My husband is not here but during his time it went well. The staff are nice and friendly. Overall the care was proper and he was in a safe atmosphere. It was an okay experience for us.

We visited it in the temporary sales team trailer, before it was fully open. It seemed very nice being brand new, but the room layouts were very limited with only two types. Also, the cost seemed high.

It is a relief to know mom is safe and well-fed. She was underweight when she entered Morningside over a year ago. Her doctor, family, and friends are all happy to see she's back to a healthy weight. Three balanced meals a day plus snacks have really put the roses back in her cheeks.

I have my mom living at this community and so far she seems to enjoy it. I have not heard any complaints about the staff and about keeping the community very clean. My mom says she has made some friends and is participating in the activities. The food is acceptable to my mom and even though the variety is new, she does her best to try it. Overall, I would recommend this community for the good job they are doing.

The facility is clean, the staff is supportive and the activities are amazing. They have live entertainment at least 2 to 3 times a week, and the residents are constantly going out for fun activities. It is a tough decision to put a loved one in care, but my mom is doing very well there and I am happy.

Met with Amanda [removed] and we hit it off right from the start! The facility is quaint and homey. I was impressed with all the areas they had for families to reserve for visits with their loved-ones. Although a smaller facility, I liked the fact that they have a on-staff nurse and on-site therapists. This service was not offered in either of the larger facilities I visited. They also have separate units for moderate and advanced Dementia care. The staff was friendly and the tenants seemed happy. When Amanda took me to see a vacant one-bedroom unit, she also wanted me to see how one could be customized, so we peeked in on a lovely couple who graciously invited me into their home and gave me the tour. I felt so welcomed, I am still talking about them. I could have kicked back and visited for a while!! I definitely plan to take my Mom back for a tour and a meal. Hopefully, we can visit with them.

I think they do a good job overall at Morningside House of Laurel. The staff here is very friendly and very caring, and I appreciate that even the people not directly involved in my loved ones care are empathetic and professional. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and I like that it has such a comfortable atmosphere, it doesn't feel clinical or like a nursing home at all.

The Morningside House of Laurel staff is very precise and helpful. They ALL do their jobs with honor and integrity. I feel a lot better about the whole experience.

Everything seems to be going well with the staff, the facility and the food. So far, we are having a good experience at Poet's Walk.

This facility is great. It was clean and inviting. I especially like the staff in the lobby to help you as you come in. I liked the dining room area as well. The only draw back is in the companion rooms, there is only one temperature control for the entire suite and one bathroom for both residents to use.

Overall things have gone very well with Morningside House of Friendship! It's a nice looking, clean, well kept facility, and the staff are all very friendly and caring. Really the only issue I've had is that it can be a little hard to get in touch with them, the communication could use a little work.

They communicate very well, usually. There was one time though that my husband was seen by the physician and I did not know about it and he ended up getting on some medications that I feel he should not have because it was not communicated. Everyone there is very caring. It is a nice place and overall it has been a very positive experience.

My mother is thriving at Morningside. The surroundings are lovely, meals and snacks are enjoyable, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Activities and entertainment for residents are outstanding.

Liked the facility and staff and residents seem happy. Two bedroom apt. was spacious. Very clean and appealing devor.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this was a nice looking place, and the people seemed friendly. However, at the time of our search they did not have any private rooms available, which was one of our requirements.

Sunrise in Blue Bell is a fantastic facility. The admission and sales manager, Amanda was extremely helpful. The staff overall are friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and updated. The care plan was adequate and we were not pushed for additional care and services (which would have cost more $$). There are many activities for residents and their families.

We're pleased with how things have gone so far at Morningside House at Satyr Hill! It's a clean, well kept community, and the staff do a great job looking after the residents. They're friendly, attentive, and communicative. They're great about staying on top of care needs and keeping us in the loop about how our loved ones are doing.

Our experience with Poet's Walk has been a good one, they do quite well across the board. It's an extremely clean environment, and they have a good ratio of residents to caregivers. The management staff have also all been very helpful, informative, and easy to work with.

Overall things have gone very well here! It's a nice clean facility, the staff are friendly, We've been entirely satisfied with all of the service they've provided.
