I would have to say that this place is very professional and a terrific place to be. The programs that they offer are wonderful and my loved one is really into them. The only thing that caught my eye and nose was this really bad smell of urine. However, I did here that they had just been taken over by new management so maybe this will be handled.

The initial tour was very informative. The facility was open and welcoming, and the Staff was very well informed. They answered our questions, accurately conveying their concern for their residents. I know this to be true, because after living at Morningside for a month, my Mom's mood has brightened, she has received Physical Therapy, and is eating a lot better. She is happy and looks forward to the assorted daily activities. Caring seems to permeate the staff's attitude, and they seem to be really concerned for the well being of the residents. I am happy that Morningside is a great fit for my Mom.

The nurses, aides and staff at Morningside House Satyr Hill have made my dad´s days happy. Since my mother´s death in 2014 dad has been very lonely. The affection he has received at Morningside House has helped him tremendously. When dad and I walk down the hall he greets every worker he sees with ¨Hi, honey¨and in return he is greeted with a hug that just brightens his day. Dad told me just the other day when we were on our way back to Morningside from a visit to my house that he is happy there because of the kindness that is shown to him. Many thanks to all at Morningside House Satyr Hill! You guys know how to do it right! You truly make a difference!

This is a brand new community and is being used as a model place for dementia. There is a lot of caregivers here and it is a good ratio between residents. Overall, I am happy with the care. The meals are tasty and plenty. My husband enjoys all the activities, he has made friends too. I would recommend this place.

It has been a lovely experience for my mother here at this community. She is doing very well here. They have a good staff, they are caring for her well. They do a good job with the cleanliness. The community and her room is nice and clean when I visit. She is pleased with the meals, the food is good. I know she is safe and being cared for well. This is a community I would recommend. Everything has worked out well.

I highly recommend it. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The transformation with Mom was nothing short of amazing, from a reclusive quite person to an outgoing person, making friends. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

What started as a short respite turned into a permanent move-in. My dad has become more active and is barely in his room now! The staff have helped encourage him and they interact very well with the residents. They have many activities to do all hours of the day. The care is very great, there is no complaints.

Our cousin lives at Morningside. Denise engages with him often and knows how he is doing. She shares opinions and anecdotes about him with us faraway cousins so that we feel more connected to him and know he is okay.

It's not and easy task to put a loved one in an Assistant living community, it's also equally difficult for the family, you just don't know if you are making the right decision. We are Blessed we did make the right decision. My family member has called Morning Side House a home for 4 years now. It's a small community that truly cares for one another. When we come to visit, we are greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. The care and respect giving to my family member and myself is a 10 in my book. The staff is always helpful to assist in anyway they can. I love the fact I can call anytime 24/7 to talk to someone about any concern that I might have, Thank You Morning Side for making assistant living comfortable and homey.

No one wants to take a parent out of their home, and, after having her in other "homes," my 93 yr old mom has been at Morningside House of St Charles for several years now. Like anything in life, there was an adjustment period for Mom, but she settled in quickly and is one-of-the-girls now!! There are 3 high-quality meals s day plus snacks throughout the day and "lots"'of activities including road trips and off-site luncheons There have been recent changes at MH which has taken it from good to excellent. There are multiple aide as on all floors that are like family and several RN's on staff. The management and staff truly cares about everyone there and treats families like extended family too I highly recommend Morningside House of St Charles!!!

Really amazing place! I love the home-like atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and really enjoy interacting with the residents. You can tell they really care! I feel more than comfortable having my mother stay here. It is always a joy to come visit and see the happy faces!

This is truly a fantastic community. My loved one is doing amazing here at this community. They are caring for her very well. The community is very well-kept. There is always someone cleaning. They have really gone above and beyond for us. We are very pleased with everything they have done for us. They have wonderful activities. The meals are amazing. They are very accommodating.

We recently moved my mother into Morningside House of Laurel and were concerned how she would adjust. All of the staff there were so extremely helpful and kind that amazingly she started calling it her "new home" in two weeks' time. She loves the activities and the food and is no longer isolated, lonely and in an unsafe environment. Thank you especially to Amanda who was so patient with me as I struggled with the decision to rehome mom and was always available to answer all my questions. Morningside House of Laurel is the best!

I cannot say enough about the care my mom is receiving at Sunrise. The entire staff are very nice and accommodating to her needs. They have food options to match her temperament. I am impressed with the training of the entire staff and the appearance of the building is nice. I have recommended this community.

Our loved one moved to Poet's Walk Memory Care Community - Fredericksburg two months ago and is thriving in their loving and supportive environment. Every detail in the building, program, and staff is geared to memory care, and it has made a positive difference in our loved one's life.

My mother lived at MSH for 2-1/2 years. The facility was beautiful and clean and the staff caring and attentive. While at MSH my mother developed a deep bond with Denise , the Director of Life Enrichment. My mother, typically quiet and withdrawn, came to life and thrived at MSH because of this bond. Mom especially enjoyed the musical entertainment and could be seen each morning walking around the lobby saying good morning to everyone. I had never seen her happier. I am so grateful that my mother was blessed with Denise’s presence. Although Mom is no longer with us, I still stop by MSH occasionally to say hello to Denise. Each time I visit, I marvel at the way the residents respond to Denise and how sincere and caring she is with each individual. Denise has a true gift for working with the elderly.

The home is always clean when we have been there. The food is quite tasty and the staff is very attentive during the meal time. All of the staff we have encountered smile and make us feel welcome. During the transition period they were comforting to us and mom. A beautiful home.

Our experience with Morningside House has been a very positive one, so far! They do an excellent job with their memory care program. They really go out of their way to make sure Mom stays active and socially engaged, and I like they'll check on anyone who doesn't show up to meals or activities. It's a very nice place, overall!

My father recently transferred to Morningside House of Laurel from another assisted living center to be closer to my family, but he's been pleasantly surprised by how much more at home he feels here. Amanda has been a great representative and ambassador for Dad's new home, and helped us greatly with registration, move-in, and acclimating Dad to his new surroundings. She even sent me a photo of Dad dancing with other residents on one of his first evenings, which put me at ease that he was enjoying himself and his new neighbors. Direct feedback from my Dad on the staff is that everyone is kind, friendly, and helpful. We are all happy with his new home.
