Everyone at Harmony Trace has been exceptional to my mother since she moved in a few months ago. The care is amazing and the staff truly care about the residents. It is more costly, but it is well worth the money!

During our tour I was very impressed by the level of care for the residents in independent living. For example, there is a system in place that helps the staff to check in with each resident on a daily basis to make sure they are doing ok. The staff contribute to making it feel like a real community. It is run by a non profit group which helps to make it a little more affordable for the residents and also means that the company invests in its staff.

It is a great fit for mom! Food is terrific, dining staff is uniformly courteous. Maintenance staff is quick to respond to any request. Receptionists (especially [name removed]) are very responsive.

What we like the most about the community is that I can feel very confident that Mom is going to be well taken care of there they stay in touch with me they send me pictures of events that she does it just makes me feel better knowing they really care it's the best place that we could have found for Mom. We recently placed my mother-in-law at Waters Edge in Bradenton Florida. She was living in another facility under Independent living and had moved there without ever researching her options... So in December of last year when we visited my husband and myself took her around to other facilities to allow her to explore all of her other options. When we left from our visit at Waters Edge it was unanimous between the three of us that when it came to the next level of care it would be at Waters Edge.... The first person that we came into contact with was Brandon in our opinion he has to be the most competent, caring, amazing person that we have ever met in our lives...... It takes a special kind of person to work in that field and that job was definitely made for him..... And every employee from[removed name] who is the director of nursing to [removed name] who is the Life enrichment assistant who sends the event calendar to us every month so that we can passively encourage mom to join in the events. Its a joint adventure to ensure Mom is meeting new people and making new friends. Mom was never a social butterfly she worked all her life and then took care of her family after work...So she had a tendency of secluding herself and never enjoying her life after retirement.... The employees at Waters Edge passively nudge Mom to participate in all the activities.... And they periodically send photos of her participation it is a joy to see her active. They communicate to us consistently about Mom and how she is doing.....they definitely go above and beyond with their residents... We live a thousand miles away from Mom and just knowing she is at Waters Edge affords us to rest easy every night...If you are looking at Waters Edge for your loved one you can't go wrong choosing them.....Water's Edge is a cut above the rest..... We are so grateful that we found them.....

Water's Edge is the BEST ever, it's clean everyone is so nice and the food is great, but the service is a little slow. We would certainly recommend this development to live in. I know after looking at fourteen Different sites, this one wins hands down.

Staff at Water's Edge is great. Very attentive and caring. Apartment is perfect for those who don't need a large area to navigate but need room for their personal equipment and make the room into a home. Not a hospital type setting. Plenty of activities for all to participate in with several different levels of skills needed. Mom loves the place.

The staff is great! Everyone is pleasant to deal with. The food is delicious! They have many activities for the residents. We are very happy with Waters Edge and would recommend them. They offer a lot for the residents to keep them active and busy.

Water's Edge is a very warm and comfortable home. I have many friends and quality activities to enjoy. I really love it her

Waters Edge is absolutely the perfect place for my dad. He is adjusting very well because of the great staff that is there at all hours. Dad has joined a men's Bible study group, does his best to get exercise with Volleyball .[name removed]has already met some residents that have become good companies. The Waters Edge Staff has been a marvelous help ,step by step when I needed there guidance to settle in my dad. Can't say enough good about my experience. [name removed] is awesome.

The staff were so good with my father during his time there. I can't speak highly enough of how each and everyone of them made his stay there as comfortable as possible. On top of that, they did an excellent job of communicating with me and making me Feel comfortable that my father was in the right place and with good people who put his needs a top priority.

Our family visits a lot and my father in law loves it there. Food is good and entertainment options are varied and fun. We help(ed) my father in law start participating and he began meeting other residents that way.

I was able to get my brother into this community. He loves it there. I would recommend to others.

Avondale is just so pleasant and a great place to live! Apartment sizes are VERY spacious. There things to at the main building. Exercise equipment available, library, dinners, bingo etc.

First, I have to say that I found a Home for Mom quite by accident, but what a great accident it was. My contact first contacted me with Lyons Manor, which happened to be in the town by friend wished to be. He set up a tour for us, and we knew right away we had found my friend's new home. Run by the National Church Lion's Manor is a cozy, homie building with very nice one bedroom apartments. Although the office is not staffed full-time, we quickly found out they are extremely helpful in getting new residents settled and helping them find the services they need. The people we met who live there are also friendly and ready to help orient yourself to your new home.

Water’s edge has been wonderful. It is a beautiful facility. The common areas and landscape are very nice and well kept. They have everything you could need: salon, craft room, gym, pool, theater, walking path, dog park, shuffle board, pool table/ game room, and so much more. The food is also very good. The best thing about it is the people. Everyone, from the sales reps, the nurse, activity director, front desk, cleaners, the kitchen staff, to the maintenance workers and assistants, are always kind, helpful and professional. I hate that I had to move my parents to a memory care facility, but I am so thankful that we found Waters Edge.

Waters Edge is beautifully maintained, the staff is amazing, and the residents are warm and welcoming, underscoring that this is a great place to live. We couldn’t be happier with our choice for mom. She is settling to life and is opening up to the social aspect of this community. In her words “everyone is so nice and I’ve not had a bad meal yet in the restaurant!”

I thought you had to be 55+ to live here, but I see a lot of people that look much too young to be living here. My neighbors upstairs are very noisy. Fire alarm goes off often overnight. Apartments are kind of small for the price we pay.

It is reasonably priced For a senior living facility. Garden grove is not a facility. It is a section eight apartment complex for seniors
