This is a wonderful place, so many good things to say about it I don't know where to begin. This is number #1 on my list. I Will be taking my mom there, hope she feels the same. *****

I am happy to say I am getting the care I wanted and doing well. The meals are good tasting and the activities have been available, the ones I have tried have been good. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also do a great job cleaning my room and the community. I like all that is here for me.

My Grandfather is now living at Fair Oaks & is so happy to be a guest. He's in love with your director and so am I (haha) Grand-dad really seems better since he has been there

The staff and place is phenomenal! So many activities. The activities director [Removed] LOVES her job. This is not a retirement center, this is a pleasure resort, with fantastic food. They protect their residence to the utmost. They don't nickel and dime them. This is where I will want to live. The owner personally makes frequent appearances. The price is the same/comparable to the others, and has style & elegance. I was looking for my 71 yr old aunt, and narrowed it down to this and another place. I was shocked that she chose the other one. However, she still hasn't committed to that one yet. I still don't know her future, but I am not writing this off. She wants to see other options and speak with her financial advisor. This is my aunt's quality of living. I hope that she finds that this is where she wants to be. I would recommend it to anyone.

I am very happy with the care that my father is receiving here. The staff members are very nice and caring to his needs. My father is not participating in the activities, but they are available. He seems to like the meals, but they do offer alot of chicken. I would over all recommend this excellent community to other families for good care for a loved one.

We had a very good experience during the time my mother was at this community. I knew she was safe and being cared for well here. The staff was great, they were very helpful and friendly. Everything worked out well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

Dad had a clean nice room. The staff took good care of him and encouraged him to participate in the daily activities. He was in the memory care unit and they take them out on trips. The food looked appetizing and tasted good. I would recommend this community.

It's a little difficult to fully evaluate, as I am not able to personally inspect the facility. Everything I am told by my Mother's friends is very good. It does seem quite pricey, but then, I don't have any experience with this sort of thing......so maybe not. Dottie is very upbeat and ready to either answer questions or find out the answer if she doesn't happen to know something. My Mother tells me that the food is good, but they want her to eat too much! (lol) All in all, I feel we made a good choice to put her there.

We like this community alot. The staff is very caring and always very helpful and patient. The food appears to be good. They do offer alot of good activities. I would highly recommend families want good care to consider this community.

We moved my 94 year old mother into Sienna Hills and both our family and my mother have loved the experience. The staff, food, and activities are all top notch. I would recommend this facility to anyone that asks. Well done Sienna Hills.

I was very impressed with this facility! I have attended multiple networking events hosted at Morningstar and have always been blown away by the staff and the facility. The facility is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I have personally gotten to know several of the staff members and they are all dedicated to helping people find a place for their loved ones! I highly recommend this location!

I moved my Mother to Memory Care in December and in these three months her happiness and peace have increased significantly. She is well cared for and feels loved. The daily activities are keeping her involved and stimulating her cognitive ability. I know she is in the right place because she tells me she likes living there and that she is happy. I didn't think that would happen this fast. Our family is at peace with this decision.

Super beautiful place. Assistance takes longer to come to your room at times than we'd like but overall really great place. It is very pricey, but worth it.

We had the most wonderful tour with Alex Winningham, Community Relations Assoc. Alex and the front staff alone would make anyone feel accepted and wanted in this community. We met several residents along the way and saw immediately what a difference the right place makes for residents. They were happy, engaged and proud of themselves. The rooms and security were exactly what we were looking for and the ambiance surrounding it all was stunning. Our family would most definitely recommend this establishment to anyone needing an independent, assisted or memory care place to call home.

My mother has been at Parker Assisted Living for three months now. I have no idea where the negative reviews came from, as we have had nothing but positive experiences in all aspects. My mother was made to feel welcome from day one. (She broke her hip our months ago and will always be on a walker and could no longer live in her house.) The staff was very attentive even to the point of the wait staff in the dining room offering to make her protein shakes to go with meals to help her gain a little weight back. The lady who brings her laundry back always has a sweet compliment/kind words for mom. The staff KNOWS EACH RESIDENT'S NAME! To me that is so important! I had two relatives in two different assisted living facilities and PALM is head over heals on top of the game. My mother just moved to the new building three days ago - awesome state of the art facility! Some of the staff has moved over to the new building - nice to see familiar faces - and even the new staff members knew my mom's name from day one. I was in mom's bedroom unpacking when someone came to take her blood pressure - very caring attitude when she didn't even know anyone else was there! I hope everyone reading these reviews will go and see for themselves as, once again, I have no idea how this wonderful facility could get such negative reviews. My mom absolutely loves it there! (I gave a four star for Value category just because I don't feel any senior living facility is a great value - you just have to find one with all the qualities mentioned above AND that gives you the most bang for your buck.)

The staff went way above and beyond in their efforts to work through the numerous personal issues involved with my aunt's situation. Their willingness to work with the family to identify resolutions were much appreciated.

I would definitely say that their follow-through was excellent. Also, the caregivers really come across as compassionate and caring about the residents at MorningStar. And lastly the food there is great.

I am very impressed with the staff at Atria Applewood. Every one is so kind and gentle with the residents and their families. My mother is a resident in the memory care side. They are great with her. It is so clean that I believe you could actually eat off the floor. The only thing that I don't like, is the food. My husband and I ate Thanksgiving dinner with my mom today, and the only thing that was good at all, was the salad. Other wise I couldn't be happier knowing that mom is in a great place with great people taking care of her.
