Mustang Creek Estates

I want to take this time to express my sincere appreciation for your facility, your staff and all that you do for families that are in great need of your help. When I finally realized that I could no longer take care of my husband at home (after saying "I will never do this") I started searching for a place for him and I feel so fortunate that I found Mustang Creek Estates, Frisco, and only a short distance from my home. I was absolutely distraught having to turn his care over to someone else but you all made the transition for me so much less painful than I could have ever imagined. From the very first day, you showed respect, compassion and so much more for him and made me believe I was truly doing the 'right thing' and that he was in good hands. I especially want to thank the staff for not just the special care and love they showed every day but for making us feel we were part of a family and we were going to be ok now. My sons and family have been so happy with seeing their Dad in a facility where he (and all residents) had such good care and all the compassion and love around him. And I just want to say that families that are at the same place I was several months ago in making the most difficult decision of my life, should visit Mustang Creek Estates, Frisco, and see what a difference it could make in their lives.

Things are going well for my mother in law here at Mustang Creek Estates and I am very happy with everything they have done for us here. It is a very nice and clean community looks amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful to my mother in law. The food is great and there are good activities for the residents to participate in. The food is good and they serve my mother in law anything that she wants. They are very accommodating. I would recommend this community, it is a nice community with great people.

I know my dad felt he was at home at Mustang Creek Estates and so did I. The hard work and tireless efforts of everyone caring for my dad was more than I could have hoped for. My sincere thanks to all, especially House B and F.

Things are going well for my father here at Mustang Creek Estates, he really starting to settle into the community. The community does a really good job with making sure everything looks nice and clean. The staff has been wonderful and extremely helpful and kind to us. They don't mind listening to your request and making sure they accommodate your loved one needs which is very nice to see. He has par taken in some of the activities they offer here,and he has made new friends and is starting to really adjust with everything which did take some time. I would recommend this community to my friends and family it is a nice to place to move your loved one too.

I would recommend this community to others. My father passed away not too long after moving to Mustang Creek Estates. But it is a good facility from my experience.

Meals are prepared fresh three times a day! No commissary type kitchen or frozen unhealthy meals. Staff is caring and it feels more like a home. Take a tour, and see for yourself how comfortable you would be with a loved one living there. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased, the people are excellent. The director handled the discussion of my mom having to go into memory care really well. They really made my transition easier.

They were very friendly. My dad said the caregivers during the week were so helpful and so nice to him and very kind and they were there any time he needed anything. Just good things to say about it.

I am very pleased. It's so clean and the staff are very friendly. It's the best decision I ever made. When you walk in you don't get the feeling that it's a nursing home or a hospital, it's a home.

I am very pleased with Mustang Creek Estates Residential AL & MC. It is quite convenient as it is 2 1/2 miles from my home. I am very happy with the recommendation of this facility. At this point I really cant find anything worth mentioning to have them improve upon.

They were very kind and caring at Mustang Creek Estates Residential Al & MC. The staff really took excellent care of my mom. They were so attentive to her needs. If you had any questions or concerns they would get back with me really quick. It's just a really nice facility.

I think they do an excellent job at Mustang Creek Estates overall! The staff all seem very friendly and professional, and the facilities are clean and well kept. My loved one is doing well here! I do think they could stand to be a bit more thorough during the tour and move-in process. My loved one ended up needing to move to the memory care section shortly after moving in, and I think they would have caught this if they had done an assessment which would have saved a bit of stress. But overall it is a very nice place, and I highly recommend giving them a look!

They have done fantastic. I think they should have a ten out of five! We love them, and couldn't be happier. We have been overwhelmed with the amount of stuff they have going on. He is really happy there. We looked at other places, but this was pretty much our first choice.

This has been a good move for mom. It's a good facility. I like the care that she is getting. After a few rough moves, it's nice to find somewhere that is doing this good of a job. I would give them a five if five is the best.

We visited this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I would rate everything a 5. I completely loved everything about this community. The one thing I really loved was that they had separate buildings for each level of care.

We toured here and it went very well. When I was there I just felt a peace of mind that I haven't felt anywhere else. It's very homey, and very nice. I just loved it. The people there are extremely friendly. It's a very comfortable place.

I've been very pleased with Mustang Creek Estates Allen. I've not tried the food, but my loved one says it's very good, and it always smells good to me when I come to visit. The activities are excellent. They had a wonderful activities director who just left, and I hope they find somebody as good as she was. I think the cost is fair. The staff are very attentive. And the facility is very clean, neat, and organized, which is really important to me. The one thing I don't really understand is if you don't let them draft your bank account for payment, it costs $25 per month to pay by check, which I think is absurd. That's my one big gripe. Otherwise I've been very satisfied.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because we had to make a quick decision quickly and they were close to our home and had availability at the time. It is a very nice facility. I do think that they could improve on their communication with the family members. Other than that, we think she is getting great care and we are satisfied with our decision. I would recommend to other looking.

the community is very lovely and you get a one-bedroom with a community living area, the food is home-cooked and is diet specific. The one issue I had was there are 4 houses but only 2 people overnight at the facility. They also only have one washer and dryer in the house for 15 rooms, so we ended up with other clothes sometimes. The director was amazing and was so nice. I would recommend this community to others.
