I had a great tour of this community. Everything looked great and very well maintained. The was kind and courteous. They were informative and answered my questions. The tour went great, this is very nice community. Everybody was very friends.

My tour of this community was nice one. It was nice and clean from what I saw. The staff was nice and friendly. My questions was answered, they were informative. The tour went very well, but it wasn't the place for my father and his needs.

Very friendly staff

The care and everything else is going very well for my mom and she is always looking forward to nickle Bingo nights. The community is a clean and maintained place. She likes the meals and get second helpings if she likes. They offer activities but my mom likes bingo the best.

This community was one of my top picks. It is a very nice community. From what I saw it a very nice, well maintained community. The staff was kind and helpful. There have great rates that fit right in our budget. They have many activities available for the residents. It was a good tour, I enjoyed it.

Still working through some of the small things that are part of getting used to being in a new setting.

Dad seems to be happy here. He likes the food and the entertainment. They are placing him in a chair in the lobby more often which he prefers since the wheelchair pillow is fairly hard. His skin looks great, no breakdown or bedsores. I feel he actually looks healthier since he has been there. He seems to like everyone there. It's taking him a little time to adjust but I feel that's normal. He can be very demanding at times but that's nothing new. Overall, I am happy with the way things are going. Keep up the good work.

The Morningside House At Satyr Hill is a beautiful community. It is a great community and is well laid out. The community has an assortment of things to do to keep active. The community was just too far from the family.

I am happy with the care my mom gets. The meals that are prepared taste good and is well portioned. The community is clean and maintained in all public area and in my mom's room. My mom has been to a few activities that are offered. I would recommend this community to a friend or family.

So far everything is going pretty well for my father with this home care agency. I don't live with him, but so far he has told me that it has been a good experience. They are taking good care of him and his needs. The care givers are kind and very helpful.

Everything is going well for my husband here at this community. He has adjusted very well to it. The staff is great, but I do think they are understaffed and need more. The community is well maintained, his room and the community are neat and tidy. There many activities offered. I've tried some meals and the food is good. I know he is receiving good care and I would recommend this community.

Mom is just in the beginning stages of Alzheimer's. Moving in was tough. She was confused and not very happy about losing her independence. She's been there over a month now and the changes I've seen are remarkable. She's walking better than she has in years! She is still forgetful, but socializing everyday (which she never really liked to do) is helping tremendously. The staff have gone above and beyond in helping us with the transition. Mom is delighted to not have to clean, do laundry and cook anymore. She said the other day. "had I known they'd do all that for me, I would have moved on years ago!" I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Morningside of Laurel.

My husband is not here but during his time it went well. The staff are nice and friendly. Overall the care was proper and he was in a safe atmosphere. It was an okay experience for us.

We visited it in the temporary sales team trailer, before it was fully open. It seemed very nice being brand new, but the room layouts were very limited with only two types. Also, the cost seemed high.

It is a relief to know mom is safe and well-fed. She was underweight when she entered Morningside over a year ago. Her doctor, family, and friends are all happy to see she's back to a healthy weight. Three balanced meals a day plus snacks have really put the roses back in her cheeks.

I have my mom living at this community and so far she seems to enjoy it. I have not heard any complaints about the staff and about keeping the community very clean. My mom says she has made some friends and is participating in the activities. The food is acceptable to my mom and even though the variety is new, she does her best to try it. Overall, I would recommend this community for the good job they are doing.

A great place for my grandmother. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating.

The facility is clean, the staff is supportive and the activities are amazing. They have live entertainment at least 2 to 3 times a week, and the residents are constantly going out for fun activities. It is a tough decision to put a loved one in care, but my mom is doing very well there and I am happy.

Met with Amanda [removed] and we hit it off right from the start! The facility is quaint and homey. I was impressed with all the areas they had for families to reserve for visits with their loved-ones. Although a smaller facility, I liked the fact that they have a on-staff nurse and on-site therapists. This service was not offered in either of the larger facilities I visited. They also have separate units for moderate and advanced Dementia care. The staff was friendly and the tenants seemed happy. When Amanda took me to see a vacant one-bedroom unit, she also wanted me to see how one could be customized, so we peeked in on a lovely couple who graciously invited me into their home and gave me the tour. I felt so welcomed, I am still talking about them. I could have kicked back and visited for a while!! I definitely plan to take my Mom back for a tour and a meal. Hopefully, we can visit with them.

I think they do a good job overall at Morningside House of Laurel. The staff here is very friendly and very caring, and I appreciate that even the people not directly involved in my loved ones care are empathetic and professional. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and I like that it has such a comfortable atmosphere, it doesn't feel clinical or like a nursing home at all.
