i love Ashley Square, and all the great friends that me and my family has been able to make. We are all one big family at Ashley Square! Great team, Great atmosphere, Great environment, and great care for all the residents! I wouldn't want our family to be anywhere else!

We had a wonderful team of nurses and administrators. We placed him in Richland for what we thought would be a temporary month after he had a fall. It ended up being the best move we could have made for him. Richland is a special place with special people. I could be at ease knowing that he was with "his crew" as he called the nurses. They are the only reason I could sleep at night over the past year and a half. They danced with him, joked with him, and when I'd look through the window at the door, they were engaging him and giving hugs. Richland truly became his home. When he came to Richland he wasn't walking and within a week he was dancing! [name removed] has been wonderful, keeping the residents engaged and active, and would send me fun photo updates of my dad. [name removed] was a gem during the onboarding process and beyond. All of the nurses were amazing. Their upbeat attitudes kept my dad happy during his final days. I've only met [name removed] briefly as he was new, but he was wonderful and really helped out when we really needed him there at the end.

What an amazing facility! My sister and I were in search of a new memory care facility for our 87 year old father who has dementia. Chandler Place was suggested so we visited. Having our father in a different facility for the past 5+ years, we have become educated in what to look for and what should be expected. After touring, we could feel the genuine investment and attitude of the staff toward their residents. Patient centered care is the paramount priority for the facility. Meeting residents “where they are” is the resounding theme. The culture from the top down ensures they meet this goal. Every staff member (Memory Care Director/Patient Care Coordinator/Med Techs/Kitchen Staff/Maintenance and Housekeeping Staff) engages with the residents and works together to meet their needs. The staff recognizes that the facility is the residents home and respects that designation. If you have a loved one in need of this level of care, we strongly recommend a visit to see this first hand.

Our mother has advanced Alzheimers and our priorities have always been her safety and happiness. Preston House provides a safe and caring environment for her to thrive in. They handle the needs of later stage Alzheimer residents which we found to be critical as not all memory care communities offer that level of care. At Preston House, our mother is never lonely and has a nice circle of friends, gets her hair done weekly at their salon, and enjoys the meals and activities that Preston House offers. She is always clean and neatly dressed and on special outings they make sure she is decked out with jewelry and lipstick. Everyone who works at Preston House treats Mom with kindness and respect and they are committed to making sure the residents are happy and well cared for. They are a very experienced, competent staff and excellent at what they do and they treat my mother like family. That means the world to us.

There were very caring staff that supported both my mother and father through a difficult time

We had a very good experience there. Honestly, I think it's up to the resident to enjoy all the activities and socials, etc. Many things are available if they just partake. I found the residents looked out for the other residents since it is an independent living environment. Good friends were made.

My family member has been a resident of Keowee Square for several years. During this time, my heart has been touched by the love and compassion of staff members, not only to the residents but also to family members. Led by [name removed], each one on staff sincerely cares for the residents and treats them with dignity and respect. The homey atmosphere lends itself to comfort and is always clean and inviting. I am very grateful to each one for the kindness and love which has always been shown to my family member and to me.

Staff is very attentive and there is a constant choice of activities for residents to choose from. Meals are well planned and tasty, too! The entire facility has been recently renovated as well so the overall environment feels as if you are in a brand new facility.

So far the overall experience has been very positive and I would recommend Arbor Ridge at Stanleyville to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

I am happy with the staff and the place is beautiful. I love the fireplace and the outside sitting areas. The staff has so much patience with the residence. My friend seems to like it here and she likes the staff.

I’m very happy with the care my mom is getting. Her room is really nice and they keep the facility very clean. The place is very lively and there are plenty of activities. The staff are so kind and caring. This makes my family so relieved and we know we picked the right place for mom.

Navion turned out to be a perfect fit for my mother. She has transitioned into the friendly little community there easier than expected. The apartment she has is a good size for her, and the facility is always clean and quiet. Meals are tasty, and she looks forward to eating in the dining area with her new friends. She is still independent enough to drive herself places and do many things for herself. Navion has accommodated her independence well while offering support in the areas where it's needed. The staff is generally friendly, helpful, and respectful.

Our family has been connected with Preston House for 12 months. In a year, we have seen so much love and care toward the residents and their families. A dementia related diagnosis is hard to comprehend. Yet at Preston House, we sit with our loved one, interact with the other residents, share stories with staff and care providers, chat with other families and through it all, recognize that we’re not alone in the journey. Everyone at PH cares so much and makes it their job to keep our loved one safe. When we’re with our family member, we focus on him and nothing else. PH goes above and beyond to plan seasonal events for residents and families which deepen our relationships.

Losing a loved one, a spouse, a parent or family member to health issues, personality changes, and forms of dementia is often traumatic and an overwhelming emotional experience. When care at home is no longer possible, finding the right care facility is important. I am relieved to have found that Peston House provides a better level of care and attention than many health care facilities we have experienced over the years with other family members. The rooms and surroundings are simple, attractive and efficient. The meals are appropriate and good, and the small building is easy for my husband to navigate. There also is a large, fenced backyard and patio.The RN is available almost everyday, and easily contacted to answer questions. After a few weeks to settle in, I and our family feel my husband is contented and as happy and safe as possible in a difficult care situation. We find the staff attentive, courteous, hard working and caring. Thank you Preston House.

We are currently looking for a place for my Grandfather who is not able to stay at home alone. When we first walked into the the Legacy of Orangeburg, I was blown away by how friendly the staff was. They genuinely cared for everyone who lived there and made a point to introduce themselves to us. The community was very clean and the food that was being served smelled amazing. While on the tour, the Administrator personally introduced herself to us along with the person who is in charge of activities, and the care coordinator. Overall it was a wonderful visit to a fantastic community. I can't wait for my Grandfather to decide he is ready to move in because I know he will be in good hands at The Legacy of Orangeburg

After living independently for 80 years, we recently moved my uncle to Summerville. The staff has been so accommodating and patient with the transition. When looking for a place for a family member to join, the most important thing is to have staff that makes the place feel like home and that is exactly what sets Cypress apart from others. They have so many activities for everyone and do an excellent job including the residents.

My sister is doing really well at Ashley Square. They take great care of her and they go above and beyond for all of us! Our family is very appreciative for everything Ashley square does for her and us!

Grandma made her own decision to join the Ashley Square family after feeling welcomed at events and engagements they offered and invited her to prior. Moving her in to Ashley Square was so easy and we are all very appreciative of Ashley Square!

Grandma loves Ashley Square! She was invited and attended events at Ashley Square before moving in, and when the time came for her to make a move, she knew exactly where she wanted to be! She has not been disappointed and never regrets her decision! We all love and appreciate Ashley Square!
