Mustang Creek Estates

During our loved one stay our family had a wonderful experience. We really appreciated how flexible the staff was with visitation hours. We also loved how the kitchen was set up, the residents could watch the chefs cook and that was something our brother always loved doing.

Mustang Creek felt like home right away, and the care givers are right down the hall so anytime our loved one needs assistance they are right there. Very quick response time.

Visited the community and loved it. Unfortunately Allen did not have a room available. Beautiful community and [name removed] was outstanding.

The communication about things that have gone wrong do need some help, but our loved one is at a higher level of care so the activities aren't really geared towards those with higher levels of care. However, the value for cost is excellent and we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Our tour at Mustang Creek Estates Frisco was very good. We ended up choosing a different facility with a unique program that was a combination of assisted living and memory care, kind of a memory care light, if you will. My mom was experiencing some memory issues but not enough for full-on memory care, which made it more difficult to find a place that was a good fit for her.

This community was okay but it did not give me that feeling that I was looking for. The friendliness and more made me feel at home.

The Mustang Creek Estates community is kept clean and the staff members have been super friendly. The value for cost is worth the money when it gives our family peace of mind knowing our loved one is well taken care of and getting everything she needs.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because he needed memory care and the value for the money is good compared to others we looked at. They offer shared and private rooms and they are good size and have large bathrooms. They are home cooked meals that are very good and it is great quality, fresh foods. The staff really care for their residents and the care is personalized since it is a smaller facility. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Let me start by saying my mom was living alone and I couldn’t be there every minute so I worried. Was she physically OK, was she eating well, was she taking her meds? She sounded so Lonely. All of this was on my mind when I was told about MCE in Allen. I love the family feel you get from the layout of the houses. They keep the residents stimulated with activities of all sorts, and if the situation does arise I’m notified and it gets taken care of. I know she is well taken care of, but most of all my mom is happy and she isn’t alone.

We have had previous experience with Mustang Creek community before our loved one moved in, so we are very familiar with how things work. We would recommend them to others.

My mom moved to the Keller location during Covid. It was so hard because we couldn't visit. The staff was so great about checking in and letting us know how she was doing. When were able to get back in, we could tell how much love and care she had received. We've been there now about 6 months and are so happy with the choice we made.

One aid specifically was very good with our mother, she even helped us with hospice care. She would call us on a regular basis and she was just outstanding. Our loved one thought the food was good. The location, cleanliness of the community and how they handled memory care issues really stood out to us. The only thing we did not like is how it was presented in the sales that if you signed up through them with their doctor the doctor was available that day. However that was certainly not the case, and the physician nurse on site was referred to as a doctor and he was not a doctor. We were disappointed in his care and how he never returned any phone calls.

We toured this community and it was very nice. The tour was great but they did not have a available spot in their memory care

This place is at the top of our list for now.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Communication was good between the staff and the family. I really feel like this was a home away from home. I would recommend this community to others

Mustang Creek is a very nice place to go. It is a safe environment. We know our loved one is being taken care, getting fed, and they have made friends here. The food is bland in my loved one's opinion. The residents have been given their vaccines.

We are able to do window visits and the community has handled the pandemic very well which we can appreciate. Our loved one really enjoys the meals they serve, and it only has about 16 residents in each individual house which is good. We would recommend this community to others.

My dad had a great experience there. The staff was very accommodating. We had a pleasant experience.

My mother moved into Mustang this past year. She went from alone in her house to having friends and loving staff to take care of her. My family and I are so thankful for them especially during these crazy times. We don't have to worry about her because we know she is getting excellent care.
