Mustang Creek Estates

We moved my Aunt to Mustang Creek Estates the very first day they opened. We are so glad we did. Her progress has been amazing. At MCE she is doing more things for herself, she is more interactive, smiles more. She has high compliments for the food served. I have shared meals with her from time to time and I agree. Yum! I love seeing her smiling face and big blue eyes.Something I was missing at her last facility. The people here (administrators, staff, caregivers) are so helpful, loving and caring. They want the best for each resident and it shows. They are so welcoming to my husband and I that we feel a part of the Mustang Family. We highly, highly recommend Mustang Creek Estates Flower Mound.

Not knowing anything about assisted-living or even what the process look like, Dan and his team were exceptional with providing information to us in a clear manner. The staff and everyone I have met at the Mustang Creek Estate location is genuinely interested in giving my mom the best care possible. Any concerns I have addressed to management have been resolved quickly and usually an education regarding what Assisted Living provides.

Looking for a place with home like experience Mustang Creek Estates in Allen Texas is the place. My cousin was cared for with compassion and respect. Whenever I arrived, there was always staff around and they assisted me with any request. The meals served always smelled so good. Five stars

From the enrollment process throughout his stay, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were so caring and took such good care of my dad. He had dementia and was practically deaf but the aids still did their best communicating with him and taking care of all his needs. I’m so happy he was somewhere that felt like home and I always knew he was comfortable and well taken care of.

Mom would. always tell us that she stayed in her room and no one ever came to check on her or spoke to her. The first couple of months, she would be in the lobby watching TV with a few other residents. The last few months she was always in her bed, with door closed. The only staff we saw were the ones cooking, if we were there at meal time. She is now living in an apartment in Nebraska with one of my brothers.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and well managed. The executive director Ginger Burk was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was so understanding and kind during the difficult process of transitioning a parent.

They have lots of activities during the week to keep the residence busy. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. The kindness shown to me and my brother that first night was amazing. The management was very patient with me on getting everything together, since my brother is a veteran and going through the VA.

My mother has been at MCE Allen for many months. She has adjusted well and is happy. She is very well taken care of. Any time I have questions or need to speak with anyone at the home, I always get a quick response.

I like this place because it is so cozy and home-like. I was stressing to find somewhere to put my family member in a memory care facility. I was given information from A Place For Mom on all the care facilities in my area. I called and arranged for a tour of the facility. I chose Mustang Creek in Allen because of the cleanliness of the facility, and the caring and understanding staff. I just felt like at home when I entered the place to tour it. Even the residents were welcoming and everyone said hello with a smile on their face.

My mother in law loves this place. It is like she is living in her house with her own private master suite. The homemade food is cooked on site by the staff and looks and tastes wonderfully, just like home. [name removed] , the facility director is on top of each situation and keeps family in the loop. That alone means the world to me. The houses are located on a beautiful street with beautiful homes that dead ends into a cul di sac so there is no thru traffic. I could not have made a better choice for my mother in law.
