than she was at home. She has met many new friends and loves to swim three times a week.

My mom really likes it and everyone there is so kind and helpful. Very bright and welcoming when you walk in. Kind of like a nice hotel. A lot of things to do for the residents to choose from too. I searched Several places and this one was my favorite.

It's a beautiful and comfortable facility for care and for the family to visit. Great location off of downtown sun prairie. The staff is personable and really interacts with residents. The rooms are a very nice size. I saw many activities going on, but my loved one never participated in any.

I looked at quite a few places before settling on The Waters. The staff are delightful, the apartments are quite lovely - light and bright, I’ve eaten there a few times and been impressed. My mom - Who is good at finding things to criticize - loves living there. Sometimes I wish I could partake in all the fun activities they have planned!

June’s glad to be here because she is not lonely anymore. She’s able to be with people and eat with people instead of being in her old home alone. She is so happy she met people and new friends the very first day. My friend has been at New Perspective about a month now and she is happier than ever. The staff is amazing and [name removed] was phenomenal with making the process of the move easy and smooth. I have already recommended New Perspective to several relatives and friends. This is a community to definitely check out.

The entire team is lovely. Everyone we came in contact with was a super helpful person very kind. And seemed to enjoy what they did. If you have a loved one or if you personally need more attention than independent living, but not necessarily full-blown assisted-living, this is the place for you. My mother really didn't need full-blown assisted-living. However, what she needed was a few months of attention to get her back on track. And once she got that. She outgrew the program. Meaning once she no longer needed assistance. She didn't really care to live there.
