Very nice place, clean and well staffed. A bit pricey, but will shop around to other facilities.

Great and caring staff in the Memory Care unit. At times, I wish there was one more aide in the Memory Care unit.

Overall, I liked the community and what they had to offer. Staff seemed very attentive and the residents seemed happy. Common area was pleasant and very active. Currently, they only have one room available and it is VERY small.

Helpful staff. Unfortunately, too expensive for us. Their companion room with shared bathroom is $3400/mo plus personal care will be $4000/mo + up.

This is my top choice so far based on the facility and location.

Caring staff and well maintained facility

The staff seem very nice and interactive with the residents. They are caring, enthusiastic and they want to make the residents happy. The community is clean. The community seems active. I think it is going to be a good change and I am looking forward to moving my loved one into the community.

We had a wonderful tour of this community. This is a beautiful community with kind people. The staff was friendly, and helpful. They were very nice too my family, and I. Our questions were answered, and everything went well. However we did feel the residents were more advanced in their Alzheimer's than my mother. It was a lovely tour, but not the right fit for my mother, and her needs.

My love one is doing well with her move into this community. We do feel she is safe, and in good hands. The experience is going well, and we are pleased with all they have done for our family. This is a very nice community .

Sunrise Senior Living of Blue Bell was a nice community that we toured. It was very warm and inviting. The staff members were friendly and gave a good presentation of what their community had to offer. The residents seemed happy and well-kept. We ended up choosing another community that was a shorter commute so that I could visit mom more often.

My tour of this community was a nice one. Everyone was very kind. The community looked nice, everything was neat, and tidy. The staff I met was helpful, and kind. My questions were answered, and my tour guide was great. I did not have any problems with this community, it was just a bad location for myself.

First I just want to say that I feel comfortable with my mom being here she is happy and content and for now, that is all that matters. The community itself I really like her apartment gives her enough room and it is setup like she is in her own home rather than looking for a nursing home place. The food is of no concern it is excellent could not be better. The location of this property is perfect for me very close to where I live. Now the issue I have is the staffing from the attitudes to getting in contact with them. The management needs to do a much better job at being available and following up with families. There should be a procedure book in place for new admittance residents so whoever is there will know what to do. The staff should be more open and willing to answer questions from the residents in regards to services they offer.

Second favorite on final list. Good variety of options and large storage space. Very friendly staff and pleasant place.

From what I saw of Sunrise, the facility is great! I was pleased with the tour that I received. The facility was clean and the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. They were also sure to assign staff to specific families in order to cater to their individual needs.

This community is for memory care residents only and the staff keep the residents very engaged all day long. They offer a website the families are able to log into to see the different activities available. The only issue we had with this community is in the beginning there was a breakdown in communication with one of my loved one's medication. The food is homemade and tastes good. They offer ice cream every sunday. This is a secure community, however the residents are able to walk around and enjoy the entire community.

The Morningside House of Friendship was very nice and the staff was very friendly, but we decided for another Morningside that was more in the location than we wanted. This one was nice as well, and the staff was very friendly, but the other one was more convenient for us.

When we were first going to move my father in, we thought the worse but once he moved in, he never looked back. He loves the activities that they have to offer. The meals are very good as well, he seems to be eating ll of the food that they serve him. The only downfall so far has been that they were bought out recently and there have been some hiccups. Their communication had been a little off but it's not Morningside's faculty.

So far it has been a pretty good experience for my father since his move to this community. He is doing as well as can be expected. They have a good staff, and they are caring for him well overall. I mean no place is perfect, but this is a very nice community. I would recommend it.

I like the care at the community. My father is doing well here. He is please with the meals that are served and the variety. He likes the staff that is caring for his needs. He is active in a lot of activities with the other residents. We would recommend this community for the good value and care that is received here to other families.
