Mustang Creek Estates

Mustang Creek Keller has been a great place for my mother. She has been living in House A for a little over 3 years. She enjoys the company of her other residents. Bingo is one of her favorite activities and she has decorated her room just like home. [name removed] is one of our favorite employees. She always keeps us informed how mom is doing. [name removed] seems to work a lot of hours but she is always caring and concerned about her residents. Thank you [name removed]!

Staff is very helpful. They go the extra mile.

We have been very happy with Mustang Creek for my mother-in-law. It is always clean and smells good. The staff is very always very helpful and kind. Anytime we pop in, she is clean, dressed and her room is always tidy. There is a bit of turnover but that is common for the industry. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased!

Mustang Creek Estates has been a great place for my elderly mother. The Director and staff have done everything they can to make my mom feel at home. Her private room is cleaned at least once a week. They wash her sheets and clothes and help her with daily bathing. Mom doesn't have to worry about food, because they cook three meals a day for all the residents. The activity director plans monthly activities which sometimes include leaving the property. A nurse comes to check on mom twice a week and she also has a nurse practitioner who's available. One of the perks is the staff takes care of giving mom her daily medications. They even have a hair stylist who mom sees once a week. This is mom's second assisted living home, and hands down the best!

Excellent and attentive staff

The staff members here have gone above and beyond my expectations in caring for my Mother. They really take care of her like she was their mom and everyone here is family. It is a small facility with only 16 residents and they have a good ratio of staff to residents. The meals are prepared in front of everyone and my mom really loves the food. For activities, they have a choir, games, and the kids from the school across the street come and visit. This facility looks like a home and it’s beautiful. I would recommend this community to other families.

We liked this community and the area it is in. The people were nice and they did seem to offer some nice amenities. This community, however did not have an opening when we toured it.

This is a great place and my brother enjoys living here. The staff are great and the community is well taken care of. The food is made on site and he seems to like it. They always have a nice calender of events. I would recommend taking a look at this community.

My dad is very happy here. He likes the size and it feels like a home, instead of hospital or nursing home. He enjoys the ability to visit the other houses. The staff is very friendly and he already feels they are apart of his family. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly and seem to enjoy their positions.

It is a work in progress for my aunt since her move to this community. Overall we know she is safe and being cared for very well. Her health isn't doing the best, but they are trying their best to care for her and her needs. They have a very caring, concerned staff. They do a good job with keeping the community clean, and neat. The residents aren't very pleased with the meals, there's some room for improvement in that area. This wouldn't be the first place I would recommend, but it is the second.

In July 2015, after a prolonged and difficult journey into dementia, I placed my wife into the care of Mustang Creek Estates, Frisco, TX. Although this was personally and emotionally hard, it was a decision I do not regret. Mustang cared for my wife as family, giving her every special attention possible. The staff and senior supervision was excellent. Dementia is never easy and alway unpredictable, but Mustang made this part of the journey a caring and loving experience for all my family including the event of my wife's recent passing. I highly recommend Mustang.

I think they are fabulous. The only issue we have had has been with the communication with the pharmacy, and the doctors. That's not on Mustang Creek though they are awesome.

Staff is overall good during the week but would get a 3 on the weekends...staff is more young guys on the weekends & holidays, often sitting around on their phones instead of interacting with the residents. The facility is good and overall clean. It lacks nice outdoor spaces in most of the houses. Most do have small porches w some seating. Activities are good but the resident has to be open or in the mood to do it...wish they pushed them to participate a little more...

All the staff are friendly and helpful. I don't like that they don't have more activities or an event coordinator.

Mustang Creek Estates in Frisco provides a safe haven for your loved ones. Rather than one big facility, it is divided into family-like cottages where residents are grouped in accordance to their needs and abilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are adequately sized and the cottages are kept clean and inviting. I especially liked the all inclusive pricing for each level of care. You aren't blindsided with multiple fees that can dramatically increase the monthly cost.

My mom was there at the keller location it was a bumpy road she passed away last year.Me and my sister was talking the other day and i wanted to take the time out to say there is a Supervisor there name [Name Removed]she was heaven sent she made my mother comfortable after [Name Removed] went back to Africa [Name Removed] was all my mom depend and felt comfortable with she knows how to really show her concern. Her care needs and her love for the residence there I just want to thank Mustang Creek for that and if anybody read these reviews, the role was bumpy, but it got better, even though my mother passed on. She passed along with love, and there was people there that loved her but for [Name Removed], we just wanna thank you for your kindness cause you made it possible for our mom. Thank you.

Administration staff has been very helpful. Information from the caregiver staff is not very good. Lack of stimulating activities seem nonexistent in his building. I have never seen any posted activities being completed. Very important that he is very happy with the staff and his surroundings.

They sent there nurse 40+ miles to my house to do the evaluation. I will move closer in a few months. They handled the recent iced situation pretty well I thought.
