Mustang Creek Estates

The staff at Mustang Creek were compassionate and worked hard to my my mother's move comfortable. Since the, staff turnover has created a need to re-address some issues. However, management is striving to bring new staff up to speed.

Mustang creek is overall pretty clean, the food is pretty good and the front line staff is pretty caring. They did just lose an amazing supervisor and I am disappointed. The workers work for more then their worth, most of the time with a good attitude. The executive directive is usually available and responsive. The don't make a really good effort in getting people involve in the activities especially if they are in another building.

It's a better value and a friendly place. If you don't have a lot of money, it's a good choice. Everybody that we've met there has been pretty friendly. They provide good care to my loved one. They give her showers and help with bathroom issues. The facility is nice and clean.

On first impressions this was a nice place. The staff I spoke with were very friendly. The community was clean. This is a community I would consider for my loved one.

When my mom first moved here she was on the memory care side was not a good experience due to the roommate she had as well as the care. Every time I went into that building it smelled like urine and we had other problems with cleanliness. We ended up moving her to the assisted living and the experience has been much better for her. They are all separate pods and she has not had any issues. I would recommend the assisted living side, but not the memory care unit.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates mainly due to the good value for the money. The room sizes at the facility are pretty good for what she needs. The rooms in memory care are all shared and they really try their best to match the residents up together based on personality and interests. They do their best to accommodate as much as they can and I would recommend to others looking.

The facility itself is very good, however they are having some issues with their staffing. The people who have been there for a long time are really good. They are doing some activities, but our loved one says the food there sucks. The value for cost is pretty good.

The community has different levels of care and my loved one is very happy here. The food is great and the community is neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because they had good ratings as well as the convenient location for family. The room sizes here are adequate for his needs. The director and assistant director do give out their cell numbers, so if there are any issues, I can text them and they are very responsive. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because of its location and it had a good reputation. To me, they do seem a little short staffed and we have had some communication issues which is difficult because we cannot go in during covid. At this point, I would recommend.

I would tell others it is okay community. The staff are good when I have to checked on my loved one. The visits are being allowed indoors by scheduled appointments

It is a good place to go. Wendy has been filling in for the Director and she has been great.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because it was the least expensive and the location. The room sizes here are nice and they are all private rooms as well. Sometimes the management staff is not as responsive as they should be. My mom has been here over a year and is just now getting podiatry care and we had been asking for it for a while.

We chose Mustang Creek Estates because the staff was friendly, the pricing worked for us, and they met all the needs that we had. The room sizes here are plenty big for our loved ones needs. Overall, they have been great during the pandemic and I would recommend to others looking.

I would want others to know when looking into Mustang Creek Estates that the facility is very nice. I think some of their ideas they have are good but they do not carry through well. The idea of staff cooking meals everyday sounds good, but seems like it would be more efficient if it was cooked in one building and delivered so that the staff can focus on the residents. I was not impressed with their food, they say it is made from scratch but it is not. The food is not very fresh and seems to be bought frozen.

I think it is a great place. I like the fact there the buildings a really small, almost like a house. The size makes it much more personally for her. The caregivers are good but that do have a high turnover of staff. We chose this community for the size, it is an easier to access location from my house, and the price was comparable to others. I would recommend this community.

It is a quite decent place but there is a large turnover. It s hard on everybody especially right now. It is hard work and physically demanding, but most of the caregivers are quite nice and very helpful. We chose this community because is was the nicest one that has availability at the time. The food is excellent. There are some activities but not everyone in the memory care can participate.

The care is personal and generally of high quality. I like the home style atmosphere and so does my wife. The cooked meals that the residents can see & smell being prepared seems to help my wife eat better. The Wi/Fi is poor at best, However, they are changing that. I am pleased with the care and personal attention my wife is receiving. I would recommend Mustang Creek to anyone needing such services

I met with [name removed] and her visiting supervisor [name removed] for a tour. I like the set up where everything is close so my Mom won’t have to walk far for activities or meals. They also said they could accommodate an alternative plan to a point for some of the food sensitivities she has if we provide alternative protein for example. We could also have her clothes washed with her own laundry soap. They emphasized on becoming an expert just like me on what my Mom’s needs are. That was reassuring.
