Super beautiful place. Assistance takes longer to come to your room at times than we'd like but overall really great place. It is very pricey, but worth it.

We had the most wonderful tour with Alex Winningham, Community Relations Assoc. Alex and the front staff alone would make anyone feel accepted and wanted in this community. We met several residents along the way and saw immediately what a difference the right place makes for residents. They were happy, engaged and proud of themselves. The rooms and security were exactly what we were looking for and the ambiance surrounding it all was stunning. Our family would most definitely recommend this establishment to anyone needing an independent, assisted or memory care place to call home.

My mother has been at Parker Assisted Living for three months now. I have no idea where the negative reviews came from, as we have had nothing but positive experiences in all aspects. My mother was made to feel welcome from day one. (She broke her hip our months ago and will always be on a walker and could no longer live in her house.) The staff was very attentive even to the point of the wait staff in the dining room offering to make her protein shakes to go with meals to help her gain a little weight back. The lady who brings her laundry back always has a sweet compliment/kind words for mom. The staff KNOWS EACH RESIDENT'S NAME! To me that is so important! I had two relatives in two different assisted living facilities and PALM is head over heals on top of the game. My mother just moved to the new building three days ago - awesome state of the art facility! Some of the staff has moved over to the new building - nice to see familiar faces - and even the new staff members knew my mom's name from day one. I was in mom's bedroom unpacking when someone came to take her blood pressure - very caring attitude when she didn't even know anyone else was there! I hope everyone reading these reviews will go and see for themselves as, once again, I have no idea how this wonderful facility could get such negative reviews. My mom absolutely loves it there! (I gave a four star for Value category just because I don't feel any senior living facility is a great value - you just have to find one with all the qualities mentioned above AND that gives you the most bang for your buck.)

The staff went way above and beyond in their efforts to work through the numerous personal issues involved with my aunt's situation. Their willingness to work with the family to identify resolutions were much appreciated.

I would definitely say that their follow-through was excellent. Also, the caregivers really come across as compassionate and caring about the residents at MorningStar. And lastly the food there is great.

I am very impressed with the staff at Atria Applewood. Every one is so kind and gentle with the residents and their families. My mother is a resident in the memory care side. They are great with her. It is so clean that I believe you could actually eat off the floor. The only thing that I don't like, is the food. My husband and I ate Thanksgiving dinner with my mom today, and the only thing that was good at all, was the salad. Other wise I couldn't be happier knowing that mom is in a great place with great people taking care of her.

MorningStar Assisted Living Mountain Shadows is going well. They call and report at the slightest fall or injury or even without an injury. It is expensive. I am sure there are places that are cheaper but you might not get as much. Overall it has been a really good experience here.

Overall our experience with Atria Applewood has been a good one. Every time I've visited my loved one she really seems to be enjoying herself here, and doesn't have a care in the world! It's a nice place, and the people all seem very friendly.

Overall they are doing a good job at Atria Applewood. A couple of complaints from my aunts are they need a quicker response from the staff to take her to the bathroom. She has to go quite often so this does hinder her functioning better around there. She would just like more staff around to help with this. Also there have been some miscommunication on breakfast. The residents also always complain that they cant get hot coffee, it's always cold. It is expensive but they do get 24 hour care. Overall though it is a good facility and I am happy with the way things are going.

Feels like a 5 STAR hotel! Gourmet food, gorgeous facility, beautiful restaurant and the rooms are bright and well appointed. The residents also seem vibrant and happy. Lots of great activities are listed including outings to the movies, the theater, museums and lots more. I missed the rooftop garden, but if it is anything like the rest of the place - it too, has got to be beautiful and well thought out. Although it seems a bit expensive, it really wasn't that much more than some of the others we visited. I can't wait to get my mom in here - she deserves to be pampered!!

We are pretty happy with it overall. The food is okay. They have plenty of activities, and he does them all. I would say when they are dealing with memory loss, they could be a little more organized about things like laundry. For how nice it was, it was more reasonably priced than the others. My only suggestion would be that they like very high functioning residents here, and if you are going to need a higher level of care, or some memory care, this doesn't offer that. There are a lot of people with Advanced Degrees, so it's nice to have other intellectuals to socialize with. There is a high standard for grooming as well.

This place is amazing! My Mom has lived there for a year and loves it! They treat her like royalty. We have dealt with many places over the years and there is no where better!

Very nice facility. Highest priced of the others. I preferred a location nearer where my mother lived.

We dropped in unexpectedly late on a recent morning and were taken on a tour of the community by Dora Rice. We were shown many types of rooms and all of the facilities available to residents. Ms. Rice was an excellent tour leader and a fine source of information. We had an informative discussion with a resident at a complimentary lunch. We then had session with Jane Meyers-Brown, the Marketing Director, in which we discussed our future plans and the options available to potential residents. We were very favorably impressed with everyone we met and with the condition of the facility. We are seriously interested in becoming residents when we feel that we are ready to make that move. On the basis of our experience, we intend to learn more about Garden Court. Our experience also leads us to rate their treatment of potential residents as excellent.

Words cannot explain how grateful we are for the fabulous care our Mom was given while a resident of Siena Hills. Every single person on staff was attentive and genuine and as a child, I can say placing a parent in an assisted living establishment is not an easy feat by any means. It's the most difficult choice in life by far. We were faced with a difficult decision when we realized our Mom could no longer live on her own yet conflicted because we knew she wouldn't be happy living with either of us as well. Siena Hills was a Godsend! Literally! It allowed her to maintain her independence and dignity and live in an absolutely beautiful place while socializing with people her own age, all the while, having the added advantage of having an extra set of eyes on her when we couldn't be there to supervise her well being. We cannot praise this facility enough. Our Mom loved it there (even if she wouldnt give us the satisfaction of admitting it), we heard it through her friends and from her directly on how giddy she would be when she would tell us how her day was.The stories were always amazing and always happy. We are forever grateful for all of the love, care and consideration shown to our Mom( and her little dog who was spoiled rotten by the fabulous staff by the way) for the 13 months she lived there. If in Nevada, there is no better place. Five stars doesn't seem high enough of a rating. Thank you Siena Hills! We wish we would have had more time with our Mom and with all of you as well. xoxo.

Quiet. Well maintained and nicely laid out. Very Upscale. No bathtubs except in common area. Three meals a day included. Month to month arrangement. Furnished apartments available.

This is a great place with a high level of care. Ryan knows his people and they all like him. That is easy to see. If my dad needed more care this would be an option, but since he doesn't at this point I need a less expensive option.

They are absolutely wonderful. I don't have one complaint. Everything is wonderful, the food, the people, the atmosphere. It's just a dream, just a dream. They give you hugs if you want them, I just can't say enough.

Having the medical care integrated with the facility (so there is a nurse or PA on staff at all times) has been really nice. The food is also very good. It has been a great experience with Atria Applewood and I would highly recommend them.

My inlaws loved their time at the Fair Oaks. Everyone was really sweet, friendly and attentive. Jennifer Salas was especially warm and welcoming. We cannot say enough about this lovely lady. She was so polished, patient and positive and took the time to get to know the whole family. The facility was first class from the reception on up. The apartments were well appointed and the staff was first rate. The food was great and the dining room and common areas were very elegant. We recommend the Regency to anyone who can afford this luxury accommodation. It's definitely well worth the price.
