I have never seen such a spotless place in my life, and it is that way all the time. The staff are wonderful, my mother had a fall and they sent her to the hospital and her caregiver called me before I even heard from the hospital. Mom is very happy and she loves the food which is huge because she is usually a complainer. I even came to eat and I liked it as well. They pay attention to the little details and are great with her care. They do a great job on the laundry and always bring it back nicely folded and put it away for her. I cannot say enough about the staff members they have all been amazing and mom always looks great when I go to visit. The services are all inclusive which we really like. I am so unbelievably impressed with The Legacy at Southpointe Drive and we could not be happier that we chose this facility.

[name removed] the executive director and [name removed] the orientation/sales gals are just wonderful. We absolutely love them and we tell them constantly how good of a job they are doing and their staff team is doing. The facility itself is extremely clean, but the house keeping in our loved ones room could be a little better, sometimes the floors look a little sketch. Our loved one absolutely loves the meals, and the activities area great. There are time she will not participate but they have a wide variety of different things. We have even participate in events ourselves and we think they are done very well. She is happy and feels comfortable being at Pinewood Place and knowing she has access to around the clock care. The care givers have just been a God send, they love her to death and are just so kind to her. They give her a lot of attention and companionship.

When we needed a senior living option for my father in law we chose Cypress Place and are so thankful that we did. Unfortunately his diagnosis was more aggressive than we anticipated and his stay was cut short but both my husband and I were so impressed by not just compassion but also the customer service of the Cypress Place team. We weren't sure how well he would take the idea of senior living but shouldn't have been worried. We were actually surprised at how well they got to know him in such a short time and how much he enjoyed his stay. I would recommend Cypress Place to anyone who asked.

This was a nice community and we felt like it was very nice. I just could not get back in touch with this community and we needed somewhere to go fast for my loved one.

The friendliness of the staff is something that stood out to us immediately. When you walk in the staff know all the residents by name, and they really know how to work with them. Every time we come to visit they always greet us and know exactly where our loved one is. This community came recommended to us and its been a great experience so far. We have not been to a meal time ourselves but speaking with our loved one we have heard no complaints.

The thing that really stands out to me about Richland Place is the staff and the director. They are compassionate people and convey that they truly care about the residents. They try to give them the best care possible. The facility is clean and attractive - no complaints there. But the people are just really outstanding.

Our family had an in person tour with this community and it was the best first impression. It was such an awesome tour, but we were not able to choose it because they did not have the level of memory care we needed. If they did, it would of been our first choice. Everything and everyone was so happy, the place is very clean. The residents seemed so happy, clean and well cared for. The atmosphere just felt very happy.

Chandler Place is a nice community and veteran friendly. The apartments aren't the largest; however they are layer out nicely. The staff is responsive to requests. There are current changes in the works to make the community nicer. Overall the community is short staffed due to the pandemic. There are apartments with direct outdoor access, and the community allows pets.

i toured Brookdale and liked this community a lot. this location only offered assisted living and my loved one needed a more advanced level of care. we liked this community so much that we found another Brookdale location for my loved one that would satisfy her needs. upon the end of the tour, we made our definite decision to stay within the Brookdale family.

I would highly recommend Arbor Ridge to others for their loved ones. This community is better than others I have seen in the past. We have been pleased with the community for my loved one. The director is very friendly and has gone out of their way to assist the family in resolving any issues that we may have. The activities director and marketing director were great to work with. The staff have been quick to respond to the family's questions. They have taken the time to get to know my loved one as well.

Our family had an in person tour and this was a very nice community, it was one of our top choices.

I would highly recommend this community. For the money and cost they are the best community around this area for your loved ones. They have activities like games, movie night, church services and more for the residents.

You really have to look hard to find a place better than Colonial Gardens. My loved one is eating more food than they were before. The staff is very good to work with. This is a big community and the staff know exactly where my loved one is anytime I ask.

I love Langston Place Iove everything about the staff and the people. It is a home away from home.. My family is so happy that I am here. I am well taken care of. I love the Activity Director, I love the whole staff.
