Mustang Creek Estates

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because of referrals by friends that had good experiences. The room sizes here are spacious and adequate for her needs. She LOVES the food, it is all made fresh and served hot and a great variety. I would want others to know that the residents really seem to live together like a family and my mother prefers to be here with people she can hangout with opposed to being at my home even during COVID. I also feel my mother is safe here even with the circumstances. I would recommend to others.

They keep a good watch over my mother in law and keep us informed of any changes or concerns. I believe they genuinely care about here. They are kind to her. We thank them.

For my mother's 100th birthday MC Keller went above and beyond to make her day special. Mom was featured on the news the next day. Thank you

This community is kept very clean, and the staff members are very friendly. We definitely feel that we are getting our money's worth. The activities they offer are great. This community is very creative, they have something for everyone. The staff pays really good attention to my wife and i.

I want to take this time to give kudos to [names removed] in building E. Thank you for your special care during this incredibly hard time. My Mother in law, [name removed], has required extra care and they have been very supportive of her and keeping me informed. We appreciate all their hard work during this pandemic keeping her safe. I'm praying for y'all safety and anxiously awaiting the time we'll be able to see her in her room again.

We moved Dad to Texas from Kansas in July 2018 after Mom passed away. After looking at multiple senior living facilities, we found Mustang Creek Estates. A wonderful place with different homes Dad could move into as his needs changed. It was not an easy transition for him or ourselves, but the staff helped to make it the best possible and knowing he is ‘home’ again has made all the difference in the world. He loves his supervisors, meals, and outings. He exercises in the mornings with other residents and he love’s game time. He’s made new friends as well as we have. We love the staff and the freedom they have to be their own person in their rooms or to join others in the living room, meal time, or on the porch. When we talk with him, he always tells us how much he loves it there and how well they feed him! We are blessed to have found such a wonderful facility!

My mom got settled into Mustang Creek Estates in Sachse just 10 days before everything had to shut down due to Covid. Not ideal! However, we learned quickly just how reliable, thoughtful, and compassionate the staff were going to be. My mother just loves it at MCE Sachse. She feels at home. She also enjoys the socializing. She plays Rummikub at least once a day, and she never misses movie night. I will soon be able to visit her on the front porch once a week. We are looking forward to that! But we are so happy with how the staff and residents have dealt with Covid. If your family member needs a home with great care, this is the place.

My grandmother has lived here for months and the staff is amazing. They really care about her and she feels safe. She loves the other residents too, they have definitely become family.

[Name removed] has been fabulous along the journey for my Father. I have been speaking with her for almost 1-1/2 years, she has always been attentive to my questions and concerns. The first time I saw this facility, I loved it. I liked the feeling of the residents actually being in a home setting. They are encouraged to become a part of a family.

I love the way this community feels like a home. Less space to walk is so important as my Dad's mobility declines. The outdoor space is great for my escape artist father. He has always loves being outside so the gated yard is perfect.

The community has gorgeous landscape and the living spaces are very nice. The staff have been friendly and congenial My loved one is confined to a wheelchair and requires two people to transfer and many times she waits over 30 minutes for restroom assistance. She, sometimes, need to go out into the hallway to find help. Overall, it has been good there, it is just that there are a few glitches to fix.

The staff were wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. They were very accommodating to my mom and were unbelievably kind and good to her. They have a wonderfully low staff to resident ratio, which I loved. I chose this community because of the low staff turnover and it was less expensive than others I visited, and you got more for your money here. We only had one negative experience and that was after my mom passed away. The director said that they have a move out policy that requires families to pay for an additional 30 days. The director told me that I signed a document about it when my mother moved in and she was rude about.

Dad lives there and loves the place. When I go to visit him it is like actually going to his home.

My mom lived there for six months. They really treated her special. Staff was like family. I recommend Mustang Creek Sachse to anyone!!

A very loving environment where residents feel at home. Everyone is so happy and involved. My mom LOVES it! Best decision I could have made for my mother.

Should it be possible to give a greater amount of stars, I would. You won't find a better group of people that care than at Mustang. I had my wife at a different facility for too long prior to having her relocated. The positive comparison is beyond what one would expect. If other words could be said regarding the Mustang, I assure you, they would be all be kind.

Staff is wonderful and very professional. They all go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is taken care of. I highly recommend

I toured 12 places before deciding on Mustang Creek Estates in Keller. My dad didn't want to move when my mom died, he has been there about 6 months now and he loves it. There is a group of men that do outings and he likes sitting on the front porch talking with them. He has made some friends and loves the home cooked meals.

My sister and I have been beyond pleased with our mother's care. Mom has been at Mustang Creek for almost 3 years. We can't thank them enough for all they do for her.
