Nice facility with many residents from surrounding area. More expensive than most places. Has pool. Lots of activities and good care.

[Name removed] was wonderful and really helpful. Unfortunately they require 4 years of private pay before being able to accommodate a medicaid spend down.

On hands care is great. Mom has lost her rings and her checkbook, which is troublesome. Nursing care is good. The CNP is not timely with visits. Food is OK, Mom won't go to the dining room. Mom is very shy, and I had expected the recreation person to visit her and encourage her, maybe even take her to things, but that has not happened to my knowledge. Office staff is awesome. As far as value, I have no comparison to make. Mom is finally settling in, still wants to go home. Her caption phone was working fine at home, but have had multiple problems at Traditions, that is her only way to communicate with family. All in all, I think we made the right decision, it is just a distance for my brother and me.

First rate, had all the amenities you could want. But too large and sprawling for my walker-dependent mom. Top of price range we looked at.

I am looking forward to the move I am going to make into this community. The staff have been helpful and understanding to my situation and I looking forward to what is to come in my living environment.

This looked like a nice community when my mother in law visited. The people she met were nice and the community seemed clean. They do offer some activities. They do not offer a meal plan. This community did not have any available apartments when she looked at it.

The facility is older, but very clean and friendly. The administrator is new and a little unorganized so far. The company that owns this facility has many in central Ohio and many options available. She was very helpful with contact information

Everything there is great. They do not serve food it's more like snacks they provide them with. This is independent living, they have their own apartments where they can food their food themselves.

We thought that this was more of an assisted living community and our dad would not be a good fit for this community with out mom. But we did like it, and the people were very nice. It was a bit messy, so we weren't impressed with the look of the community, however we believe that it was under construction to be remodeled when we looked at it. They take pride in their activity program, some of the residents were involved in a parade when they were there. The room that they were showed was very big. I couldn't really judge the value or the care services.

Loved this place! Of course its all new. They seemed to have a lot available. Very clean.

I'm really digging the facility so far. I like the amenities and everything.

The nurses are very good about calling me when there has been a change in my mother's routine, medication, or behavior. The nurses and aides are friendly and calm, even when redirecting residents who become confused or angry. Cleanliness is average; when in a shared room, clothes are easily mixed up. My mother lost two hearing aides. Be aware that after new renovations (2014), there will no longer be a secured (locked) unit for residents who try to leave. I was told my mother must find another facility because she does try to leave and there will be no safe place for her. This has been upsetting to the family. There is a disconnect between administrative decisions and family. The activities directors work very hard to offer all residents a variety of interesting choices. They always welcomed my granddaughters to join in any activity. My mother has been there two years, and almost all the staff know her, smile when they see her, and call her by name.

We did a tour back in September and really liked the facility but was a little farther than where my mother wants to be.

Seems like a very nice a & caring place, unfortunately they require that you guarantee that she has 4 years worth of private funding before Medicaid takes over. Which would be approx $350K. Very disappointing.

It was very nice but it was just too expensive for my mother-in-law.

I guess any place you go you always hate paying all that money but I think they've been very good. My mother-in-law has only been there like 3 months so we're all sort of still settling in. We were just notified that we're going to have a care of action place. I think that's wonderful. A lot of places don't do that. We get a lot of communications from them regarding how my mother-in-law is doing. I just got a letter from them today asking if it was okay for her to participate in a new activity so they keep us up to date on what they're doing. The physical therapy and occupational therapy are coninuting right there. It's nice that they have so many things available there. She's getting her eyes checked by a doctor there. It's good because I don't have to take her out for those things and these doctors are used to dealing with older people.

My tour guide was extremely informative, and made me feel comfortable. Received application and was interested in the one bedroom which was moderate in size. Totally understood my needs.(Possibility)

We chose Inniswood Village because my dad liked the serene setting and he already had physical and occupational therapist who were with the same organization, so we were with the same caregivers. The apartment sizes here are good as well.

Manager [name removed] was very helpful and organized. It's a smaller complex so more quaint. Not a lot of activities but do have some. Have transportation to get to grocery stores and for errands. Neighbors are also seniors and friendly and helpful to newcomers. Superior is a pretty town up in the hills so it's scenic. The town needs to be more developed but it looks like it's got more building going on. They only ask for one third of your social security if you have little income so if you get a[Amount Removed] they'll take [Amount Removed]. My friend has been happy there.
