You can feel comforted to allow your loved one to be placed within this facility. The care and concern of the staff is evident when you tour at this assisted living. Not only do they tell of all that they do for your loved ones, they allow you to talk to residents! On more than one occasion, they went above and beyond what you would expect from a facility taking care of your loved one! From the maintenance and cleaning services to the lunch staff and nurses and nurses aides to top management, your loved ones become special to them all!

Staff is friendly and professional.

There was a much welcomed management change several months ago, and things have noticeably improved. The common areas have been painted, new carpet and vinyl were installed, and I understand that new furniture has been ordered for these areas. A number of employees were replaced, and the staff seems so much happier and more responsive. It lifts the mood of the whole place. According to my mother, the food has improved. I eat with her occasionally, and I find it to be quite good. The activities director has been there for years, and does a great job keeping the schedule of activities full. We all love her. The new maintenance manager is proactive, not reactive. The place looks and smells clean, although I've never experienced the undesirable odors there that seem to be common in other facilities I've visited. The management staff is hands on, and I've been impressed with their knowledge of my Mom's activities and peculiarities. We occasionally have a glitch with her laundry, when it's done, and its condition when it's returned. Occasionally, we can't reach anyone by phone after hours, when Mom doesn't answer her phone. Now and then, something doesn't go as planned, but nothing is perfect. Overall, my sister and I are pleased with the Legacy experience, and I have to admit that it's probably a good value for the money. We feel that our mother is comfortable, safe, and getting the attention that she deserves.

My mom is very well cared for at Preston House. The staff go above and beyond for not only the residents but the families too. They treat the residents with dignity and respect and honor their choices.

Northlake House will give a tour if you just show up. The activity director, [name removed] , is terrific. She has manicure days, bingo, balloon play. She takes them apple picking, to farms with petting, a dance, and even takes small groups to the beach. They had dinners for resident families on holidays. The regular caregivers are interacting with residents all the time. Lots of hugs and encouragement. It is not perfect, but it is very good. Administrators are receptive.

We love literally everything about the Colonial Gardens community! This place has been a huge answered prayer! Couldn't ask for a place to love and care for my mom like they do!!! They truly love her!!!

My mother passed away. She was there around 3 months. The staff (every level) was so friendly and helpful and compassionate. Highly recommend Ashley Square! (It was Ashely Place when she was there.)

I couldn't be more pleased with the care my mother receives at Northstar Square. The CNA's are loving, caring and capable and always go the extra mile to meet her needs. The LPN on staff is also more than willing to do whatever it takes to care for Mother. We have a wonderful activities director who brightens the lives of all the residents. The lady in charge of food services provides delicious food, along with a loving and cheerful attitude. All the staff goes above and beyond to provide a nourishing environment for every resident. We truly feel like family here! I would highly recommended Northstar Square to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.

The facility has been great at making residents feel at home and the residents are very friendly! The main complaint I hear is about the food. Some meals are too salty which is a concern for those residents that have to watch their salt intake.

My dad loves it here! This is his feedback: "The Ridge is amazing. The facility is beautiful sitting on 12 acres. It is quite peaceful, just so enjoyable sitting on the front porch in rocking chairs. The staff is gold star. From the executive director down to the housekeepers, maintenance, dining room staff, and activities director you will feel at home. But the one thing that makes the Ridge special are the residents. Residents truly love living here. They are caring loving beautiful people. You see it the minute you set foot at the Ridge." US Air Force retired He loves having other veterans to hang out with and all the ways they are celebrated. He's been named an ambassador there so he participates in most tours.

In looking for a safe place for my father-in-law, Navion was wonderful. Very personal service and caring, thoughtful care from beginning to end. The facility was so much better than others we toured. They had to work outside of business hours to assure they did a thorough assessment of my father-in-law. They always responded to texts and calls, as well. I highly recommend Navion if you’re looking for a great place for your loved one.

What our family likes the most about Richland Square is that the facilities are clean and the rooms are a good size. Our loved one enjoys the food and her care team has been fairly consistent and effective.

My loved one was previously a resident at Seven Hills Square and most everything was great for her at this facility. The friendliness, care services and staff were great. The cleanliness, meals and activities were good. I have, and will continue to, recommend Seven Hills Square to others.

They are as helpful as can be expected!

I could not ask for a better home for my parents! The staff is very attentive and helpful. They treat my parents as family. The food is fantastic and there are lots of activities. My dad was a photographer and they even encouraged him to pull out his camera to take pictures of a recent event. Having my parents move in here was the best decision!

My father is no longer there though. But we love The Havens. . Excellent experience. Very clean. Incredible staff. Very genuine. Wonderful quality of care. The staff was always attentive. With the meals, there was something good every day my dad would say! . A lot to do and everyone participates, nice areas for activities. Value for cost - our only issue. We moved in at a good cost and in less than a year the amount went up and that amount didn't include the room fee yet. We had to move my father out of a wonderful place as we could not afford the increase, especially since he hadn't been there a full year yet. This is an incredible place, wonderful people to care for your loved ones. Clean and beautiful. If you can afford the care it is a 5 rate, however be aware of unexpected rate increases.

The staff is wonderful and always helpful! They address any need we have promptly. They are friendly and welcoming, and love the residents. The dining room and food is always a pleasant experience, also.

Since coming here our mom has had something to do daily to keep her mind occupied. We love the staff. Size of the rooms are very important for her. The daily schedule of activities are a must. Couldn’t be happier.
