Great place to live - meeting my needs - RCPs are caring and helpful. Meals are good ( do not necessarily like everything served). Property is well maintained. Activities are geared more toward arts & crafts (which I do not care to do); there are many activities during the week. Outside groups come in occasionally and present programs.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was such a nice facility and a great tour experience but for us it was just to expensive.

This is the place that feels most like family. Beautiful and clean, but most importantly, everyone here is so welcoming and warm. I have been to other communities and lived in other states, but this place is head and shoulders the best I have experienced.

Happy with all of the above and they do well, the only request for improvement is the food...quality and quantity.

The clealiness was very good. The interaction with the staff was also good. My loved one was so pleased with the place, and was happy. They had lots of activites.

Pinewood Place made the process so seamless and easy for us. Sometimes things like blankets go missing from our loved one's room, but they reappear eventually. And I think that's pretty common at these types of facilities. All in all, I've been very happy. It is costly, but I feel like you get what you pay for. And I've been very pleased with them overall.

My mom receives great care here, she’s very happy and so is the family. [Named Removed] and leadership are great, if you ever have any issues, all you have to do is mention it and everything gets resolved or addressed.

The main reason we picked Ashley Place for our loved one was mainly because of the staff - they were all just superb. From top to bottom, from the director to the chef and the nurses they were just excellent and incredibly caring towards our loved one. The community itself is very clean and they always had different things going on for the residents - they would bring in live entertainment, an Elvis impersonator, and different social events. They are having a Christmas party this week as well. When our family would come to visit they always said the meals were excellent. We would recommend Ashley Place to other families.

As someone who was recently brought in to work in the Life Enrichment department, I have been blown away by the compassion and dedication of this place. The staff truly cares for each resident as an individual and goes out of there way to make each and every person (resident and staff alike) feel seen and appreciated. I respect the integrity of the leadership and the importance they place on creating a safe, loving and happy environment for all.

I recently toured looking for a place for my father. The place was very clean and looked great. I spoke with the Administrator he was very kind and knowledgeable. He lead me in the right direction. Hopefully with his expertise we will have dad moved in by January!

I would highly recommend Pinewood Place for anyone who would like to stay at a friendly living experience. I have lived here for two years and I love it

The facility is very clean at all times. The employees always have time for residents. They appear to be good to all residents. I have never seen an employee be short or impatient with a resident. They are a joy to interest with and it seems that each enjoys this time here

They do most things exceptionally well. We picked this community because, of the proximity to my loved ones network of friends, and familiarity with the facility. It was well managed and maintained. The staff is great and we couldn't have picked a better place.

The love, care and fun times that is provided for the residents and their family members at Ashley Place, is like nothing I have ever seen! I am so glad that our grandmother was a part of the wonderful family at Ashley Place.

Ashley Place is unlike any other Assisted Living. The staff go above and beyond for my loved one. Not only do they feel a part of the family at Ashley Place, but so do I. This is truly a beautiful place inside and out.

A lot of activities and programs are offered to keep the residents busy and happy, and the community is beautiful and clean. Ashley Place is a great place to be, and the residents are definitely loved.

This is a good community for memory care. The staff is caring, and I feel safe leaving my loved one here. There are three meals a day served to the residents and the meals are good. It would be nice to see what the upcoming meals will be for the residents. The activities are okay, it would be nice to see a little more engagement with the residents to participate in the activities. There is nice calendar of activities that are available, it would be nice to see more follow through on these activities.

I visited daily and the facility was always spotless. The staff treated mom and I like family! They called us by name. Shift staff dropped in to speak and appeared right away when mom pressed the buzzer for help. Quality of care was excellent. The staff was experienced and available, I loved them. They truly bonded with our family. They took time to call when they had concerns also. A nurse was on staff and worked with mom and other staff. As for the food, mom didn't have much appetite. The chef came to her room to see what her preferences were and sent her meals that encouraged some eating. The facility had fun, engaging activities several times a week. It was good to see the residents engaged. We researched several places as a comparison before making a decision. Northstar Place was certainly value for the money. The care and other services they provided far exceeded the cost. They were priceless. Mom transitioned in September but we are so grateful for her time here.

They are phenomenal. The care services are great. It has made a huge difference. My loved one seems to like the food. I would recommend to other families.

The staff has worked together for a long time. They work well together.
