They have lovely, caring people that really take care of the residents. From the food to activities, everything is excellent. I have unlimited visits with my wife in the memory care community. We are very happy here. From the general manager to all staff, they are like a second family.

In my job, I just many different facilities. The Landing Of Towamencin is by far the best. All of the staff are amazing! Everyone has the best interest of the residents in mind. They are caring, competent, friendly, and intelligent. There is teamwork, accountability worthy of respect. The building itself is beautiful, functional, and the cleanest I've ever been to. It is laid out and put together in a way that makes sense to safely, effectively, and efficiently care for those who live here. The environment is bright, fun, and loving where people can thrive. I would trust The Landing Of Towamencin with my own family member.

We chose this community because it was specifically for Alzheimer's and dementia patients. I did a visit and was pleased with the facility. My favorite part about this community is the friendliness and caring of the staff, they seemed to know the names of every resident there. The room sizes were adequate for my husbands needs.

In general, the community is very tidy and clean. The staff is all very friendly. My husband has been well taken care of when he has been here. The staff really took the time to get to know him and they really were wonderful. They kept me well informed about his care and was free to walk around the community, while still being secured within the building. They do offer activities for the residents, however my husband didn't often participate. We did think Cardinal Village was a good value for the price.

They kept right on top of cleaning the community. The staff was very friendly and caring, especially the management staff. The care was also excellent. Would highly recommend!

We really a great experience there. Poet's Walker specialized in only Memory Care and that value was huge to us. And what we got in return was far more then what we expected. We felt really safe there because this is what they did and what they did well. And for the first time, in a long , I felt my dad was safe ,cared for, and his needs were understood.. I feel that we couldn't have been in a better place for my dad's last few months of his life. They really contributed to my dad's journey. The nurses and the aids were comforting and peaceful and it just felt like the natural place to be. It was truly a natural experience for our family. I believe God gets you to where you need to be, and I believe God got us the Poet's Walk.

The Landing of Collegeville is a wonderful place. The staff was so caring. It gave me peace of mind that I chose the right place for my sister. I tell everyone about it . All the staff from the person at the front desk to the caregivers was wonderful to work with.

I visit a resident at Morningside several times a week and I am impressed with the entire staff and how warm and knowledgeable they are. They make the residents feel comfortable and are always there to help. The atmosphere is homey and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to a family member or friend.

My father was in Sunrise for 1-1/2 years. The care was excellent. The communication was excellent. At times he could be a handful, but the sunrise employees worked with him to make sure he had everything he needed. At end of life I experienced the staff caring for him in a very kind and loving way.

Morningside House is an excellent assistant living community. The Sales and Marketing Director shared a wonderful experience of how the residents go about their daily lifestyle at the community. There is no need to tour any other facilities. I'm convince this is the new home for my mom...[name removed]

In February 2019, my Daughters and I decided it was time to move my lovely Bride, to a Memory Care Home (MCH). After visiting several MCH’s and talking to people in the area, we decided to move her to Cardinal Village, A Senior Lifestyle Community, Fredericksburg VA., where we felt she would receive the kind of attention and care a Lady with dementia should receive. After eleven (11) months at her new residence they were able to teach her to eat again and is now eating well and was able to gain her weight back. She is also walking much better, and no longer minds taking a shower. There are hourly activities that the residents can participate in. Some of her favorites are: Today’s news of the day, Move it exercise, Stretching to the oldies tunes; Live music, Kick ball, Giving and Receiving, Road trips and lunch outings. She has made good friends and one cannot say enough about the professional and compassionate care she is receiving from the staff. The staff have always been caring and courteous to Me, my Bride, and my Family. [name removed]

Before placing my wife of 54 years in full-time memory care, our family (daughter, son, and I) researched local facilities and visited three of them, three times each. Cardinal Village kept standing out. The difference was their staff is such a positive, cohesive team, lots of comradarie and obvious empathy for their residents. Their directors (managers) are great; they are hands on involved. The care workers deserve praise; day in, day out, I watch them doing their jobs well, with love. I was told by management that they consider success is getting their residents to smile. A kicker in our selecting Cardinal Village was my next door neighbor had placed her husband there. She spoke highly of the place. She said there had been a few hiccups but they had always listened to her concerns and promptly addressed them to her satisfaction. We were sold. My wife has been there almost four weeks. By all accounts she has been thriving from day one. And because she is doing well, I am doing well. In addition to the loving care there, her day is filled with fun activities—mental and physical. It is so much more than we were able to do for her at home. Our family is convinced we made the right choice; we could not be more pleased with Cardinal Village.

Morningside House of Friendship has been a Godsend. From [name removed] in admitting, [name removed] & [name removed] who are jack of all trades and [names removed], the kind, caring nurses. My 79 year old Uncle became a resident 9/2019 and the staff made him feel welcome from day one. He isn't an outgoing sort of person, so they let him become involved in the activities at his own pace. I love the fact that he's driven to and picked up from Dialysis. The entire staff will help you with your needs and if one can't they'll let you know who can. I definitely recommend this place for the excellent care that they provide.

My Mom was very anxious & disappointmented when she first moved in because she wanted to be home instead but was physically unable. The program director & wellness director was SO patient with my Mom as she tried to adapt & very responsive to our questions & concerns.

The cozy atmosphere as you walk in. The residence rooms I viewed were spacious and up to date. [Name removed] was fantastic she took the time to understand what interests my dad haves. A question I was ask was “ what will I gain out of having my dad here “ and my answer was A peace of mind I wouldn’t have to worry anymore.
