Good place but it was too large for my mother. We felt that our mother will adjust better to a smaller facility.

So far my mother has not moved yet, so my review can only hit on first impressions. So far my experience has been very good. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. The residents appear to be very happy and outgoing. I hope that my Mother will be very happy there, but only time will tell.

Nice clean building. Staff was very helpful and encouraging. Rooms very accommodating.

They were not equipped for my dad. I went in, looked at the place and talked to everybody but my dad needed so much care that they weren't able to take him. Everyone I talked to was very friendly.

I would have given them a 5 but theres been a change in management (or lack thereof). It has been a little rocky, im there at least 2 days a week and I can tell not only with the patients but also with the amployees, with the change in management they aren't doing as well. They're still the same employees and the know me. She has add on services, theres one that i don't feel shes getting her money for, in the bathing and dressing area. They used to come in and make sure she had her pajamas on and turned down the sheets. They do come in and lay out her clothes, but as far as the bathing im not sure about that, shes saying shes not getting bathed like she should. Theyre very good about her meds, they keep track of those and they are given in an accurate and timely manner. The socialization that shes doing is very good too.

Liked the facility and the options of living at facility.

I stopped by without an appointment. People were very nice. The place is beautiful and well kept. More expensive but it seems to be geared more towards assisted living than independent living. Everything is in one building. Very nice place if we needed more services. Rooms were small but nice.

was very nice!! rooms were nice, clean, staff was very professional, two choices at all meals, dining room set nicely, got of residents out and about, good activity board for outings, nurse on staff, physcial theg on staff, meds controlled. Private dining room for family get togethers. Wide hallways, lots of outside setting areas.

This is her 2nd choice. She liked a lot about this residence.

This location was nice, but not as nice as some of the others I've seen. It would only accomodate Marge's needs and then, I'm not sure she would like it.

Nice tour. Clean, organized, attractive. Tina was knowledgeble abt. program. Like security measures.

Was my favorite one of the first day. Meals seem more to my mom's tastes but the rooms are small.

The tour was nice seemed to be a very well kept place, clean and beautiful.

It makes sense to visit regularly to make sure things are being done as far as medication being administered and diet restrictions being implemented. The staff are pleasant, and they do show concern. But I've had the same issues keep coming up.

I liked the community, but not the right fit for my loved one.

It is a beautiful facility and all the staff were very friendly. The food was great and they had plenty of activities provided for the residents. When I was looking, I was clear that my loved one needed a 2 hand assist for everything. They said they would be able to handle that but they did not have enough staff in order to do that. We were then charged because they charge by level of care. I just think they took on more than they were able to really handle with my loved one. I do think it would be a great place for the right fit.

The residents have been in and out of lock down so at the moment there really aren't to many activities. We really liked how they allowed our loved one to have a cat so they are pet friendly. They have taken good care of him, we have had no questionable instances or red flags come up. Every time we come to visit he is always clean and well dressed. The staff really are friendly and always seem like they are willing to help with the best of their abilities.

I would tell other families that they need to continue communicating with the facility and stay on top of what is happening with their loved ones. The administrator is super nice and does respond almost immediately to anything that you send her, but the follow-through is lacking. So I would recommend not sending your loved one there and relying on them entirely to give them everything that they need. Be sure to stay involved and be their advocate. The food has been a sore spot. They don't follow through in physical requirements of what our loved one can and cannot eat. They say they'll look into it, but then nothing changes. Because she was having so many issues with the food, I asked them to send me the daily menu and didn't receive it. I also asked for list her list of medications with times that they were administering them and didn't receive that either. Probably the thing they're lacking the most is communication and follow-through. But the people there are very nice, and they're good with activities. The marketing person was absolutely wonderful and receptive to making positive changes in the community.

This was our #2 choice. The guy who led the tour was really nice. The facility was nice and very clean. But they couldn’t tell you what the max pricing could end up being with all of the different add-ons for care services. And that kind of killed it for me.
