These women take such good care of my grandmother. They are to her generally within 4 minutes of her clicking her call button. They're nurse [name removed] who is on staff is in constant communication with my grandmothers care. [name removed] the director is running a great facility and is a great leader to her staff.

My mom was only there 3 months. She tried to "escape" and therefore had to leave as per The Havens rules. These rules were told to me upfront. I moved her to another facility which had a lockdown unit. The staff and faculty were amazing. Always helpful and courteous. I loved her being there. The place was clean and anyone there would help with anything. I was impressed and very happy with The Havens.

My mother-in-law moved in for a very short time and was welcomed with open arms. Second shift all came in when we arrived and we received a warm welcome. The love and care were evident in their words and actions.

Ashley Square has such dedicated staff! They are always present and available to residents, families, and the community! On a personal note, they help so much taking our loved one to appointments and outings which is difficult for us to do due to work.Thank you Ashley Square!

Ashley Square has been the most successful experience for us and my mother. Their attention to detail of each resident is amazing. Not just the direct caregivers know the residents and participate with the residents but the entire administration staff is always available and make it a point to be involved. There is always activities and meetings going on each day. My mother, being a woman of faith in God, really appreciates the faith based activities that occur weekly. To have been a family who quite suddenly had to find a place for mom when she couldn’t return home, I’m not sure there is any other place like Ashley Square.

Very loving staff who love their residents very much and engage with them daily with activities and are always available for them. The staff go above and beyond in doing the best for their residents. Facility is clean and the food is delicious!

Helena Square was my first choice when trying to find a facility for my 105-year-old Mother. Mom has always been stubborn but after meeting with the staff at Helena Square they were so helpful to me and to Mom which made the whole transition a breeze. I have no doubt that Mom is well cared for every day of the week. Mom is a fairly new resident at Helena Square, but she has blossomed which I figured she would once she was around more of her peers as opposed to living at home and only having the TV, computer and dog for company. I couldn't have chosen a better place for Mom.

Great staff that takes care of my uncle. They keep the building clean and make sure he is taken care of. I would recommend this place to others. It is also a very convenient location in North Augusta South Carolina

We are truly blessed to have found Hammond Square. The very first day I walked through the doors searching for a place for my Mother I felt like I had found the perfect place. Great place. This place turned out to be perfect for us. We found that there was a location that was close which is what we needed. Now we can visit anytime. The service is great and the price was cheaper than what we had previously. Overall a fantastic option.

I’m the daughter of a resident. Our experiences have been positive. Communication with family has been good. Daily activities keep the residents busy. There are spaces outside for those who enjoy being outdoors.

Helena Square is a small/cozy community that feels like home as soon as you walk in the door. Family, friends and pets are welcome. There is a beautiful courtyard filled with flowers that feels perfect for rocking on the porch. Activities are endless and so much fun! The staff is friendly and reliable. Helena Square is a great place to live!!

My mother needed a place where she can easily get around with safe and comfortable setting and Helena Square checks all the boxes. The staff are friendly and respectful. They always ready to assist and give her the necessary support whenever she needs help. It's in a great location in Port Royal. There are restaurants, coffee shop, and post office near by. Overall this is the best place for my at this point in her life.

My father moved into Helena Square in April 2024. The team at Helena have consistently been friendly, caring and quick to take action or address any questions or requests. Dad has been able to participate in a few of the group activities. Additionally, the food variety and quality are consistently good.

I was looking for a place for my mother and live 800 miles away. I worked with [name removed], the Dir of Sales and Marketing to understand the process and to help coordinate the transition. As I was unable to tour the facility, we did a virtual tour which was just what I needed. [name removed] went well above and beyond in helping me as I was unable to be there to receive furniture, packages as well as the day of move-in. She worked with my current caregivers and nurses with paperwork and understanding my mothers needs. When I was able to get to the facility I was extremely impressed with all the workers and the facility was even more charming then I had hoped. I highly recommend Helena to anyone looking for a personalized, small but mighty facility that offers all amenities you can hope for. The location is perfectly situated in a beautiful small town where residents can walk to shops and restaurants. I am very happy, after looking at many facilities, that Helena Square was the final selection.

Helena Square is a wonderful, homelike environment for my father. He feels at home there and has made friends in the short time he has been there! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, care, compassion, and attentiveness. The activities are thoughtfully organized and tailored to the residents’ individual interests and abilities. After dinner, many residents play games and socialize until bedtime. It’s wonderful to hear their laughter and see the friendships! One of the things we truly appreciate is the dining experience. The meals are delicious, and my dad has the opportunity to choose his entrees, which adds a personal touch to his care. If you're looking for a safe, friendly, and homelike assisted living facility for your loved one, I highly recommend Helena Square. It has brought us peace of mind knowing my dad is in such good hands.
