I took my daughter and sister and a niece and we were all well pleased with the Morningstar facility. It was clean and spacious and staff and residents were all friendly. The memory care was the best I have seen and I have seen many. We will be happy once our father gets comfortable living there.

This is a nice community that we have been informed. We live out of state, but know that he is happy with the care that he is receiving. This is a clean community. The menu is good, but they need to work on getting the meals in a reasonable time. They offer a lot of nice activities for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My mother is doing fantastic, we can not believe the difference since she moved into MorningStar. She is eating and doing much better. Almost everything about it is positive they have ample staff, they do not ignore the residents if they see them. The staff will talk to them and ask and they need anything. They might be able to improve on the food, mother has only complained a couple times but for the most part, it is good. Mom has gained weight and is eating better which is a good thing.

We toured this community for the care of my family members. We liked that the staff were nice and caring. We liked the menu with a lot of nice healthy meals are offered. They do have activiites that are offered to the residents that want to participate. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one. Sunrise of Westminster tour

It is a suitable community for the care that my mom needs. She is enjoying the meals that they make. They have activities planned out and they ask the residents for suggestions. It is a good place.

This was a nice tour for care. The staff were nice and friendly and seems to be able to answer the questions I had on the care needed for my mom. I liked the cleanliness and the menu that was appealing. I would recommend this community to other families for the care that is offered.

My mother has dementia and a personality disorder. The staff treat her well and with respect. They are patient with her even when I am unable to do so myself. Mother loves the people who care for her. She has been there since the summer of 2016. Mother often mentions that she wished that she had known of this place when we had to place my dad years ago. Yes there have been issues but none of us are perfect and they have always listened and tried to correct any problems when they occurred.

I like this community for my mom. The community is very clean and maintained. They do have a nice menu and a variety. I like knowing that she is involved in the activites that are offered. We like that this community is also close to us so that we can visit very often. We would recommend this community to other families for the excellent care and value that is received.

The food at this community is good and they offer good sized portions. The staff have been great with mom they are helping her to adjust and encouraging her to participate in some of the daily activities. They always have something going on and mom has made some new friends. The staff are caring, patient and they know each residents needs and how to take care of them. They keep the community clean and I would highly recommend it.

We like the care at this community for my parents. The staff are nice and attentive. It was not easy getting into the community. The community could use some small improvements. My parents are mostly doing things on there own together. They do enjoy the afternoon snacks in the afternoon. We would recommend this care and value of this community to other families for good care.

My dad is doing is good with the assistance of very courteous and very helpful staff. He is enjoying and likes the meals. He gets 2 entree choices with ice cream for dessert. They have basic substitutions available. He likes the people and residents that live there. We picked this facility because it is close for me, that is really nice for me. He is doing home physical therapy and doing better that he dropped down a level of care. His room is so nice and housekeeping and everyone does a nice job. It has a hill top view and a porch, I see him on the porch at times when I come to visit. He does some activities like exercising and he is going on a scenic tour to the mountains . He likes showing the little bistro and offers hot chocolate, cookie, and popcorn to his guests. It is very safe and almost perfect. It helps they have long term incentives.

When we first walked in, my loved one said' " this feels like home". The staff is all friendly and welcoming. The place is only about 3 years old, so the apartment my loved one got was brand new. I can't speak enough about how caring and accommodating the staff are. When I first went in for the tour, I couldn't help but notice the great interaction between the staff and residents.

My father and mother are both living at fair oaks, and both are as happy and comfortable as at home. All your staff are so loving and gentle. It is a pleasure to see them and they always have a kind word for all of us. [Removed] was excellent in making our move in possible. She is a real asset to fair oaks.

The marketing director Ms. [Removed], was extremely helpful in expediting the process of getting my husband situated in a beautiful room (318) and helping with a follow up visit to see that he was happy with the accommodations; YES!!

[Temoved] was and is most efficient in her daily duties. She was a big help making sure my new home was a comfortable transformation for me!

I have lived here for 2+ years and the community is a very good experience. The housing and employees are here to help and care for you when needed. What ever your need might be you can count on this community.

[Removed] is/was a great host/representative for this Center. Her enthusiasm and passion for the Community Center was infectious. She answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. As for the accommodation it is very impressive immaculately clean and very inviting. If in the future I decide to move into a residential community - I would definitely select this one.
