It's not the staff It's the resident's that make it nice

I give 5 stars for all categories! The cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of the staff and residents is what stuck out most and the main reason I decided to choose Gates Junction over others.

This really a nice to live. I was lucky and got a cottage. A very lovey place to live. They are very quick to respond if you have any issues. I would recommend Avondale to anyone.

Everyone at Harmony Trace has been exceptional to my mother since she moved in a few months ago. The care is amazing and the staff truly care about the residents. It is more costly, but it is well worth the money!

The staff were so good with my father during his time there. I can't speak highly enough of how each and everyone of them made his stay there as comfortable as possible. On top of that, they did an excellent job of communicating with me and making me Feel comfortable that my father was in the right place and with good people who put his needs a top priority.

I was able to get my brother into this community. He loves it there. I would recommend to others.

Avondale is just so pleasant and a great place to live! Apartment sizes are VERY spacious. There things to at the main building. Exercise equipment available, library, dinners, bingo etc.

First, I have to say that I found a Home for Mom quite by accident, but what a great accident it was. My contact first contacted me with Lyons Manor, which happened to be in the town by friend wished to be. He set up a tour for us, and we knew right away we had found my friend's new home. Run by the National Church Lion's Manor is a cozy, homie building with very nice one bedroom apartments. Although the office is not staffed full-time, we quickly found out they are extremely helpful in getting new residents settled and helping them find the services they need. The people we met who live there are also friendly and ready to help orient yourself to your new home.

I thought you had to be 55+ to live here, but I see a lot of people that look much too young to be living here. My neighbors upstairs are very noisy. Fire alarm goes off often overnight. Apartments are kind of small for the price we pay.

It is reasonably priced For a senior living facility. Garden grove is not a facility. It is a section eight apartment complex for seniors

I would give them all a 5. Avondale Senior Village is really pleasant place to live. I can find no fault with it.

From our first tour, it was clear that the staff was very invested in the overall wellbeing of the residents and that helped make the decision to move our Dad to an independent living facility easier. While he still has some capacity to care for himself, the Staff and support services provided by NCR Partner "At Your Door have supported in everyway we hoped.

Walnut Trace has been wonderful. Zero issues! I would simply say you would be hard pressed to find a better facility, probably a lot of equals out there, but I doubt you could find better. Staff especially, super helpful.

What our family likes the most about the Walnut Trace community is that our moms social experience with the other residents has been great, and also we have peace of mind not knowing she is by herself. We would recommend this community to others if they are able to afford it.

I am very happy at Avondale Senior Village. Thank you for all your help at A Place for Mom. We have no meals here, but I wish they did.

We picked this community because it felt like home. [name removed] and other staff were so nice and friendly. It is a great place to live. I would recommend to other families.

I have not had any interaction with the staff. As far as food, I know my mom has gone to when they do the soup night. And you bring your own mug or bowl. I do know that they have a food pantry to help with those who need that. My mom did have a recent fall and luckily her door was not locked to her apartment and so people walking by heard her call for help. So, I know I can say the residents really came to her aid. I've met several of the residents and they are just as lovely as can be. One of the residents took care of my mom's dog in his apartment while she was in the emergency room. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there. Another thing that I like is that they offer salon services such as haircuts, manicures, and pedicures. They also have movie nights. I do think that the kitchen is a little outdated, however. And very very small. That's probably the only thing I've seen that I don't care for. I could say, if I was old enough, I would live there.

Legacy Village is awesome. It is a smaller facility with fewer people which allows more personal attention from the staff. The staff have all worked there 10 or 15 years which says a lot and you really get to know them. You know who is working with your loved ones. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Village, we have had no complaints what so ever. They have been a blessing.
