Mustang Creek Estates

I love the way this community feels like a home. Less space to walk is so important as my Dad's mobility declines. The outdoor space is great for my escape artist father. He has always loves being outside so the gated yard is perfect.

The community has gorgeous landscape and the living spaces are very nice. The staff have been friendly and congenial My loved one is confined to a wheelchair and requires two people to transfer and many times she waits over 30 minutes for restroom assistance. She, sometimes, need to go out into the hallway to find help. Overall, it has been good there, it is just that there are a few glitches to fix.

The staff were wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. They were very accommodating to my mom and were unbelievably kind and good to her. They have a wonderfully low staff to resident ratio, which I loved. I chose this community because of the low staff turnover and it was less expensive than others I visited, and you got more for your money here. We only had one negative experience and that was after my mom passed away. The director said that they have a move out policy that requires families to pay for an additional 30 days. The director told me that I signed a document about it when my mother moved in and she was rude about.

Dad lives there and loves the place. When I go to visit him it is like actually going to his home.

My mom lived there for six months. They really treated her special. Staff was like family. I recommend Mustang Creek Sachse to anyone!!

A very loving environment where residents feel at home. Everyone is so happy and involved. My mom LOVES it! Best decision I could have made for my mother.

Should it be possible to give a greater amount of stars, I would. You won't find a better group of people that care than at Mustang. I had my wife at a different facility for too long prior to having her relocated. The positive comparison is beyond what one would expect. If other words could be said regarding the Mustang, I assure you, they would be all be kind.

Staff is wonderful and very professional. They all go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is taken care of. I highly recommend

I toured 12 places before deciding on Mustang Creek Estates in Keller. My dad didn't want to move when my mom died, he has been there about 6 months now and he loves it. There is a group of men that do outings and he likes sitting on the front porch talking with them. He has made some friends and loves the home cooked meals.

My sister and I have been beyond pleased with our mother's care. Mom has been at Mustang Creek for almost 3 years. We can't thank them enough for all they do for her.

Best place ever

Mustang Creek Estates is an amazing place. My mother moved to Texas from Ohio and I was not aware of the level of her dementia. We were able to place her in this residential home. It feels more like a home than a assisted living facility. The people are all very nice and willing to go the extra mile to help guide you through a process at a critical time. My mother is safe and happy. I'm so glad that she is living there. There are so many activities to allow her to be as social and engaged as she wants. This includes field trips to the movies and the mall. I could not ask for a better place. I pray that we continue to blessed with such a great group of caregivers for my Mom.

Mustang Creek is a beautiful community. My mom is very happy there. She loves the fact that she feels like she lives in a real home and not a large, multi-floor community with lots of different staff members. The staff at Mustang Creek are very friendly and communicative. I live in another state and they always keep me updated on my mom and also what is going on in the community. The price at Mustang Creek was also a little less than the other communities I researched. That added to the fact that it is beautiful and smaller with better care, makes it a win-win for me.

My mom is 92 yrs young....never meets a stranger! She was 81 when we moved her from her Granbury lake home....to Frisco! She never referred her transition to an Assisted Living....told everyone she moved into a Sorority House! Loved most activities..especially taking bus to McKinney for Senior Dances...she still relives those memories from AL. After falling in exercise class, we moved her to Dallas AL/Rehab for her broken femur. She met many new friends, but her smile grew humongous with all the mobile dental she received. Plus, podiatrist visited, also, now her “dancing feet” were taken care of by a handsome podiatrist! Her family wanted her to move back to an AL in Frisco! She hit the JACKPOT with Mustang Creek Estates & [name removed]! Repeatedly she talks about going to Rockfish for yummy seafood, but is content with having 3 meals cooked in House C. She loves the variety of exercises...especially Chair Yoga. The non-denominational church activities are very popular. Mustang Creek has mobile dentist, podiatrist visits, L-R-C game, bus trip to Walmart, senior dances, crafts & much more. (Also bingo...but she doesn’t participate...way too slow for her.) She has met new friends..even Opie, a chihuahua who lives in her hall. Mom & I are happy that she is living in a safe, friendly AL in Frisco. Mustang Creek Estates is a 5 ?? ?? ?????? Love the care staff and the residents. Been here for half a year and can't think of a better place to be. I really like the concept that they have here.

It feels just like home from the moment you walk in the front door. the friendliness and the smiles on everyone's face. The cleanliness and the smell of a home cooked meal. It's just a wonderful place to live and visit.

My Mother loves where she is and we are very happy with the staff and the services provided.

My grandma just passed away a week ago and she lived in the memory care house and I just want to say that I am so thankful we found Mustang Creek when we were in desperate need of good care for her. She was in another community and my mom had to go get her out when she did because she was not getting the care she needed. Mustang Creek was our answered prayer. They took such good care of her up until her last day. We were there towards the end and they treated all of our family as a family of their own. They are always attentive and when we brought things to their attention about grandma they worked fast to resolve them.

While they are not perfect, the staff at the Keller Mustang Creek are always friendly, love my parent and treat us as family. My mom is happy, well cared for and as long she remains happy, that's the most important thing to us. Thank you all for the dedication and hard work you all do every day.

My wife and I toured last week and couldnt have been more impressed. We spoke to several individuals who live there and all told us it was a great facility. We are looking forward to my dad moving in next week. The sales lady was very thorough, the staff in the two houses we toured all greeted us and answered our questions giving us a great feeling.
