Mustang Creek Estates

I completely love the layout of the Mustang Creek Estates of Keller community, it is so homey and comfortable. The team members care so much about the residents that they are like family to them. My favorite thing about walking into the homes around meal time is the smell of home cooking being prepared right there in the kitchen near and around the residents. Mustang Creek Estates is unique and special.

I am a Physical Therapist for a home health company and am there almost daily. They are hands down my favorite facility to work with. They know their patients and truly care for their well being.

My brother has lived at the Keller campus for 10 months now and we love the staff, love the food and truly feel the company is on top of assisted living. I would highly recommend Mustang Creek in Keller.

My aunt has lived at Mustang Creek for 3 years. The staff is so loving to her. I'm so thankful for Mustang Creek for my family.

Having my mom at Mustang Creek Estates has been on of the best decisions we've ever made. She is so happy that she tells every person that she meets about how wonderful everything is. She is able to stay active and social and best of all is able to keep her dog.

We have never been as impressed with the great care, friendliness and professionalism as the staff is at Mustang Creek Keller. While they are not perfect, they sure strive to improve and always willing to discuss situations with our family and come up with resolutions while providing the best care. We would highly recommend this facility.

Our grandmother lived at Mustang Creek Keller over 3 years. All the staff there made her last 3 years of her life the best it could possibly be for our grandmother and our family. These are some great people, we cannot be more grateful for everything they did for us.

My father has lived at Mustang Creek for a little over 8 months, he is very happy living there. They have alot of activities and outings, which was something we very much needed. I highly recommend this facility! The staff is absolutely awesome, best group of caring individuals!

My mom moved into Mustang Creek Keller over a year ago and I must say, it has been the best decision ever. I love the residential feeling, staff are VERY caring, super friendly, very clean and most appealing of all, they provide the best home cooked meals. The small intimate residential size of the houses allow the staff to provide much better care to my mother and keep an eye on her more often. I would highly recommend Mustang Creek in Keller.

My mom loves living at Mustang Creek. She has made many friends, is getting great care and I've become her daughter again instead of her caregiver. The staff goes above and beyond to help with her day to day needs. Alzheimer's is terrible, but Mustang Creek has made it livable.

This is an amazing place! I never knew Assisted Living could be so good. This place is nothing like a nursing home and I really enjoying living here.

Beautiful neighborhood setting. The caregivers are so nice! I'm so happy I found this place. It feels like home, but better. Better because I can still do the thing I want to do but don't have to cook or clean or do laundry. It's amazing.

My mom lived in house C for 2 years and she loved it. The house supervisor there [name removed] is very loving and caring. I loved that she would call me once a week to give me an update on how mom was doing. I would recommend this community to everyone. The house is small enough which is good because it allowed them to really know mom well as well as the other residents that live there.

My initial contact as well as follow up personal meeting was with Chris in sales. I also met the administrator, other staff members and many of the residents. Everyone was warm and friendly and it didn't take long to know I had found the new home for my mom! I loved the setting of multiple homes where the residents lived based on their level of care and needs. The services provided were just overwhelmingly perfect! From three "home cooked" meals a day prepared in a beautiful viewable kitchen allowing the residents to smell the aroma and talk with the chef if they liked. Roast beef was on the menu when I was there. It looked and smelled amazing! The rooms were studio size with windows facing the lovely green gardens and grounds. This was just what I was looking for. My mom now has a fear of living alone and this setting was perfec, homey and inviting. Chris was enthusiastic and yet sensitive to needs of my mother as an individual. She took the time to ask questions about "her" specifically...I appreciated that very much! I'm confident as is my mom that this is going to be the perfect place for her! Thank you to "everyone" I met today at Mustang Creek Estates today. Please stay just the way you are...caring, friendly, compassionate and kind.

After reading a previous review we felt it was our duty to jump in and write our own review. It’s so sad that someone would leave such a horrible review about the great folks there at Mustang Creek who as far as we can see go above and beyond for the residents. We have never had a problem with the cleanliness, food or the staff. We see the same faces everyday and have for while now, we understand that being a caregiver is not the right job for just anyone and that things can get overwhelming at times especially in memory care where you never know how a resident is going to act, these girls stay positive and professional at all times. We’re always seeing someone either cleaning or caring for one of the other residents. Like any other assisted living or adult group home we understand that things can happen with people always coming and going at obviously no fault to the staff or the facility. It’s the reaction time and how the problem is handled. These girls stay on top of it, and have immediately handled any and all situations that have come up. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care our loved one is getting and would like to thank each and everyone of you at Mustang Creek for all your hard work and dedication, we stand behind you 100%

Great facility. Director [name removed] was very helpful. We were impressed by the property and staff. We had to choose another property as Mustang did not have an immediate opening. Certainly recommend considering this property in your search.

After having moved my father for the 3rd time I finally found “home”. [Name removed] is the most loving and caring staff member in memory care that I’ve meet. Though no facility is ever going to a perfect fit, this is certainly close. I wish I would’ve moved him here sooner.

Loved the single-story layout with smaller, more home-like atmosphere

My mom has been here right at 6 months. The staff at House B is very kind to her and treat her like family. Staff always calls to give me updates on how she is. As for the head staff- AMAZING. I can tell they truly care about my mom and if she is happy. After moving her from another facility, I can see a huge difference in her, Even with dementia I can tell she is happier here. She has made a few friends and seems to be comfortable in the house. I have had my mom in other places and my opinion is this is where she will be happiest.
