The property manager has been nothing but exceptional. She has been a very big help to me. They are all very helpful. Even the maintenance has been great. Overall I think the entire staff is just really great.

The personnel and residence have been and seem to be most helpful and friendly. I have only been here a month but so far truly enjoy it and the ease at which I can go anywhere.

You walk in and you feel like your at home. Everyone this friendly. Everyone is there to help you. The staff are all every friendly and helpful. Will tell everyone about the apts. If you have any problem it is fixed as soon as they get to it. So many activities. The grounds are keep up. Can't say enough about the place. You feel like your home right away.

Things have gone very well overall with Church Street Village, I'd give them high marks across the board. The staff are all very friendly, and the director especially has been very outgoing and helpful. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they take great care of the people here.

They've done a great job at The Landings of St Andrew, we're very pleased with how things have gone! They really went out of their way to help my loved one get settled in, they went above and beyond what I was expecting of them. It's a very nice place, and everyone seems very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone looking into senior living in the area!

I am so happy we found the landings at St Andrews I wanted someplace where I could be social and I am they have activities everyday they have a bus that I take shopping to a different store every day, bingo, potlucks and dances are just a few of things to do. We have water aerobics, yoga and line dance lessons. Everyone is so friendly I have made so many friends in the short time I have lived here.

They have been wonderful. It feels so good here, everyone has helped me a lot here. It's a very good place, excellent! There is a long waiting list for people who want to get here. They are incredible. I am so happy, my blood pressure is going down, and my MS is getting better. The people here have even given me a scooter, so I can get around better.

We've been very pleased with how things are going at First Community Village, they've exceeded all of our expectations and we would rate them highly in all categories! The staff have been very welcoming and supportive, and the facility itself is very nice looking. We really liked that it had plenty of outdoor areas appropriate for walking nearby. His mood has improved so much since moving in, he smiles all the time now!

They've done a great job so far! Moving here has been a really great experience for my mother-in-law. This place really has a great sense of community, and she has made several friends here since moving in. It is a beautiful, clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful. The facility it also located in a great area, and we feel like she can be safe and happy here.

I live here and think it is a great place to live. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The setting is quiet and beautiful. We have many activities, and I just join in on the ones I want. This was a very smart move for me.

Primarily the fact that they had 1000 sq. ft cottages and if I'd gone to other communities, they only had 600 sq. ft apartments. The extra space allowed me to get everything in that I wanted. It's costing me $81 a day to live here and it cost me $31 a day in my condo. But $2400 is less than the other communities and for much more space. I see the maintenance guys out there planting trees, cutting grass, they're planting flowers. My visitors just marvel at the place. They deliver excellent meals, they have a dumpster and they pay for TV, internet and phone. It's a brand new facility, but they're having a cookout on the 30th and they're organizing a resident's council right now. The activities program is just being developed. They do offer store trips and they have bridge Thursdays at 6:30 in the community room. THey're the best. THe manager is a very personable person and so is the activity director.

All of our family members have found it to be very nice. It's generally always clean, and the aides are there doing their jobs. Overall we've been really happy. It's a good place, and we know that our loved one is well cared for. She's eating well and sleeping well. One area for improvement is the activities. I think they should have more activities, especially because it's memory care. But overall she's in very good hands.

The tour was great. We were in the process of moving and we had to do the tours remotely. The community was great but there was just another community that worked out better for my loved one.The tour guide was good and was able to give me all of the information I needed about the community.

They're a very friendly group of people. I visit often, and I feel like they know me. I think they really try their best. Some of the help is better than others. With Covid, I'm only allowed in my loved one's room. Visitors can't be in the common areas or join loved ones in the dining room. The food's nothing fancy, but it's not bad. Activities are limited, but I feel like they do what they can. It's tough in memory care where everyone is at different stages and capabilities. This type of care is expensive, but I understand that it requires a lot of personal attention. They can be slow to do things - answer the door bell, answer the emergency call buttons. The HVAC system isn't the best, and I think the laundry could be a little better. But overall, I don't have any big complaints, and I wouldn't take my loved one anywhere else.

Staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. Residents get along well with each outer and my mother has made some great friends already. The facility is fairly new and is bright and clean and well maintained. The only negative is the food quality and dining room staffing. Food is not cooked on site and portion sizes are small and sometimes dry and/or overcooked. Menu items are varied but some foods like steak are not available because it is assumed it is hard to chew. Mom enjoys a good stake and has all her teeth. For the premium paid they could do much better with the dining experience.

We were thrilled to find a comfortable place for my Dad. As we entered into this venture we had no idea where to start especially since my sisters and I were from out of state. A place for Mom was recommended to us and I thank God daily. Waters Edge is everything we prayed for. It is friendly, has creativity activities, delicious food as well as transportation. The friends my Dad has made are priceless. Thank you Tami for all you did to make this happen with the ease and comfort we needed to move Dad into his new home. I can call anytime to check in to see how he is doing. All the staff know him on a first name basis and continue to make sure his needs are met. Thank you Waters Edge!

I'VE ENJOYED LIVING AT THE LANDINGS FOR 18 YEARS NOW!! I'M A VERY HAPPY CAMPER, WITH NO INTENTION OF EVER MOVING! WE HAVE GONE THROUGH A MAJOR RENOVATION FROM ROOF ON DOWN. LOOKS GREAT! CHEERY DECOR, A NEW MOVIE THEATER, LIBRARY/ LOUNGE, NEW VAN TAKES US TO THREE MAIN AREAS TO SHOP 'TIL WE DROP! ALSO RIDES TO DOCTORS $5.00 ROUND TRIP IF CLOSE BY AND $10. IF A LITTLE FURTHER OUT. WE HAVE [name removed], OUR TENANT LIAISON EXTRAORDINAIRE....IF ANYONE NEEDS HELP IN ANY AREA, SHE CAN GET YOUR QUESTIONS TAKEN CARE OF ASAP! THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO ENJOY HERE..WONDERFUL RESIDENTS,SPECIAL HOLIDAY PARTIES, CRAFTS, ART CLASS, AQUATICS IN OUR NEWLY HEATED POOL.....COME JOIN THE FUN!!!

Using SeniorAdvisor.com was a very good decision. I used A Place for Mom to find a retirement community that provided everything I needed now and in the foreseeable future. My advisor developed a list of places with pros and cons, and I visited each one. My advisor kept in touch, via phone and email. It was a wonderful experience and saved a lot of legwork. I am very happy in the facility I selected, and would recommend SeniorAdvisor.com and A Place for Mom to the senior or to family members.

The community is a nice place it is very convenient for me with everything that they offer. However, I feel like the parking here can be problematic just because there is not enough of it. The location of the facility is nice and it is in the town that I wanted to be in. It’s also a secured area; you cannot get into the main building unless you have a key. The staff team is very good too; they help you out as much as they can. They do well with keeping the area nice and clean. Another complaint I would have is that the cabinets are a bit too high, maybe because I’m short. But they are also a little narrow, it kind of limits storage space for me. Also there is only one sink in the kitchen. I’m used to having a double sink, but it is something I have learned to work around. There is also residential meet up groups in the community. There are always potlucks going on and it’s a great way to socialize with others. One event they had is when they had the fire department come in and they brought lunch and they spoke about fire safety. There is also bingo there too.

This is the best place to live. The maintenance staff works really hard. They respond to service requests quickly and keep the grounds neat and clean. The office staff was very friendly and helped to make my move easy. The other residents I've met are extremely friendly. There's always something going on. I made the right choice.
