Friendly staff, lots of activities planned every day, feels like home environment, not facility. Staff very friendly, approachable and always smiling. Feel very comfortable having my mom and dad live at Mustang Creek.

[name removed] reminds my mom that she is LOVED! We appreciate All the staff! They are so ready to help! Grateful for all of your support!!! My mom loved the activities, such as Bible study and bingo and dining together!

They’ve taken very well care of my father. The staff treats treat him like family. Very warm and welcoming. facilities are very clean. If I had other family members that needed this place I highly recommend them.

What we like the most about Mustang Creek is the staff. Staff was attentive and friendly to our family. Dad didn't do much there due to his declining mental state but all of the residents seemed happy and everything was well taken care of. The only issues we had was laundry seemed to be behind a lot and the clothes would get lost between rooms often. We would recommend this community to other families.

We moved our mom to Mustang Creek Estates in Frisco back in early April of this year and it has been wonderful. After being in a rehab facility for four months, this was such a breath of fresh air. From having her own space and all of her own belongings and photos, to the community dining experience and activities, she has really felt at home. While she has continued to have some health issues, the staff has been absolutely incredible, caring and patient. I’m certain I am leaving someone out but I’d like to give a special shout out to [names removed] (The master hot chocolate maker!). My son recently got married but unfortunately mom was not able to attend due to health issues. The staff helped in arranging to use the craft room so that my son and his wife could recite their vows to each other in front of my mom. It was such a special afternoon, and I can’t thank them enough for allowing my mom to have such an experience. Thanks MCE Frisco!

Our father was in Mustang Creek Frisco in 2024 (until he passed) and we could not be happier for all the support our dad was given. He was in and out of the hospital a few times while there and the staff made the transition from facility yo facility as easy as possible and that was very important for our dad had a hard time with change at this point in his life.

They went out of their way to care for my mother who was wheelchair bound. It was always clean, fresh. Some days were harder than others. if staff were short on weekends, but considering the situation it was a good place.

The staff are very attentive and go above and beyond for the residents

Mustang Creek was an excellent place for Mom and her kitties after her fall in the preceding months at independent living. As Mom’s physical and mental health were failing, the staff tailored to her changing needs and worked with hospice to provide a caring environment. Mom especially liked the food and kindness she experienced in her stay.

Dad was in Assisted Living + due to having to have a 2 man lift. So the lower rating in Activities was because there wasn't much in his building. I found the staff in Building C (assisted living plus) to be very caring and encouraging to the residents. Worked to get them out of their rooms and into the common area to talk with others. They kept Dad clean and stayed up with his meds. Lamont was super nice and took time to give me suggestions on how to make Dad's stay better.

I would recommend Mustang Creek Estates Keller to others because of what the staff did. As my mother declined, the staff chose to keep her where she was at even though she didn't fit their criteria in mom's home. They went above and beyond in the care of my mom.

My experience has been good. They have been extremely good with my uncle. He has been very happy there. Every time I go to visit him he is always so happy and cannot wait to tell me some funny things that have happened.

What we like the most about the Mustang Creek Estates Keller community is the staff. The staff members there are all very attentive to our questions and needs. They are very accommodating. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families.

We are completely impressed with Mustang Creek Estates!!! The staff are all so professional and helpful They lovingly care for my 97-year-old mom! We are confident my mom will be safe and easily cared for with much kind attention!

My brother is currently a resident at Mustang Creek Estates Burleson and everything has been great. We love it! My brother is so much happier! We would definitely recommend this facility to others who are looking for Assisted Living.

Mustang reek Estates Saschse was nice and felt more homey than the other facilities we visited. I would recommend the facility to others looking for care for a loved one.

We had an emergency with Dad and needed to find an assisted living facility for him fairly quickly. I contacted A Place For Mom, and they provided 3 places for me and my husband to tour. Mustang Creek Estates in Sachse was the first stop, and we were both really impressed, with the people we met and with the idea of having houses that are like home, instead of a clinical type setting, for the assisted living. We ended up choosing Mustang Creek for Dad, and when I took him for a tour he was very positive about the big move! He's been there about a week now, and every time we visit he tells us how much he loves it, the residents and the care providers are so warm and friendly and ready to help. He loves all the food too, and he is a very picky eater. Highly recommend!

Easy a 5 cross the board. Great loving and caring staff. We go by and take them home made cookies on a regular basis The staff to resident ratio was good 24 hours a day. Each unit is like a house with a common living room and a kitchen where the meals are home cooked.

The building location in a very nice upscale neighborhood. Inside it very open and very clean, a little older than the one in Sachse, but nice and comfortable. Rooms are good size for a resident and bathrooms are huge, you will need to provide bed and furniture. The parking spots are limited. I felt very secure and safe in the area. The only issue are the stairs leading up to houses for residents in wheelchairs. The memory care side was more accessable. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Nice walking trails nearby. I felt very secure and safe in the area. Staff was very nice and friendly. Large screen TV in main living area.
