Mustang Creek Estates

We were impressed with the homey atmosphere at Mustang Creek Estates Keller. We visited with residents as they were finishing breakfast. They were all very happy with their rooms and the care they were receiving. The rooms were clean and the building appeared well kept. [Name removed] was very easy to talk to as she explained how the facility worked and inquired about our loved one's needs. Ultimately, we chose a different facility as we felt our loved one would be happier with more personal space than the private bedroom and shared living/dining space that Mustang Creek Estates is built around.

Enjoyed my visit at Mustang Creek Estates very much. It has everything I was looking for my dad. It is clean,bright and state of the art amenities.More importantly the staff I met especially [Name removed] seem to really care about the residents. It is competitively priced, but still at the top end of what my dad can afford.Whether we end of choosing this facility or not I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted living community.

I was struggling with finding a new home for my cousin who has Dementia. He had been in a nursing home where he was [Removed] by another resident and beat up, breaking his elbow and having to have surgery. I knew immediately that I had to move him. I went to tour Mustang Creek Estates and was blown away at the units. They were so beautiful and each unit was like it's own little house. The was security and peaceful gated area patios. They are walking into a home but with lots of bedrooms. And the pricing was astonishingly lower than what we had been paying for the nursing home. When we made the decision to move my cousin there everyone was so helpful and pleasant to work. [Removed] sprang into action and made it happen within about 4 days. She went above and beyond to make everything an easy transfer and has continued to provide me with options that I didn't know I had. It has given me peace of mind knowing that my cousin is being carefully watched and cared for. I am extremely happy with our choice of Mustang Creek Estates.

Housekeeping here is good at keeping the area nice and neat. I see them mop frequently and they cleaned my loved ones room once a week. They deep clean the room and they’re always cleaning the kitchen after someone had cooked. The menu there is very good. The menu changes daily and every month they put up a calendar with updates on what is being served. It is well-balanced and they have choices too of what they would like to drink. They have great variety for each meal. The atmosphere of the dining area has a restaurant feel. It’s a home style type thing where this is two large dining room tables with about twelve chairs on each side. It’s a good time to socialize with the other residents while you’re eating. The staff is wonderful and they do their best to accommodate you to the best of their abilities.

I chose this facility because of the location as well as it's more of a homey environment than other places I’ve toured. When you walk in, someone is always there to greet you. I really love the fact that all of the staff members know your name. They also know all of the residents, where they’re at, and what they’re doing. Everyone is just so attentive. The staff goes above and beyond my expectations and takes initiative in the care of my Mother. There were a few things we would not have known about if they did not contact us in advance. Even though my mom is in a memory care unit they still have activities to keep them moving. They have things like crafts, world event discussion groups, exercise classes, and outings to go eat. I would highly recommend this facility.

They are doing a really good job at Mustang Creek Estates Keller. They are taking very good care of her and her needs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We like the fact that they do not hesitate to call if there is anything going on with my mom. The communication with the staff is very good. She is enjoying the food, I have been there while she is eating and it looks really good. They are really good about going to get her and take her to the activities located in the different buildings. They keep her involved and moving. They also offer them transportation to go on outings and trips outside of the community. I would recommend this community to others.

I'am comfortable with my mothers move to this community. She is safe, and in great hands. They have an excellent staff, and they are taking good care of her, and her needs. The community looks great whenever I visit, they do a good job with the cleanliness. Everything is working out well for my mother in this community, and I would recommend.

My father had a good experience during his time in this community. I was satisfied with his stay in this community. His health improved, and he is now doing well back at home with us. However they did a great job taking care of him, and his needs. They have a great staff, and they were very sad to see my father go. The community is very well maintained, and everything worked out great. This is a community I would recommend it to my family, and friends.

This is a nice community for the care and comfort for a family member. The staff were nice and the community seemed to be clean. The menu looked appealing. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I chose Mustang Creek Estates for my Mother as it offers all the memory care and assisted living that my Mother requires.

We like this community. The staff are caring and very attentive to her needs. We like knowing that she is in a clean environment. The menu is very good and she is more than pleased with the menu of healthy meals. They have her participating to stay active. We would recommend this community for the good care and value.

Nicest assisted facility I've seen to date. Staff was warm and knowledgeable. The residents seemed happy. Even though this is an assisted facility, it had many activities for the residents.

The facility is absolutely, without a doubt, the best place that my mother could have gone.. I've never seen my mom eat so much, they have such fantastic cooks there! The staff is just exceptional, and this is a small group home, so all of the residents are closely tended to. I am very satisfied!

Mustang Creek Estates is a brand new community. The staff is very friendly and they are all knowledgeable about the care that they give. My mom needs a lot of care and they are on top of it. We have home health come in to take up the extra care of my mom for now and I think that really helped mom settle in quite nicely. Being that they are so new they haven't really gotten into the activities portion yet. They do provide outings and are actively seeking extra help so that people in wheelchairs will have a caregiver to attend to them for the outings. The place is just beautiful and I have already recommended Mustang Creek to others.

Mom seems to be adjusting well to living at this community. The staff have been helpful and encouraging. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. They offer daily activities and the community is well maintained. I would recommend this community.

This is a review for touring the facility. Very nice and clean facility with 14 rooms per house. Staffs are friendly.

This is a fantastic community for care. The staff is nice and the attentive. The community is clean and a nice atmosphere. The menu is good and she is pleased with the variety. We are happy to see that she is participating in the nice activities. We would highly recommend this community to other families for the great care and value for other families and their loved ones.

While my mother was at Mustang Creek, we liked the care that she was receiving. I would absolutely recommend them because they were always very friendly and helpful. My mother especially like the happy hour on Friday nights.

Private pay with no transition to Medicare. Rooms are very small and hard to navigate in a wheelchair due to the large doors and lack of options for furniture placement. 1/7 caregiver/resident ratio. Property is conveniently located and beautifully designed.
