The community is clean. Everyone is friendly, the staff is helpful. The transition was easily done.

Toured and fell in love with the layout of this community. It will be so much easier for my mom to transition to Mustang Creek rather that the "big box" style communities. When I found out the care ratio is 7 to 1... I was floored! Their rates are all-inclusive, and include ALL levels of care. We were so stressed out over this move, but they took that weight off of our shoulders. We couldn't be happier.

They were always kind and loving to my husband who was also on hospice They listened when things needed to be changed Sometimes had to ask a few times but considering they all worked hard Toward the end of his life they took extra care of him like having him on the couch on the living room not just leaving him in his room Always encouraging to be out of the room With staff changes is when some communication had to be repeated . I was there often and toward the end every day and felt at home there. I can honestly say he felt home and cared for also

The Activities At Mustang Creek Burleson are awesome. The Resident's are very happy with the Activity Director. She does a excellent job. Mustang Creek Burleson Should Be Proud To Have Her On Staff.

I would highly recommend it. The service is up to par. The location is pretty good as well, and in close proximity to where I live. And I've found the overall experience to be great.

The staff have been incredible in helping us make the transition. Obviously any time you're moving into a facility where you're increasing the level of care, it can be a hard transition. And there are a lot of emotions involved with that. But the staff has been absolutely phenomenal in helping both me and my mother with that transition and making sure everything is just right. Through the whole process, they have been focused on anything they could do to help us. And their communication has been just top notch. As far as value goes, I would rate them a 10 out of 5 if I could.

So far its working out good. My loved one enjoys being there, I've had no problems at all.

I am a hair-stylist and I cut a mans hair over 20 years ago and he was the owner of Mustang Creek Estates. He told me about the concept of it all and I really liked the concept. When it became time to look for my mother, I knew that this was one of the first places I wanted to look and it has turned out to be a great fit for her. The thing that sticks out most about the facility is the friendliness of all of the staff. I would definitely recommend the facility.

I showed up unannounced, and they welcomed me right in to tour. I met with their Executive Director, and she showed me all the different areas, including the memory care unit, and she explained how everything works there. When wrapping up the tour, she asked me if I saw any areas they need to improve on, which took me by surprise - in a good way. I toured several places, and no one else asked me that question.

Mustang Creek Estates Burleson is wonderful. This is a really loving place. The residents aren't just a number or a name. The staff interact with them, and it's a great place for your mom or dad. We were concerned about making the transition from in-home care to full time residential care. And we are so happy with our choice and how well our loved one is doing here. Before moving in, she would barely eat, and now she's eating well and has gained some weight. She is very very happy and tells us how happy she is to be there. The staff is so very attentive, not only to her but to the other residents as well. When we had in-home care, we struggled to get her up in the morning. But they have her up and dressed and ready for the day at breakfast time. They have a big activity room and have activities planned every day. They include the residents in helping to make cookies and things, and you can smell them baking, which is nice. The executive director has been incredibly helpful. If you can find a perfect place when you have to make this decision, we feel like we found it.

I thought Mustang Creek Estates Keller was a nice place. It just wasn't what my loved one one was looking for. It's a more social, community-oriented place, and he is more of a loner.

Mustang Creek Estates is amazing. It offered more care than my dad needed at the time, but if you or your loved one need that higher level of care this is the place to go. I cannot say enough good about them, the tour was phenomenal.

So far it has been a very easy experience moving my loved one in. The staff are quick to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. My loved one enjoys the food and there are three meals a day served. They recently have a new activities director who has been busy with the residents engaging them in activities.

During our loved one stay our family had a wonderful experience. We really appreciated how flexible the staff was with visitation hours. We also loved how the kitchen was set up, the residents could watch the chefs cook and that was something our brother always loved doing.

Mustang Creek felt like home right away, and the care givers are right down the hall so anytime our loved one needs assistance they are right there. Very quick response time.

Visited the community and loved it. Unfortunately Allen did not have a room available. Beautiful community and [name removed] was outstanding.

The communication about things that have gone wrong do need some help, but our loved one is at a higher level of care so the activities aren't really geared towards those with higher levels of care. However, the value for cost is excellent and we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Our tour at Mustang Creek Estates Frisco was very good. We ended up choosing a different facility with a unique program that was a combination of assisted living and memory care, kind of a memory care light, if you will. My mom was experiencing some memory issues but not enough for full-on memory care, which made it more difficult to find a place that was a good fit for her.

This community was okay but it did not give me that feeling that I was looking for. The friendliness and more made me feel at home.

The Mustang Creek Estates community is kept clean and the staff members have been super friendly. The value for cost is worth the money when it gives our family peace of mind knowing our loved one is well taken care of and getting everything she needs.
