The staff are wonderful to work with. They have treated my loved one like gold. The food is better than expected. They make meals fresh each day for the residents. There are five houses that have their own kitchen, and the staff make the meals for the residents in the houses to ensure freshness. The staff are very responsive, and make sure that the family's questions are answered in a timely manner. Plus, they make sure that we understand everything. The staff are very kind and friendly to both residents are visitors.

We like the set up at Mustang Creek. It is like a house and the director, [name removed] is amazing. Staff members are very friendly and genuinely care about the residents. They go out if they're way to see that the residence are well cared for. At least that is our perception of the memory care house. The food is cooked from scratch, in a kitchen just like you have at home. If you have a staff member that is not accustomed to cooking, meals are somewhat simple. Residents don't seem to mind

I toured Mustang Creek Estates Allen and it was really good. I like the house environments better than 'facilities,' so this one was really good. Just farther than my loved one's old location.

Our family had an in person tour with Mustang Creek Estates and from everything we saw and what we were able to see of the community, it was excellent but it was just to expensive which is why we did not choose to for our family .

I had the pleasure of visiting Mustang Creek Keller recently and was very impressed by the friendly staff that greeted me at the door. The place was so bright and clean. I could see that the residents we're happy and well cared for and enjoying their fun activity they were doing. The property that the buildings are on is beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend Mustang Creek Keller for your loved one.

I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I have been looking for a good place for my dad and when I found one, it was way out of his price range. They charged for room, then his care. (like $2000 more). This place here is all included and more. The staff is excellent, it’s a small setting and divided into separate buildings so that there are only like 14 residents per house. They all have an open kitchen where they see there food being cooked. Food is from HEB and local farmers not shipped in by truck. They eat their meals together at a large table like a family. This place is like family, and they are awesome!!! My dad is very happy being there and able to roam around and visit. Thanks again Mustang Creek!!! I’d give you 10 stars but they only have 5.

Mustang Creek Estates Sachse is a well organized, compassionate, and caring facility.

Things are going as well as expected. I picked this community, because I thought it was the best location for my loved one.

I have to say every beautiful work of art was once a blank canvas. I feel this is how Mustang Creek is. Everyday you start with a blank canvas and I tell you the beautiful paintings I’ve seen in the community are remarkable. The changes of housekeeping, Activities, RN and a director who is always there for the families, staff and just loves on the residents unconditionally has shown me that this would be my first choice for my mom. I love seeing change and I will continue to drop in to see [name removed].

Mustang Creek is a wonderful community. They have all of the accommodations they say they do. I would recommend that you stay on top of the care that your loved one needs, and make sure you state things to the staff to get these care types accomplished. The staff does take care of the requests; however, it can be slow for implementation of these requests. There are three meals a day served, and the community tries to accommodate specific meal requests to make sure the residents are eating. They have great choices and it smells wonderful anytime I walk in. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond. They keep the family informed on the concerns of the residents. The staff are very sweet and you can tell they really care about the residents here.

The community is clean. Everyone is friendly, the staff is helpful. The transition was easily done.

Toured and fell in love with the layout of this community. It will be so much easier for my mom to transition to Mustang Creek rather that the "big box" style communities. When I found out the care ratio is 7 to 1... I was floored! Their rates are all-inclusive, and include ALL levels of care. We were so stressed out over this move, but they took that weight off of our shoulders. We couldn't be happier.

They were always kind and loving to my husband who was also on hospice They listened when things needed to be changed Sometimes had to ask a few times but considering they all worked hard Toward the end of his life they took extra care of him like having him on the couch on the living room not just leaving him in his room Always encouraging to be out of the room With staff changes is when some communication had to be repeated . I was there often and toward the end every day and felt at home there. I can honestly say he felt home and cared for also

The Activities At Mustang Creek Burleson are awesome. The Resident's are very happy with the Activity Director. She does a excellent job. Mustang Creek Burleson Should Be Proud To Have Her On Staff.

I would highly recommend it. The service is up to par. The location is pretty good as well, and in close proximity to where I live. And I've found the overall experience to be great.

The staff have been incredible in helping us make the transition. Obviously any time you're moving into a facility where you're increasing the level of care, it can be a hard transition. And there are a lot of emotions involved with that. But the staff has been absolutely phenomenal in helping both me and my mother with that transition and making sure everything is just right. Through the whole process, they have been focused on anything they could do to help us. And their communication has been just top notch. As far as value goes, I would rate them a 10 out of 5 if I could.

So far its working out good. My loved one enjoys being there, I've had no problems at all.

I am a hair-stylist and I cut a mans hair over 20 years ago and he was the owner of Mustang Creek Estates. He told me about the concept of it all and I really liked the concept. When it became time to look for my mother, I knew that this was one of the first places I wanted to look and it has turned out to be a great fit for her. The thing that sticks out most about the facility is the friendliness of all of the staff. I would definitely recommend the facility.

I showed up unannounced, and they welcomed me right in to tour. I met with their Executive Director, and she showed me all the different areas, including the memory care unit, and she explained how everything works there. When wrapping up the tour, she asked me if I saw any areas they need to improve on, which took me by surprise - in a good way. I toured several places, and no one else asked me that question.
