All of the staff members have been very nice. They have not been very organized, sometimes when I give them medical records they get lost and I do have to remind them do things like shaving my friend as well too.

Our family had an in person tour and it was very nice and the dining room was beautiful, and when our loved one really enjoyed the uppity-lifestyle he would of really enjoyed it but now he really wanted something smaller, and another community was able to give him that smaller setting.

This was a nice community, just a little too expensive for us.

The community looked nice but it was not as nice as the other facility that we were considering. It looked clean and appealing and they were very informative.

Seven Hills Place is a good facility and I am a firm believer that there is always room for improvement. Unfortunately they are understaffed so some things have lacked like the communication. There are times where our phone calls do not get answered. However it is a good community and the staff members do care for the residents. This community is good for residents who are active and low maintenance.

We chose Kerner Ridge because of the convenient location, the layout of the facility, and I just felt more comfortable here compared to other places we looked at. They do offer shared and private rooms, she has a private room and it is just fine for her needs. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

I would suggest you check other places out. The nursing care isn't the best. The community is on the expensive side. There are activities going on at different times for the residents. There are physical activates such as exercises and we have an activities director on site.

We toured with The Legacy and the facility itself was not as homey as some others that we looked into. It was more outdated and staff were not as enthusiastic.

We toured Cypress Place and it was a nice facility. All of the staff members were extremely friendly.

I think you need to peek in at different times. When we visited, it looked like a beautiful place, with nobody in wheelchairs sitting around. But there are actually a lot of low functioning people there, not a lot of people you can have conversations with. So I don't think I would recommend for people who are higher functioning because they're not going to have the stimulation from other residents. But I think the staff tried to be very helpful during a stressful time and situation. The facility looked clean. The rooms are little outdated, especially the bathrooms, which are small. The sinks were pedestals, so there wasn't much counter space. But they did have stand-up showers with benches.

Enjoyed the tour. We’re ready and waiting on our arrival and made us feel welcome.

Very nice community with a good feel.

The community has an RN on staff. The way the community is laid out makes it easy for the residents to find their rooms and dining room. I don't feel there is enough stimulating activates for residents. My loved one says the food is horrendous.

We went with Chatham Ridge because of the value of the money, a lot of the stuff here is new so it is like a brand new facility, and it is relatively close to my dads hometown. He was in a hospital and they made the transition for h im very easy on us and on him. The room sizes here are decent, he has a private room and it is very proportionate for his needs. They have a program where they bring in doctors and charge for that but my dad does not need that because the VA takes care of his medical needs. We have had a couple of issues but overall I would recommend to others looking.

Overall I think for any place like it, a patient needs an advocate and someone to look out for them on a daily basis who is not afraid to ask questions and keep things going. The staff are always willing to help. It's just sometimes you have to point things out. Cleanliness has been a bit of an issue, likely because they're short-staffed. The staff they do have are wonderful and very friendly. I know they're doing the best they can. Our loved one says the food is good, and he's actually eating it and has gone from being underweight to gaining weight. Activities are good but a little limited due to Covid.

We really liked the courtyard that they have. They have indoor porches for the residence and the families. The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. They have activities for the residence to do and the food is also very good. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff have been phenomenal, they are always available to answer our questions and very friendly. We have not heard much feedback about regarding the meals there, but we do know our loved one is very healthy. They do have indoor activities mainly, so they are doing a good job keeping the residents engaged.

We had a very good tour here. They were very similar to the place we chose. The one staff member that we spoke to was very professional, nice, and helpful. It was very clean, and the room was a nice size and nicely appointed. But we didn’t really interact with anyone except for the person leading the tour. So we didn’t get to know the staff the way we would like to. And we just had a good feeling about the place we ended up choosing.
