Mustang Creek Estates

I love the smaller house concept and that they cook fresh in the kitchen daily. The food is good, and the caregivers I know are truly caring. I also love the all inclusive price.

Best in the area. We both (a cousin and I) had good friends who had a family member at MCE recently. They were highly satisfied. We loved the layout of the houses (dining, open kitchen, TV area). We loved that meals are cooked in the house and not in large volume. And we were happy to hear, as one of your Sales associates said, "we buy our food from the grocery store".

Mustang Creek has multiple houses which are grouped by needs of the individual! The facility is a house with many bedrooms. The kitchen, dining and living room are common areas. A staff member cooks 3 meals and one can either eat in the dining area or a meal can be brought to their room.

As far as I can witness, the staff are very helpful and friendly to visitors and residents. It's great that meals are prepared in each facility and the menu's seem good. Although I have not been around when prepared. Housekeeping appears great. The facility is always clean and orderly. Communication is not so great. But that might be a condition of circumstances. I am not family to the resident, though responsible for her. I know of activities only by taking a picture of the schedule posted on the facility wall. I have no feedback from them. I asked a question about a recent bill and have not received a response. I would definitely recommend after seeing the horrible conditions of the previous rehabilitation facility that my resident was in.

I really like the way it is arranged in a home-like setting. The house staff are great especially [name removed] and [name removed] in House D. I would recommend Mustang Creek Estates Keller to others looking.

The community is very welcoming and makes everyone feel like they belong there. I picked this community over others because of the home-like feel it has. It makes you feel comfortable.

My mom was previously a resident at Mustang Creek Estates Keller and overall her experience at this facility was great. The staff was exceptional, the housekeeping was pretty on point and the food always looked delicious. They were always so sweet and encouraging to my mom. I would definitely recommend Mustang Creek Estates Keller to others!

My Father was there for a short time before his expected passing. I was especially impressed with the calm and sweet caregivers. Those that are not familiar with senior living need to know about the importance of the caregivers, as they help so much. The whole staff is wonderful and I was so relieved he was at Mustang Creek in Burleson. His passing was very peaceful.

Its great. I would recommend to others. I picked this community because they let my dad still have his wine and smoke cigarettes.

Mustang Creek Estates has been very helpful with placing my friend. They have been very patient in educating me with caregiving of myself and my friend. I have much to learn about the care of an Alzheimer's patient. From the beginning of the process they have provided information that continues to improve my awareness of my friends illness. We picked this community, because it is cleaner, newer,nicer, friendlier, Reasonably priced & [name removed] is very good covering everything!!!I would tell a friend, that they don't need to look anywhere else we looked at multiple places and Mustang was the nicest & most Economical

I've had occasions to visit that facility over the years and they've always been in top notch shape and operation. I'm so happy they are there for my Mom! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend the Mustang Creek Estates community to other families.

My mom is currently a resident at Mustang Creek Estates Burleson and everything has been great. The staff is wonderful and really care about their residents. The facility is clean and welcoming! My mom loves the food and all of the new friends that she has made. I would definitely recommend Mustang Creek Estates Burleson to others!

What we like the most about the community is that the people did not force him into things, and were kind. My dad was under the illusion that he was in a condo, and maintaining his independence. Mustang Creek was selected because he was able to continue to act (in his mind) like he was maintaining his own household.

All are a 5! This was the best place for my Mom ! This facility does the very best in every category to take the best care of my Mom. The Arabella hospice nurses and aides are amazing as well! Thank you so much for your help in finding this place for my Mom! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to others!

The staff at Mustang Creek Estates Frisco are always willing to go above and beyond for the residents and the family members. It is a very inviting facility. I feel very confident that my mother-in-law is being well taken care of there. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others, no questions about it!

Everyone at Mustang Creek is super helpful, courteous, and experienced. They were extremely gracious in answering all of my questions. All of the staff has been very friendly.

What we like most about the Mustang Creek Estates community is the staff. They are very attentive to our questions and needs. Very accommodating. Based on the experience so far we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

The staff is very caring. Meals are home made and quite good, 6/5. The staff station is located in the dining living area for the clients so it's very hands on. It's a safe, clean, and welcoming place.

Overall experience is good - even with my father having to have more assistance after his fall than when he first moved in. There is only problem that I see, and that is the turnover of employees - I think this is common in the Healthcare business.
