New Perspective Senior Living

Very good experience. The negative thing is that the price goes up more than the cost of living and the snacks and meal portions have been cut. Also the cleaning of the apartment once a week does a minimal job of cleaning the middle of the apartment. 10 to 15 minutes isn’t long enough.

It did not seem like a senior living complex. It's more like a hotel. There were several places I walked in and walked right out of over the year that I was looking for a place for mom. This place also had a pool on site. That was the dealbreaker. I feel my mom is in a safe place that meets her needs. There are several daily activities that she can choose from to keep busy. She is more independent now than she was at home. She has met many new friends and loves to swim three times a week.

My mom really likes it and everyone there is so kind and helpful. Very bright and welcoming when you walk in. Kind of like a nice hotel. A lot of things to do for the residents to choose from too. I searched Several places and this one was my favorite.

It's a beautiful and comfortable facility for care and for the family to visit. Great location off of downtown sun prairie. The staff is personable and really interacts with residents. The rooms are a very nice size. I saw many activities going on, but my loved one never participated in any.

I looked at quite a few places before settling on The Waters. The staff are delightful, the apartments are quite lovely - light and bright, I’ve eaten there a few times and been impressed. My mom - Who is good at finding things to criticize - loves living there. Sometimes I wish I could partake in all the fun activities they have planned!

June’s glad to be here because she is not lonely anymore. She’s able to be with people and eat with people instead of being in her old home alone. She is so happy she met people and new friends the very first day. My friend has been at New Perspective about a month now and she is happier than ever. The staff is amazing and [name removed] was phenomenal with making the process of the move easy and smooth. I have already recommended New Perspective to several relatives and friends. This is a community to definitely check out.

The entire team is lovely. Everyone we came in contact with was a super helpful person very kind. And seemed to enjoy what they did. If you have a loved one or if you personally need more attention than independent living, but not necessarily full-blown assisted-living, this is the place for you. My mother really didn't need full-blown assisted-living. However, what she needed was a few months of attention to get her back on track. And once she got that. She outgrew the program. Meaning once she no longer needed assistance. She didn't really care to live there.

My Mom has made some good friends. She says they have a hard time keeping staff which is true everywhere.

The value for the money is great! They are currently under new management and it is so much better than it was before.

Based on the experience we have had with Sunrise of Roseville, I would give it all 5 stars .Everyone there is very caring, and all of the residents we have met seemed very comfortable and happy there. We would recommend this community to other families.

What we like the most about the New Perspective Sun Prairie community is that it is well maintained and conveniently locoed near family. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Personable, caring, safe, engaging, and very well run. All staff from maintenance food, service care, teams, reception, leaders, volunteers, and everyone that comes together to make this place a home away from home work so hard and truly care.

I think it is run excellent, everyone is always kind to me and they all know me.

The people are very nice and friendly. The food is good. I appreciate all of the people that are here. I'm pleased and satisfied.

The staff does a decent job taking care of me

I recently moved here to Beachwood. Overall everyone has been very nice and welcoming. I like attending activities after I get adjusted and meet more people.

The staff is nice and take time with me. I do like living here at Brentwood Commons.

The staff was very attentive to my dad who was in a wheelchair. They treated him with respect and had fun with him too. When he passed away, they all came to pay their respects and many shed tears.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . I am very happy with the care the staff provides. Always happy to answer any questions, any needs are taken care of and always open for discussion.
