Carolina Reserve is the assisted living/memory care side of Bartlett Reserve. When we went in they assessed my dad and did not think he was ready for that type of care yet so they referred me to Bartlett. I was grateful that they were up front and honest with me about where he should be.

We chose Forest Ridge because it came recommended to us. I called several places and when I called this facility, they said they had nurses on staff and would be able to deal with any of his medical needs instead of just sending him to the hospital. They also said eventually when he needed hospice, they would come to him and he would not have to move. Every staff member from the time they came to my home to evaluate him to the hospice nurses were wonderful. They were always so supportive and I always had a shoulder to cry on if needed. They were always so helpful with anything that we needed, especially with financial questions about the VA. I have only good things to say about them and I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

I found this place for my Dad. After visiting and researching quite a few places, I knew this was the right one as soon as we came up to the door! We were greeted by the facility director in such an open and inviting way The warmth was unmistakable just walking in the front door. We met several employees and residents and Dad was immediately comfortable with the apartment, the dining area, the screened in porches, the lovely view of the gardens and woods as well as the barbecue area. The staff are friendly and the service for Dad has been impeccable over the the last few months he has been here. John has always personally addressed any questions I have. They are quick to care for his every need, and he has had a few! they are always patient and kind. Food and service is really great. I appreciate the dedication by all the employees to their tenants! Big hug to every one of them, especially to the activities director and the tall gentleman who is always everywhere to help!

Our family is having a positive experience so far, our mother is doing well there and is happy. It is very close in location and we would recommend The Legacy of North Myrtle Beach to other families.

It's been an awesome experience The staff is phenomenal. The facility is very clean. I think anybody interested in putting their loved one in a community would be interested in taking a look at Brookdale Shelby. They have good activities, and my loved one enjoys the karaoke. They play games and go on field trips. They do Zoom/Duo phone calls between residents and families. They do a good job keeping the residents active and involved. My only issue has been with bill fluctuation. There is a line item of "personal service rate" that varies month to month, but they've worked with us to keep it affordable. That's really been the only problem, not knowing how much that personal service rate will be in advance.

Well landscaped outside spaces. Right near Apex park and shopping center. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Looked at 1 bedroom apartments. High ceilings, lots of natural light, and they are smart apartments which are very convenient. Voice activated lighting temperature, controlled and even comes with an Alexa. Only looked at Independent Living but has assisted living and memory care. One of the nicer communities I have seen in the area.

We relocated my 93 year old mother-in-law from [location removed] to Dalton, GA, as her dementia had reached a point that it was not safe for her to live alone. Her only surviving family members are myself, her son-in-law and my children. Trying to assure proper care from 600 miles away was impossible and made more complicated by the pandemic. We researched several options within reasonable distance of our home in Dalton, GA and were pleased with some of the facilities but felt best about Dalton Place. We could not have made a better choice. The staff from the Executive director through every area of the facility are committed to excellent, personal care. My mother-in-law's health has continued to decline and the entire staff has shown great concern and communicate with us completely at all times, whether in person or by phone. They have done an excellent job of managing through the pandemic, with the staff attaining a 100% vaccination rate.

My mother-in-law has been in Manning Place for several years. Our experience with her was so fantastic that I put my father in, as well. Every time I visit, my father says how lucky he feels to be there. He is nearly deaf, and struggles with his hearing aids, but they help him so patiently even when he's grumpy with them. The food is great, and the chef is very accommodating of the patients' individual tastes. Unlike many other places, we have never encountered a bad smell, or anyone being neglected, at Manning Place. The costs for our parents, in their single rooms, is really very reasonable. The folks there enjoy having our parents there, and that means a lot. I appreciated that they erred on the side of caution with Covid. All the nurses and staff are all great. There are so many places that are just parking lots for other people. Manning Place is not one of them. I really, very highly recommend them. Your loved one will be safe and happy under their care.

This has been the best care for my mom. She has gained weight, enjoys the activities and seems to be doing well. The food smells amazing and it is extremely clean. Everyone is very helpful no matter what time you visit or call.

Out of all of the assisted living in the area this community was very affordable in comparison to the others. They have a complete family atmosphere. I would recommend that you go look at this community for your love one. I highly recommend it go take your family member with you to the tour and you will love it.

The admission process was extremely easy and uncomplicated. They seemed to go above and beyond what they have to do to take care of the residents. We love the staff and [name removed and name removed] have been wonderful with us.

The staff are wonderful. Anytime I need to get a message to her or she needs help with her laptop they go up to her room and take of it for her. This is an excellent place to take your mom or your dad to. I have no complaints at all.

We chose The Havens because she needed more personalized care and where she was at they did not do that. The staff are so eager to help your loved one and to guide you to resources and we really appreciate that. We moved her from another county and they were a big help to me as well. I think they could ask for the residents opinions on the food more often. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

This community is very clean and the staff have been very friendly and helpful! They do offer a variety of really nice activities. We really like the layout of our loved ones room, there is a small area for a living room, a kitchen, and a bedroom.

Dublin Place is really a 5 star community, they made our loved ones transition so easy and smooth. Everyone single person there has been so friendly and loving, and the cleanliness of the community is great. We have had no complaints about Dublin Place. They have great response time with updates regarding our loved one, and she is really enjoying the meals and dining. She says the food is always spot on.

They are just fantastic here. We chose them because we had a friend of ours who was an administrator for senior care and she toured places for us and she picked this one and said this was the best one. The administrative staff are great with communication and always keep us informed on what is going on. They really go out of their way, they even text us videos and pictures of him doing activities. All staff are amazing. We cannot say enough good about Keowee Place.

Our loved one was only there for 3 weeks but our family had a wonderful experience. They treated him so kindly and treated our family so well. Our loved one was on the spectrum and also had dementia and he became very terrified of eating, which caused some more health issues. This was not the communities fault they did everything they absolutely could for him, and everything was just wonderful.

I was able to get my parents in short notice and with some bumps in the road. The staff was excellent and I can see that they really care for the residents. They are helpful and kind! Cypress may not be shiny and new, but they really make sure that they are there for the residents. I tested the pull cord in the room and a staff member was there to help in one minute! The friendliness of the staff members at Hammond Place would get higher than 5 stars. It is a smaller community so it really has a friendly and family oriented atmosphere to it. Just overall very welcoming.

Staff is always alert in every way to be of service and they offer aid in every way possible. Any task that is whether problematic or not, is handled well until completed. Food and activities are adequate and all around activities keep everyone satisfied. Although, we have resided here a short time, I feel that my wife and I made the right choice living here at the Reserve and being close to members of our family who reside locally.
