Mustang Creek Estates

This is a review for touring the facility. Very nice and clean facility with 14 rooms per house. Staffs are friendly.

This is a fantastic community for care. The staff is nice and the attentive. The community is clean and a nice atmosphere. The menu is good and she is pleased with the variety. We are happy to see that she is participating in the nice activities. We would highly recommend this community to other families for the great care and value for other families and their loved ones.

While my mother was at Mustang Creek, we liked the care that she was receiving. I would absolutely recommend them because they were always very friendly and helpful. My mother especially like the happy hour on Friday nights.

Private pay with no transition to Medicare. Rooms are very small and hard to navigate in a wheelchair due to the large doors and lack of options for furniture placement. 1/7 caregiver/resident ratio. Property is conveniently located and beautifully designed.

On the tour I had to consider this is not the right fit for my mom. The community is set up differently. They have different little houses within the community. If one likes a homey atmosphere with not a lot of activities, this is for them.

Things are going well at Mustang Creek. My father in law likes the food and the community is clean. He loves the staff and they have a good way of communicating and interacting with the residents. He enjoys some of the activities. I would recommend this community.

My mother is doing very well at the Mustang Creek Estates. She likes the food, she says it is very good. I would recommend this community, we are very satisfied with the way things are going. They take very good care of her and It has been a good for her so far.

Very interesting concept. With several purpose built homes on their own cul-de-sac they have created their own interconnected neighborhood. The emphasis here seems to be on social interaction between the residents, and the multiple homes offers a large community while still preserving privacy.

We toured this community when looking for my mother and it was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The reason we didn't choose this community is because we didn't like the layout.The property is individual houses and not one building. It was a nice community but not for us.

I felt that when I got useful information about this community, they were not going to be a right fit for my parents. In the future they would not be able to accommodate my parents to stay for long term. They were very nice and knowledgeable.

This was a wonderful experience.[Removed] was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to meet and speak with residents and staff alike. Everyone has only great things to say! We have decided to move our mom into this facility ASAP, and couldn't be more relieved and grateful that we were pointed in that direction. We are looking forward to it, and excited for Mom-I think it's going to be a great fit!

I like this community for my mom's care. The staff are very friendly and caring. They pay alot of attention to her needs. She has very health meals that she does enjoy. She is offered to the activities. The community is very clean. I feel good knowing that she is in good care and recommend this community for good care and value

The community is well maintained and kept very clean inside and out for the residents. My loved one seems to really be enjoying the activities they have throughout the day as well as the meals they provide. Everything is going well and she seems to be very content in her new living environment.

We feel very blessed that our mother lived here. The staff was outstanding at dealing with my mom, no matter how difficult she was. The care, love and affection provided to my mom was second to none. We cannot say enough good things about the care and compassion provided for mom durng her final days. Highly recommend Mustang Creek for your loved ones. Great leadership and a great staff that will take care of family like it is theirs.

Transitioning into the community has been good so far for my mother. The staff are really nice and communicate very well. She seems to like the community very well, it's always kept clean. Her meals have been healthy and the portions are good. Most importantly i feel that she is safe and has wonderful people around.

We are relocating Mother after 5 months. They aren't able to keep caring staff. The ratio of resident to caregiver is too high, about 15 to 1. The meals and some cleaning are all that is accomplished by the daily staff with little time for interaction with the residents.

Mother seems to be happy at Mustang Creek Estates of Keller. The community allows pets and my mother has enjoyed having her pet with her. The community is kept very clean throughout. The staff are very caring and have been very accommodating with my mother's needs. Mother is eating great and enjoying the new friendships she has made.

My mother is doing very well here at this community. She loves it here ! It is just the right size for her, she is comfortable here. It is a smaller community than other community's I saw. They are providing her with great care. She is safe and in good hands here. This is a community I would recommend.

This is a really positive community with great people. We are very pleased with all the help they have given us. The community looks great and well-kept. The staff is very kind and helpful. This is a more mellow community, it has a calm atmosphere . It is smaller then the other community's we looked at, but it is not so overwhelming. This was a good fit for my mother and I would highly recommend it.
