Navion Senior Solutions

My first cousin by marriage is here and she loves it. I come to see her about once a month. I’m always kindly greeted and the building is always spotless. The staff have big hearts. [name removed] is always a pleasure to see. I’m thankful we have a place like Navion for Cleveland County.

Well ran community. Locked doors, good food, beautiful center courtyard. Zero bad smells. I had lunch here with a resident and enjoyed the service and kindness from the staff. If I had a loved one who needed ALF, I’d choose Navion.

i am so thankful for a place like Navion here in Shelby. high quality food, caregivers, and staff. this is the caliber of care that our community deserves. 100+ scores in all three categories. i highly recommend them. five stars all the way around.

Chatham Ridge is truly a great place! They have taken great care of my mom these past several months, she is so happy there. She has met lots of friends and seems to like the activities. The food is pretty good for the most part. The staff is very friendly and helpful

I have never seen the food and mom hasn't done Any activity. Wish there was something she was willing to do. She is a founding member(almost the last) of the creative arts guild and needs a painting class to take. I can say I would recommend this community and the staff. The residents are kind and helpful as well. This has been a fairly easy transition that took a hospital stay to make happen. The fact that she knew 2 people already has been a bonus.

We were attracted to them because of the size of facility and staff. I would recommend. My 2 brothers and I looked at this facility at separate times and we all agreed that this was the place for our father.

The aides all love and respect my aunt marge and help her with her needs. The laundry attendant was happy to use the detergent we provided for her clothes. The facility has special events where family members are invited to celebrate with their relatives. They do not have an activity director that they had before. The activities that are being done now are not the same lively ones that were there since she left. Many of the residents have expressed disappointment.

Legacy sent someone to evaluate my aunt and determined she did not need to be there in long term care. They move her to assisted care. The Legacy entire staff came out to meet her. That was very special. My aunt loves the food. They are a five plus star facilities. [Facility removed] is maybe a one star facility if I am being generous. They care zero for the people and only care for their money. The food is terrible, that I would not feed my dog. No one at [Facility removed] take charge for their short comings. I never could get anyone on the phone. Use Legacy of Lexington and dump [Facility removed].

They went out of their way to provide for my mother-in-law. They are very caring & understanding. They tried to make things right for her. I was pleased with their helpfulness & care they took to get her there.

Cypress Square and it's staff have been very helpful and patient in this very difficult transition for my mother. The staff is super friendly and make you feel like family. The facility is clean and small enough to give a personal feel. My only suggestion would be to have an in-service/orientation with the resident as well as the family with regards to services provided and the logistics behind them at move in or shortly thereafter.

I get three good meals a day, have a nice room, and a good place to exercise. I enjoy going out to eat with everyone and being able to go out with my family too. i enjoy the porch when the weather is nice too!

i love it here. i can't be at home anymore or in my wood shop but i do everything they do here and i am with good people. [name removed] loves to come see papa here too! they say go and i go, they say come on and I come on. It is good stuff!

It's getting better and better. It was hard for me to leave my home and it is still hard some days, but i do appreciate everyone at Ashley square and all they do for me. Everyone here is very good to me.

I have the help i need without losing my independence. I have made some good friends and love talking with all the guys at my dinner table. The people here help me with the things i need and i am thankful for that.

I love the people here. I love the outings we go on and I am so glad that i have got more involved. I didn't know what i was missing. I love the support we give our community and the fact that I am included in everything and made to feel important.

Well I like the people and they like me. I enjoy the food. I like going to get my nails done. I like people sitting on my couch and talking to me, especially when i am having a bad day. I do like being here but I miss my home.

My children felt this was the best place for me and after moving in and adjusting, I know it is the best place for me. Everyone is very kind, and i love to make everyone laugh. We have fun and make the best of every day.

I really enjoy the people, the ones that live here and the ones that work here. I enjoy going out and getting to do a lot of stuff that they always have going on. I love the food and all the companionship during activities and meal times.

It's a great place to be. I miss my wife so much, but i feel like I am with family here. Everyone here is good to me and I never meet a stranger. They feed me, bathe me, and are here for me. I thank God for this place and all the people everyday.

Anyone should come and be a part of here. I am very comfortable here and everyone here is nice to me. The food is excellent, and all you have to do is ask for anything you need or would like, and they will get it for you! Come join us!
