After visiting other facilities, our first impression was that Sunrise of Blue Bell was the best place to transfer my mother to from a northern NY nursing home. We were helped by everyone to make a successful transfer for her. The care has been excellent and she is happy in her new home.

They do a great job, we are very happy with them. They keep it very clean, and the staff is friendly. They have some things to do, they had a painting class, and they have bingo and other things. She is much more active here than at the other place, they are good about encouraging them to get involved. I really don't have anything I would like to see improved or done better.

This place is wonderful and we could not be happier with our choice. I love the homey feel and the staff are all really nice.

If the time comes, I feel this community will be the best fit. The staff is very friendly and community is nice and clean. There are lots of activities and the sizes of the rooms were nice. What stuck out were the dining areas. I liked that there are separate areas to dine, and it is very restaurant like. They also set up food for residents during the day.

Very nice facility. Met with Katie and she was very nice. It was too far for the visiting we will be doing. Cost was also higher than Rocks Spring Village.

Heidi was great! the facility is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone! It was a bit large for my moms needs though.

We looked into a lot of places for Mom, and while Sunrise of Blue Bell is pricey, I have never met friendlier people anywhere. I've really never seen anything like it! From the moment she walked in they treated her like they had known her for years, like she was family. Mom had recently lost her husband and moved to an unfamiliar area and the amazing treatment she received here helped her SO much! She's been here for 3 months and the amazing treatment hasn't abated in the least, they still fall all over themselves to make sure she is having the best time possible. They really got to know to so that they'd know what activities she might like, introduced her to people who share her interests, and sat her at a dinner table with people who have become good friends. And it's not just for her, I've seen another new resident move in and get the same treatment. And the amazing staff is not solely limited to the care staff. The marketing woman we worked with, Amanda, saw us when we were moving in and physically helped out, as well as rounding up some maintenance men to assist us. The administrator, Gary, comes around to residents and lets them know they can bring any problems to him directly and he'll get them worked out. I am a nurse and case manager and I have personally recommended this place to people!

This was by far my favorite I fell in love with this 'home' , very warm & friendly atmosphere, residents were very out going,the staff interacted very well with residents, unfortunately they do not have a private room available and they would be out of our price range.

My mother in law was a resident of the memory unit for a short three months before she passed. We had a hard time finding a facility that would admit my mother in law due to her resistance to leave her home and due to her physical limitations. We were so relieved to find Sunrise of Paoli and were sad that she was there only three months. We were very impressed with the facility and staff. They were very accommodating to make her comfortable. She enjoyed the planned activities.

They have doctors and nurses in house and offer PT & OT. Allison described it as a cozy home... entertainment...sunroom. Life Enrichment Director. They have a VA group with WW II Vets -- that meet frequently.

MY FAVORITE. The place is absolutely beautiful and looks more like a hotel than anything else. $5,214 mo. plus meds and cable. Phone in room with pvt. number is included. Met with staff; very, very nice.

Really liked the facility and staff. Loved the individual room set up, yet had a neighbor close by with the other room in the same unit. Atmosphere was very home-like and friendly.

I was very impressed with this facility, the friendliness of the staff and how comfortable the residents appeared.

Toured 4/29 and had courtesy lunch with parents. Parents didn't feel that the facility fit them. I had thought it would be out number one choice. Price also may be out of their range. Will look at lower priced options, but keep this one in mind.

I was very impressed. The staff were nice and there were plenty of them.The discussion and tour lasted an hour-longer than most, which is a good thing. Residents seemed like they were active. Cost is a factor.

We really like The Landing of Collegeville - my mom has a number of friends who live here so we have been here as visitors and I actually was here as a caregiver a few times. We were looking for a place for mom that was a little smaller and more intimate. It was also a little more expensive and we were trying to make her money last as long as possible.

Everything is quite nice. They have had two periods of lockdown due to the pandemic. The first time it last a couple of weeks and the food was delivered to the residents as they were kept in their rooms. Recently they had another modified lockdown. The staff are doing booster shots and assisting in caring for the residents. The healthcare is better than I expected. My loved one is doing better than we anticipated. The community is close to two major hospitals. If you can afford Sunrise this is a good place.

Ive had multiple loved ones live here and will continue to referral friends and family. The staff have been there forever. We were pleased to see the same faces when we brought our mother there a few years after our Aunt was there. The food is great, Activities are fun, Laundry services are good and the caregivers....AMAZING! Thank you for all you have done over the years to help our family!!
