This community is a good place depending on the needs of your loved ones. The rooms sizes are a nice size and have a good layout. its a clean facility and was nicer than other we looked at I would definitely recommend the community

We chose Hitchcock Place because at the time, they had availability, they were very accommodating, and it was a clean and nice facility. My mothers room was reasonable, she was in a studio and she was comfortable. My favorite part about community was the level of nursing care they have here, they have an RN on staff which was helpful. I would want others to know that they will also take residents with a lower cognitive level as well. I would recommend.

We chose The Legacy at Southpointe Drive because of the location and the affordability. The room sizes here are average compared to others she has been in. I would want others to know that the staff members are very friendly. I would recommend.

We chose Dalton Place because we went here and first and my dad knew immediately this was the place for my mother, we didn't look at any others. The room sizes are pretty average compared to others. I have eaten here and the food is fine, in the memory care part there are no choices off the menu. My favorite part about the community has been the way that my mom has came to care about the staff members. It shows they care about her if she is all about them. I would recommend this facility.

We chose Richland Place because of the price. The room sizes here are adequate, not too big and not too small. I would want other families to know that they have been very open to talking to us and they keep us very informed with COVID and everything going on. Especially changes and updates. I would recommend this facility.

I would want people to know looking into Chatham Ridge Assisted Living that the memory care unit is BEAUTIFUL. It smells very good and clean. They have beautiful designs on the walls, the interior design, the pictures, the colors everything is bright and cheerful. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive to the residents here. They have an activities director name [name removed] in the memory unit and she is fabulous, she is so tech savvy and is able to include the families in all activities, even if you cannot be present. She keeps the residents involved and active. They had a carnival outside, they do beauty salon activities, sing alongs, outside performers, great holiday activities, etc. I would recommend this facility.

Chandler Place takes the residents out once a week to eat at a restaurant of their choosing, they will take them on scenic drives. They may take them to a Dollar Tree. They also have entertainment groups come in a sing different types of music, as well as play the piano. They provide a variety of food for the residents who all seem quite pleased with the food. The layout of this community is good, they have a great entry way that is always well decorated especially during the holidays. Great dining area, there is also a library where the resident can borrow books. There are also gathering rooms where the residents can come and play games with each other or watch television.

Before the Covid-19 pandemic and ensuing community lock down, my mother was enjoying the variety of activities they had available and was also enjoying the food much more than at her previous community. She has made good friends there, and enjoys her room. We are glad she moved there as it has even a good experience and she is happy. She is getting her mess on time as well. Because of the lock down, the residents are asked to remain in their rooms and it has been difficult for my mother to adjust to. The staff has been very responsive especially with my questions over the phone since I am not living close by.

The tour went fine and the staff were friendly. and it felt like home. The residents were super friendly and welcoming. The staff had a welcome basket waiting for her in her room. We chose this community due to the location and proximity to my house. The lay out of the building was easy to navigate.

I have been impressed with how safe and healthy they are keeping everyone during the Coronavirus. The food is good. They have three meals a day. They have a nice courtyard. My mom has a good size apartment. They have large common areas with space for people to move around. It is a nice size community. The activities director does a good job keeping the residents involved.

Northstar Place is a clean environment. The staff are very friendly. The supervisors are friendly and open to suggestions and recommendations. The food is very good, The communication is good. The staff and residents are warm and accepting.

They are next door to my family doctor which is very convenient for us. Food is good. Friendliness of the staff is very important to me. Very large room sizes, the one bedroom is a nice size for two people. Nice looking and attractive place. They seem very competent.

Staff is very pleasant and attentive to the residents well being. The community is small but has a good range of options for all types of people.

My parent has been at Hammond Place for 2 mos The studio apartment has everything she needs. The facility is clean and well-lit. The Dining Room is nice and the food is not bad. I have eaten lunch and dinner but not breakfast. Every 3rd Thursday is Family Night where family members and friends can join residents for dinner. There is a monthly activity calendar given to residents. It does not have a lot of variety but seems okay. They have a bus and take residents out to eat and shopping. There is also availability to transport residents to doctors appts. The staff is very kind, patient and always speak. I suggested an update to the facility page within their entrance package. The current one is very generic and not very helpful. I just learned there is a communication book but believe it is for staff and there is also a request for services form. Things like this should be on the facility page. It will also be nice to have staff names and a short bio esp for the management/facility team. There are three mgmt staff - a recruiter, a director and an RN. Even with titles I was not sure who to go to with my questions but have since built rapport with all three. I am still not clear on when and how resident apartments are cleaned and what that entails. Something else for the facility page! The trash is emptied every day which is nice. The outside of the building needs some attention. The front porch is sagging and the doors outer and inner entrance need to be cleaned and painted. There is comfortable furniture on the front entrance porch as well as in the courtyard. The courtyard has a covered area and an area with a pergola style roof. They also have a pet rabbit named Rusty and he is cute. I like the facility because it is small and convenient to where I live and the staff seem to know the patients and families. There a few things that could be updated or changed but so far so good. This is a difficult decision for any family to make but feel that most of the staff are caring and do a wonderful job.

This was one of 2 Legacy facilities that we toured. This facility is close to home which is a big plus but not the primary reason we like Legacy at Southpointe. The staff was friendly and on first name basis with residents. The menu offerings and the activity offerings provide a lot of options. Physicians come to the facility to visit residents. The studio rooms are large, they have a kitchenette area with a full fridge supplied, something that is missing in a lot of other facilities. There are 2 large closets in each studio apartment and the bathrooms are large enough to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and shower chairs. There is a large backyard with a patio and BBQ and gardens. We feel like this would be a good fit and homey atmosphere for mom

This would have been a good choice for my mom. The place is immaculate and the rooms clean and larger than the other places I have looked at. The staff is friendly and there are lots of things to do. Unfortunately the activities room was a big turnoff. It was the first stop on my tour and although he director of activities himself is wonderful with the residents, the clutter is a no-no.

Facility is beautiful and well kept. We appreciate the family days. Residents would like more green vegetables served. [Name removed] is very happy at Arbor Ridge.

Very good compared to other places I've been in. Staff is courteous and seem like they care for residents. place is clean and smells good.
