The place is very cozy but they are undergoing a large renovation project now through June that we were not informed about when we moved our dad in back in October. He has had to relocate rooms which is not easy for an almost 99 year old. It probably would not have impacted our decision to move him there but it would have been good to know that was coming. The staff have been great and supportive. They have many long time employees and really no turnover and we love that about the place.

This one in Superior AZ had a short waiting list and I expressed the urgency of placing [name removed], else she was going to a shelter. She got approved quickly and placed there within a few weeks. The Superior Arboretum is a nice place operated by caring and wonderful people including the manager Kathy who is very organized and knows her job, and the social worker who helps the seniors.

The Staff & facilities are great! My Dad has only participated in a couple of the activities... The food is okay. I would recommend Walnut Trace to others who are currently searching for a place.

The options of living: villas, IL, AL, and memory care. Food is really good with options to preorder for pick up to take to room or if you are feeling under the weather they will deliver to apt in IL (limited menu) My mom has had primary care doctors, cardiology appt, scans, blood work and pt without ever leaving her apt. Activities are frequent and varied to meet interests of anyone. There is a library/game room/puzzle room on every floor of IL. One trip to Publix and Walmart each week is provided or you can order groceries for delivery to your apt. [name removed]the sales rep is my absolute favorite !!! The location is centrally located in Bradenton. Quiet. Like living in a neighborhood not a high rise on the corner of a busy street.

Water's Edge is a beautiful facility. When I admitted my loved one, the room was freshly painted & cleaned. The manager was extremely helpful during the orientation & move in process and always available to answer any questions. I was kept informed when any issues arose, and administrators were quick to resolve any concerns I had. As in any healthcare facility, staffing is short. Each care worker was professional & gave my loved one as much care as they could at the moment. It was reassuring to know that level of care rose with the level of care needed, with an increased cost, without needing to move to another facility. On the downside, there seemed to be a bit of a power struggle between the hospice staff & facility staff. You do need to keep close tabs on the coordination of care. I recommend Water's Edge based on my experience.

What we like the most about Water's Edge are the care givers as well as the ASL activities director. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I love living here. I have a lot of new friends and I couldn't be happier. I picked this place because it was all I could afford. I recommend this to others.

We absolutely would recommend the facility and we actually have already! The move in process was very easy! Communication is AMAZING! Housekeeping is great. The food is okay, but part of that is just because my loved one is not interested. The staff is wonderful!

Our family had an in person tour with Inniswood Village and it was out second choice, it was very nice but we just didn't see the same connection with residents as the [community name removed] connection.

Our family had an in person tour with Inniswood Village Natinal Church and they were really nice tour experience but for our loved one, they were all more active and all included independent living. There was a memory care unit but it was usually small part of the total community, so it appeared to have less focus.

I toured this facility. The facility itself was good, but the tour was disappointing because the person wasn't available so I couldn't see the rooms.

This facility is a good place for my mom. She has her privacy but can also be involved if she wants to be. They have a wide variety of activities. The building manager is very open to any needs the residents may have. They do not offer housekeeping that I'm aware of. Staff is very friendly. They don't offer meals and dining. They do have a grocery truck that comes around every other week, which is very nice. Communication with the family is good. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I do feel very safe here, most of the people are very nice. it's as good as I expected. I love my apartment, it's very well equipped and taken care of. I've had maintenance come in a few times, they are very prompt and very good. we have a new community director and if you need help, she helps you find it. some of the activities here include - cards, bingo, games, they had a musical group come in since I've been here, bible study, and communion/worship services, just to name a few. there is no reason to be inactive here. they have a great exercise room that I use everyday; it's well equipped with a treadmill, bicycle, trampoline, and weights. I would absolutely recommend Avondale to others!

I chose Garden Grove because of the good reviews that it got when looked and also I like the way that it is laid out. The apartment sizes are very good and I am happy with that. They do not provide meals but meals on wheels does come through. The did just recently open up the community room and they have an exercise room as well. Maintenance has been on top of it and always here quickly for any issues. The manager here is friendly but the lady over her is not the most pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to others looking.

It's frustrating at times. Going in, we thought a few things would be different. Transportation has been one of those things, and a frustration for us. We have to take our loved one to a lot of her doctor's appointments. We were told they could provide reasonable transportation, yet they're only available to take her to appointments between 9 am to noon one day a week. It's hard to make everything happen and get everything scheduled in that tight timeframe. With nursing and staff, we didn't anticipate having to be so involved, and there's inconsistencies at times. I know that they're experiencing a lot of challenges with the current environment of Covid. It's a nice place overall, but we've had our issues. I think it's a nice facility, and I think when it gets up and running with activities that it presents a nice environment. One big plus is the quality of the food. It appears to be very good, and we don't take that lightly. I think that's a very important aspect, and they're doing a good job there.

The locations is really good, the campus is very nice. It is a combination of independent living villas, assisted living and memory care. The amenities are very nice, they have a separate town center with a movie theater. However with speaking to some of the residents the food could use some improvement as well as the quality.

Generally, it is very nice. The housekeeping in the dining room needs help. The food has been terrible lately, just the same meals over and over. The room size and layout of the community is good. They have common outdoor space as well as their own private Lanai.
