I recommend this location to other families that are looking into their options. Their staff team is real good and if anything happens they call you right away. They’re very accommodating and communicative. The place is clean, kept up, and I believe they are going to do a slight renovation sometime early next year. They are going to update their furniture and their phone system. Their food is good as well, no complaints at all. About maybe once or twice a week someone comes in to play music. It is a good entertainment for the residents there. The staff likes to encourage social interaction. After meals they don’t like to send them straight off into their rooms, but bring them to the little living room area and have them talk amongst each other. Overall I am very pleased and my loved on is getting very good care.

An amazing tour and welcoming! We loved the Sunrise Senior Living of Exton. [Removed] was great, we feel it would be the best place for mom. The family loved the pictures and we look forward to moving her in.

Beautiful facility; maybe too far for the family

We were in this community for the care for my mom. We did like the excellent care. The staff has been helpful. The menu and the cleanliness of the community are wonderful. My mom wanted a community that she could go to a court yard. We were happy with everything that this community has to offer and would highly recommend it to other families wanting outstanding care for the value.

As soon as I walked in the whole front area was decorated for the fall there was a sign welcoming me. I met with the executive director he knew everybody's name introduced me to some of the residents gave me a background on them and everybody I met was so happy and knowledgeable about one another I couldn't believe it. Also the price and the amenities it was a very very nice place.

We toured this community. We did not like that seemed like an older environment and we wanting something that was more active. The community needs to make some small changes in remodeling. The menu seems to be good and a nice variety. They do not offer the activities that my mom is looking for. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

[Removed] was well prepared. Toured the facility and met some of the staff and they seemed warm and engaging. Looks like a vibrant close-knit senior community. Answered all of my questions and even some I didn't think of. Felt welcome....I think my mom would like it here. Impressive!

We toured this community for care. The staff was nice and friendly. The community was nice and we needed a lot of help with some of the needs for my parents. the staff might consider activities for the resident according to their needs that should be considered. We would suggest other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

This place had a more homey feel, as my Mom stated. The grounds are nice too. The staff seemed friendly and accommodating.

The Landing of Collegeville was a lovely facility. Everything about it was new and pristine. The price was a bit more than we wanted to put out at this time.

The tour of Morningside was positive and the staff was helpful.We decided another option because my parents were looking for more independent living.

My mother loved the meals. If someone doesn't like the main course, they have other options. They have activities and the place is very clean. We are trying to get my mother to a bigger room, but it has been a very good experience so far.

4-5 stars. Clean, large (103 beds) facility with assisted living, mild dementia and advances dementia floors. Physical therapy, in-house nurse. Very expensive. Only 7 medicaid beds with long waiting list.

We had a tour set up for us. They were prepared and gave us a very good tour of the community. Based on our checklist they were not a good fit for us. The many levels and location was too much and far for us. The price was not going to help my loved one live her long. It is a nice place but better for someone else.

The people here were very nice and we thought that the community was beautiful. The staff was wonderful with us and they bent over backwards to accommodate. I really wanted mom to go here. I guess so did everyone else.

I toured this community. I liked the manager that was nice and helpful. They did have activities if we were able to move in. We wanted a flat fee for the care. The community was nice on the inside and out. We would recommend families to tour this community for the care of a loved one.

It's really clean and neat. All the employees are very, very friendly and helpful. They know all the residents, and it's just a really happy fun environment. We haven't heard any grumblings of discontent at all. My mother loves the food, she talks about it all the time. So far we have been really happy with them.

Morningside of St Charles Waldorf has been a godsend to our family. Once the home care service didn't work out we were having a hard time trying to find a good fit for my husband and then we found Morningside. The folks there are so wonderful in taking care of my husband and everyone else there; they are very caring and attentive. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a homey and caring environment for their loved one.
