Mustang Creek Estates

My parents are still taking some time to adjust to their move to this community, but overall we are pleased with their move here. We know they are in good hands, they have a positive staff at this facility. There is one staff member that works the afternoon, she is really attentive, and goes above and beyond to take care of my parents. They are pleased with the meals, and they have gotten involved in the activities they offer. We are satisfied with all they have done for our family, and we would recommend this community.

I really liked this community when I toured it. The people were nice and the community looked clean. They allow pets and offer some nice activities.

My loved ones are doing well since their move to Mustang Creed Estates. They seem to be happy, but it has been an adjustment for them. Everyone there is very nice, and it has been a pretty good experience.

I can not write a review as my Mother has been in the facility for less than a week. I know everyone is trying to be helpful but I do wish they would stop talking long enough to listen. She has settled into her room comfortably. I did appreciate [removed]'s patience as he was working to get the TV up and running. At this time we are very satisfied with our choice.

I showed up unannounced at Mustang Creek without scheduling a tour. This made it difficult for them to answer all my questions. I felt that the building needed some updating but I liked the care they offer.

Our tour of this community went very well. This is a nice down to earth community. The community looked great, everything was well-kept. Everyone was very kind to my family, and myself. Unfortunately my mother didn't feel this was the community for her.

My mother is still adjusting to this community, but so far everything is working out pretty well. I know she is safe, and receiving good care. The staff is great, they have been good to work with. This is a good, safe community, and I'am comfortable with her move to this community.

Everyone I met here was very nice and helpful.The facility was clean and homey(there was a smell that bothered me-cleaning products I think).This is a unique living concept,and we need to decide if it would be a good fit for my mom.

I like the care that is given here. The food is good and a nice variety. The staff is very nice and helpful. My grandfather is not participating in the activities, but they are offered to him. The community is clean and bright and a good atmosphere for him. We would recommend the care and the value for other families to see this very nice home for a loved one.

My mom was here for a short time. She was not here long, It was not a good fit for my mom at this time. The staff was nice in the memory care unit. they offered her activities and she did participate. I would overall recommend this community for assisted living and it memory care to other families for outstanding care and value.

Everything is going great here. The food is good and mom has no complaints. Mom has started getting involved with the activities. I really like the family oriented style that the community has. That is what we wanted for mom.

We really liked this facility and thought the cluster concept was a good idea. It felt homelike more inviting. We plan to take mom to see it this next week. Bedrooms were a little small.

My tour of this community was a nice one. Everything went well. The community from what I saw looked nice. Everything was nice and clean. The staff friendly and nice, and informative as well. It was good experience, and they treated my family and I well. Unfortunately it wasn't the community for my father and his needs.

I liked this community and I thought is was nice looking place. This community is close to my house and I did want to take my wife here. After looking around I did not get the right feeling to select them. Nothing is wrong with them, it is a suitable community.

Our experience with Mustang Creek Estates has been a very positive one, overall! Things were a little shaky in the beginning, but once everyone got settled in things have gone very well! The facility is clean and well kept, and the people are very friendly. I like that the residents are divided into "pods" of 12, they get a lot of inidividual attention and really get to know the people who look after them. They've also got some great home-cooked food!

The staff that offered the tour at Mustang Creek Estates Residential AL and MC took the time to listen to our concerns and needs. They were able to address our questions with their wealth of knowledge. They staff were very pleasant and we enjoyed the tour.

The facility is very homey and it is all-inclusive which is wonderful. My mother has been in the facility 2 1/2 weeks and refuses to bathe which should have been handled sooner. I think the aides are very friendly but it seems some of them lack experience. Overall a great place.

So far everything is going well for my father here at this community, as with anything there is always some room for improvement, but overall it is a lovely community. They do a very good job with keeping everything nice and well maintained. The staff is kind, very accessible and responsive. I like the fact they have a flat rate for everything (in particular med management is included). I know he is getting good care. I would definitely recommend this community.

My family member has been at Mustang Creek Estates a few months now. I visit often and and have found her care to be good there. Like all senior care facilities there is some staff turn over, and some are better care givers than others. Generally I find Mustang Creek Estates Frisco to be a value as it is kept clean, and the seniors are treated with respect, and the staff are good about communicating with me.

Very Homey and my mother thinks that its her actual home. There is not one bad thing I could say about this facility of the Mustang Creek Estates of Keller. Everything is great and the staff is great and we are very happy.
